So I am sitting here... Waiting. The Raleigh County Prosecutor Kristen Keller has been served and has until March 5th to make a reply or, I win $25 Million Dollars by default. Upside, I get $25 Million Dollars... Downside, I don't get to expose all the corruption in West Virginia to Federal Authorities...

Oh, the problems I face... However, many of you might not know this but, I am not an advocate for violence. Sure I own a gun and, I have every intent to use it in self-defense. In one case, as I already discribed, I used it to defend myself against a drug addict and police informant. Did I go to jail or, surrender my weapon to police when I shot them?

Nope. Didn't shoot them, didn't have to even draw the weapon. A verbal altercation involving a threat to use a knife was ended by my own threat display to use a gun. This is an example of the comcept of Social Violence and Conflict Interaction Theory in Street Focus Jujitsu, where by there are four reactions to conflict and that interaction was ended at the Posture or Threat Display Phase.

All thanks to my lovely little friend here. Now my comments section is flooded with unapproved comments that just gives me a little giggle, daily as I read from trolls and haters losing their minds at me owning a firearm...

Well here is the long and the short of it... I have posted my evidence multiple times and, it is found right here along side the mention of one of the Unnamed Cyber Stalking Trolls.

That evidence and why I am legally allowed to own a gun is West Virginia Code 61-5-27. 61-5-27 Fraudulent Legal Filing, Fraudulent Legal Process and so on... Its rather long and I will let you read the link... Is why I can own said firearm and why I am waiting on Kristen Keller to reply to lawsuit summons.

Her own actions violated WV law. The false information given to Dr. Miller produced a false official document, a fraudulent filing, which lead to fraudulent official proceedings. And making all resulting fraudulent proceedings a felony charge.

More so, this overlaps with 18 United States Code (USC) 242; Deprivation of Civil Rights under color of law and civil code in which I am suing Kristen Keller, 42 USC 1983.

Funny thing, losing in court could result in Felony charges for Mr. Keller. Not answering the Summons and losing the law suit does not. However, fighting the lawsuit can cause a situation where Kristen Keller faces up to 10 years in federal prison.

So all the trolls can do and rant and rave incoherently in my comments section, make empty threats and blog about me... Each time making me giggle as I sit here waiting. Twittling my thumbs at the self-satisfaction of Winning.

Am I an Ego driven Narcissist..? Probably. However, all that I am doing is what God made for me to do, all that I have is what gave me and all that I am is what I am because of the creator who made me. Maybe it is my ego that makes me believe the Creator of Universe, gifted me with great friends, teachers and mentors to allow me to craft a fine and elaborate spiders web of activity and influence. Or, maybe it is the truth I hold in my heart. That I can do all things in Jesus Christ's name.

The Heart & Soul of America: Gun Control Vs Personal Responsibility

The crux of any moral arguments for gun control is simply this... Government interventions verses personal responsibility. Now like so many Americans I dismayed and mournful of thoae killed in the Florida School shooting...

I have been quiet on the issue because, out of respect for the grieving families, I do not wish to politicise the tragedy. However, I am also an American who has been victimized by the legal system, false arrests and false allegations. My detectors are busily trying to defame me and, interfere with a present law suit against Kristen Keller for fabricating evidence... All this has been shown to the world here on this very blog.

Guns are not a problem with America. Americans are a problem with America, all colors, religions and philosophies are an issue with country. Not because of right or wrong but, because of a lack of personal responsibility.

Under U.S. common law standards the police have no duty to protect you the individual. Nor, do police have a duty to protect the public in general. Think Inam wrong research Warren Vs District of Columbia. Yet through the laws, schools have become a killing field for our nations children because, it is a gun free zone. That is all fine and good for the law abiding citizens but, nit for the criminals who violate the law anyway.

We have come to live our lives so caught up with self service that we fail to see what is happening to our fellow man. We expect government and laws to do what we should do anyway... Take care of ourselves and, act with our own moral responsibilities.

I say this because the Government, the FBI dropped the ball multiple times in regard to Nicolas Cruz and, lives he stole in an act of violence. Allowing anyone else, including all to human and all to humanly flawed government, to take responsibility for us is a crime against ourselves.

The debate over guns can be summed up this... Who is responsible for your personal safety? If you say you, then you need to get yourself into a good self-defense class and, if you say the government you are denying your responsibility as an adult.

I understand guns make some people nervous. So does a dark skin tone, if we allow the media and movies to paint all darker skinned Americans by roles and statistical averages. However, we do have a right to use our guns against our own government. That is why the 2nd Amendment was written and why the 1st Amendment gives us free speech, freedom of press, freedom to assemble and freedom to petition the government for redress of grievances. All steps to be taken before the gun is needed.

As someone who has dealt with abuses of power and false charges, I have no issue telling you I am not a blind supporter of the police. However, I also have acknowledged that police officers have a very difficult job.

As a gun owner, I feel the need to be armed at almost all times. And I have even described instances were Police Informants have threatened me and being armed was a deterrent for further violence. And, I have a particular fear of the Brotherhood of Blue and, way they can paint you a fiend on paper.

But, ultimately personal responsibility is the deciding factor. How we choose to deal with people, rather then how we let our emotions and fear judge events for us. As a gun owner, I take personal responsibility for my safety and self-defense. As an individual, I choose how I will respond to events and, not let events decide for me.

The real issue isn't guns but, people. Its the hearts and minds of society so drunk on our self importance and narcissism we stop caring for our fellow man but, we have stopped caring for ourselves. We have become a society lost in our self-importance that we fail to see the value of others.

No law, no taking away of guns will fix what is truly broken... The American Heart and Soul.

Late Night Ponderings... The case and my continual Need to Defend Myself.

So once again, a Police Snitch threatens me with a knife... It didn't even get drawn just mentioned and threatened.

Ok here is the Story, I was at a friends. An asshole, meth head and thief and snitch basically forced his way into my friends home and tried to act friendly. Since he claimed he wanted to beat my ass a couple years ago... I asked him if remembered me?

He acted kinda friendly and then out of no where looks at me and says, "I will fucking kill you, I mean I will just slit your throat, cut your head clean off."

My reply was to look at him say "It a good day to die."

He reached for his knife and I put my hand on my gun. Then he tells me "I am serious. I will fucking kill you."

My reply was "I know I believe you but, I just don't fucking care."

This is nothing to be concerned with, it is pretty common for the police to use informants, snitches, to set up innocent people and attack people who are trying to expose this local corruption.

So here is the deal, I can easily outgun a police snitch who is a felon amd can't legally own a gun, so he carries a knife. However, since when did the criminals care about laws and legality? Its not like a criminal can't buy a gun illegally.

Then he decided to test me afterward, with a taser his meth head wife had and, was shocked at my speed in blocking and grabbing his wrist. None of this matters in the end, since it was basic Conflict Interaction Theory; he put out a threat display to claim his "alpha male" status and, I put out a threat display that I was willing to fight. He used being armed with a knife to make himself more intimidating. I had a gun and, I think I might be faster.

I am seeing a lot of snitches coming around friends and family. And, we can't exactly be open about "Get the fuck away." as these are people protected by a corrupt police and judical system to harass, threaten, set up and steal from people. They are also capable of stabbing you, performing butglaries, home invasions and even arson. And they will get a slap on the wrist or totally ignored by the police. Sometimes evidence is even lost, concealed or never collected.

In the past officers, like Beckley Police Officer Bailey, have pretended to investigate situations where their informants were working for them. So the major concern is, where is the threat and how to avoid it before it becomes a danger.

If I have to defend myself against a police snitch, I am going to be arrested without any investigation or, evidence of a crime? Imagine being attacked by some methed out, nut job with a knife and having to defend yourself only to be declared a criminal for doing so? Are my friends and family going to be harassed to keep from exposing the truth, that will bring down a whole corrupt system?

Provided the Judge Berger, does her job and turns over the evidence to a federal prosecutor, (Judical Canon #1, 2, 3 & 5) and the Federal Prosecutor actually investigates the evidence of open political corruption. I will have no other means of safety except to be armed and to maintain on constant state educated awareness of political, social, other factors including METT-TC and OKOCA in evaluating my surroundings and, and situations.

So I filed the Motion to get Everything going today.

I waited until February 5th to file my motion to have a court order to get everything moving...

So I posted, all this info a head of time and, made a big show of it... Then when I went to court house, the clerks had to call the judge because of the attached documents... Stuff I released here...

So the publicity did a good job of ensuring the courts took notice. The video explains everything and, I am sure the publicity had an effect on this...

So here it is that moment, when you step of the ledge and learn to fly. Already had it once but this is a new game with new players.

It all ties together for my Finale... Another Domino falls

The idea that all that has been said and done ends with this court battle, is not true, in the strictest sense.

I used the arguments with the online trolls to keep and information seen online. Starting with calling out Barron Shepherd for his lies about me... I used this as a point of fact for exposing his other lies... His lies don't end with me but, himself and his family as well.

William Aguiar III, named Barron's wife and Barron as defendants in his 2007 lawsuit against Ashida Kim and Floyd Webb.

Barron and his wife Wendy, were/are owners of badassfightwear.com. Yep... Barry sells MMA T-shirts. However, with all due respect to Barron, he did try to leave his family out of online arguments. Whether that was due to Frank Dux claiming that Barron was suffering from a mental illness, not wanting his wife to be involved in another law suit; this time from slander or, actually seeking to protect them from the negative effects of all this BS. I don't know and, suspect some form of all of the above.

The above information is thanks to Bill Aguiar and his public blogs about his lawsuit from 2007. It should be noted that Bill Aguiar, did not win that lawsuit. At the time for reasons I will explain later but, mentioned in Never Back Down, I couldn't directly attack Keller concerning her lies and falsifying evidence. Yet, I could argue the point with Barron Shepherd.

That all ended with my move to confront Barron in Florida. Except, I wasn't there for Barron. I actually drove to Fort Meyers to drop my friend Jeff off at his cousins. He joined the Venus Project. Jeff took the picture at the Welcome Center.

I wasn't committed to the Florida, fight deal but, I knew if I was there he would either see it or, not. Any fuckery would be dealt with...

Barron tried to make a show of my appearance by pretending to have challenged me and, that I didn't show up. But, that got funny as after dropping off Jeff and, hanging with Ashida Kim. Yes, we are friends... Take it how you like.

However, Micheal Black who is on my friends list, I was gonna visit and train together. But, I had trouble with my alternator on my POS Saturn and had to not make the trip. I was perfectly fine not confronting Barron. It would have been a very anti-climatic but, whoo hoo. I have better things to do then waste my time on people who prove themselves liars for their own self promotion.

I didn't give a fuck until, Duncan Saunders (also on my friends list) gave me the screen shots of Barron's Post which was mostly on this blog. Then with a few follow up points. Barron was left with his whole series of claims making posts on pages I don't even see or try to see...

Which lead to yet another, series of events at the Last BDFS seminar I attended. This lead to my current situation. Several members I regard with respect and have some faith in my methods, know what is coming. Which lead to all the drama over the last year with Don Roley and my New Years Good Bye Messages... Ending With Don's own admissions in the Comments that he had to be paid to fight me, after I accessed him of molesting his daughter, called his wife and daughter whores and told him graphic language what a "violent threat" from me sounds like, if I made a threat. Which I did not do and, after several attempts to goad me into continued drama. I stated Don's constant trolling as proof of ability to always try to prove himself, through me.

I don't have to get involved with, such drama to show how Don Roley is sputtering in place, in his anger. Manipulated into a seathing and, filled with a compulsive anger by someone he sees as inferior, to his own narcissism. Oh, to be the underdog in a fight.

Tenuki, or ignoring your opponent is a Go (Japanese chess-like game), gambit to take a future loss while establishing a final win. A reversal of fortune. This can be refered to as Kami no Itte.

This isn't continued drama... Just stating how it is. Because things are going to get wild. I am preparing a motion to the civil court to ask for three things.
1. To be armed at all times on state and federal property, relinquishing my weapon only to Federal Officers when present but, to have court permission so that I am not committing a crime to have it on state or federal property.
2. To have the flag lifted and that my case moves forward and attached be sent to the Federal Prosecutor to investigate Kristen Keller, using the evidence for the Civil Case and my testimony to the federal prosecutors office. This also might snag a Federal Judge too...
3. By filing this motion to the court I am also supplying supporting evidence of "damages" to the court. While the issue of "good faith" or "bad faith" can be addressed at trial, it shows an action that is at best criminal negligence and at worst, a capital crime; a felony that would result in life in Prison. Kidnapping...

Also, I want to ask the families and people involved in Punished 4 Protect & others to come forward in West Virginia and all my readers to write Judge Berger, your Senators, the Governor Jim Justice and President Trump himself...

Anyone and everyone who wants to bring this corruption down. Write the Federal Prosecutor to look into the Raleigh County Police and WV State Police and Local courts involvement with organized crime. Because I can prove it with just the mention of Michelle Jennings marriage to Darrell J. Lilly &, my own court records.

Because, I left mouse tracks all through the system. I tied Keller to others and, it will have a domino effect if not swept under the rug in a settlement. Because we can prove and link the Prosecutor to corruption but, we can't make the Feds or the State persue charges.

Or, can we!? Can we raise so much noise that the President and, the political parties take notice. I am standing here all alone and, I took it, as far as I can take at this point. I know I can and will win this suit... But, money and clearing my name mean nothing if this can happen to anyone else.

I have plenty of attention from the martial arts and survivalist forums. But not one person is stepping up to bring real attention to corruption. Well at least not until Punished for Protecting stood with me. Now we can bring it all down, stop the human trafficking of minors in the state and help end corruption.

And, I need us to, overload the system. The same trolls trying to attack me are trying to attack Francesca, are the same trolls looking to not see me win this lawsuit. Because, they are as corrupt as Kristen Keller falsifying evidence, the judges and cops protecting pedophiles like Robert Harry Whitmore, to get them to entrap innocent people...

I don't care if you don't like me... I don't care if you think, I am a scum bag... I don't care if you think, the worst of me. I am not asking you to buy a book or, anything... I am asking you to put your money where your mouth is. To prove you want to do something other then talk shit on the net, and drag me down because I am "a fraud." Because, if you do nothing... You are just as guilty.

You see, I am going to tell the world this story and, I am going help a lot of people. I am not looking to make myself into some big business name with all this. Because at the end of this... I am going to do what a ninja should do. Just disappear.

Though I will use whatever, resources are at my disposal to help organizations like Punished 4 Protecting to protect families and, curb as much of the human trafficking of minors under the color of law, as we can. At some point hopefully very soon, we will have a full interview with Francesca on what I know, though a partial interview has already taken place.

Simply be warned and, please understand, I will not be engaging in more online drama with these trolls like Don Roley, Barron Shepherd or Phil Elmore. I have already played that out. They will be mentioned because, through them I was able to "openly conceal" evidence against the state that everyone need to see, needed to be in the public eye and, yet didn't need to be directly aimed at the corrupt state government until the law suit was underway.

Dr. Kazoo Falls Threw... Why the Bujinkan hates me... Part 2.

Ok, so this gets into the newly discovered statements accredited to Hatsumi on research cedited to Dr. Kasem...

I will address the statements below...

 

 

Now this is interesting because on Why the Bujinkan hates me... Dr. Kasem's claim to finding Toda Shinryuken's grave must now be disproven but, its also a means of discrediting any lineage claims without hard evidence.

Additionally,  I am trying to give Sean Adskew the benefit of the doubt. However, he makes many excuses for why the Togakure Ryu lineage is so disjointed and even mentions fictional characters. However, as Hatsumi stated in Togakure Ryu Ninpo Taijutsu, sold as Ten Ryaku, Ten Chi, Kinryaku no Maki in Japan, there is no written transmission of the school (also addressed in the link above), so said Takamatsu.

I can and, will, also point out that since no lineage exists beyond what Takamatsu claims, we also have to look at such claims with a grain of salt.

Take the Kobusho, which existed from 1856 to 1866, Takamatsu lived from 1889 to 1972 meaning that image of who Toda Shinryuken might be in the Why the Bujinkan hates me is not proof of anything...

For one... The Kobusho was ended 23 years before Takamatsu's birth. So this and the name of Toda would have already been established in Takamatsu's life time... As would be the presence of Toda Hisajiro as an instructor.

Secondly, Ninjutsu is not that special. Almost every Koryu system had some form of it. The formation of specific schools lf thought came during Tokugawa Shogunate period of peace. Many had no specialty originally and were established as specialists in certain areas of combat, much later in History.

Hence, why certain Jujutsu Ryu also include weapons arts like Tantojutsu, Bojutsu, Kenjutsu and Hojojutsu, yet specialise in unarmed fighting, Jujutsu.

Third, what Sean Askew is suggesting is the dumbest "Ninja Move" of all... Calling his Secret Ninja Grandfather Toda Shinryuken as opposed to Toda Hisajiro, doesn't protect the mythological ninja secret of the Toda Family...

Lets say I am enemy ninja, I look up instructors at the Kobusho. I find no Toda Shinryuken but I find Toda Hisajiro's listed as an instructor there. Toda is a family name, so maybe Toda Hisajiro is related to Toda Shinryuken? Lets investigate Toda Hisajiro's family and goings on... It is just as likely that Takamatsu, made up the name Toda Shinryuken as a source for his invented Togakure Ryu and based the exploits of Toda Hisajiro's own life.

Finally, we get to Kacem... Kacem Zoughari is a PhD in Japanese History and Culture from Paris. However, if Hatsumi's words are true and, there is no reason to doubt them at this time. Dr. Kacem Zoughari is now a discredited source with horrible stain of providing false information to support the Bujinkan Lineage and, to make money off fraudulent martial arts claims and teachings...

Why the Bujinkan hates me...

I have written numerous blogs, tearing down the lies of Takamatsu and Hatsumi. A lynch pin of these lies is the existence of Toda Shinryuken...

Now Missing master Toda has been found. Only he hasn't... Yet.

 Ok, so a man by the name of Kato, of Tennen Rishin Ryu, also a great fan of Hatsumi's (we will deal with this later) is claiming to have trained with Toda Hisajiro at the Kobusho.

 Ah... Toda Shinryuken was really Toda Hisajiro. And he taught at the Kobusho for 3 years...

Ok so... If Toda Hisajiro was an instructor at the Kobusho, their should be records of his lineage. Why... Well this would prove a listing for the schools claimed by Takamatsu outside of "Takamatsu story time..."

Also, when you have 6 schools passed through one person, some without any written transmissions or densho. Like is claimed with Togakure Ryu.

Page 115. Hatsumi quoting Takamatsu about Takamatsu writing his own Densho. And this is true of all Toda lineages claimed by Takamatsu.

Page 116 ends the Densho quote. So let us assume that Toda Hisajiro is a real person, let us assume he was an instructor at the Kobusho.

This still leaves some interesting questions;
1. What arts did he train in and teach?
2. Is he a true ancestor of Takamatsu's?
As a "grandfather" he is either Takamatsu's father's father or, mother's father.
3. If he is Takamatsu's grandfather did he actually teach Takamatsu anything?
4. Is it possible that Takamatsu, like so much of his lineage is founded on lies and embellishments?

Consider that Takamatsu would have heard of this man and, used his name to claim a link to the Kobusho. A claim that Hatsumi has kept tucked away to claim legitimacy.

5. Where was this fact when Dr. Kacem of the Bujinkan found the grave stone of Toda Shinryuken's grave was found in 2007?

6. Meaning that said grave would have to tied to Toda Hisajiro's grave & Why did it take almost a decade to produce this information?

In otherwords, it has all the makings of a scam, dedicated to preserving the lies told and pushed by the Bujinkan's cult structure. Fundamentally, it also means my many blogs detailing the truth of the Bujinkan's fraudulent lineage and historical claims are having an effect, since I have stated many times the foundation of the Bujinkan lineage is linked to Toda Shinryuken.

Sadly, it is easier to believe Takamatsu used a notable relation to attach his lineage to... Then to ignore the repeated historical inaccuracies claimed by both Takamatsu and Hatsumi regarding ninjutsu... 

7. Also how common is the family name "Toda" and is there any proof of the Toda family connected to Takamatsu?

Though I must admit Takamatsu has not been above lying about his geniology in the past, just ask the Kuki family. I am curious to see where this leads. As according to Japan Today, no Japanese had family names or, Ser Names, unless connected to an important family or clan, until after the Meiji Restoration.

Even then many adopted "important names" with no relationship to important families seeking to gain a bit of added credibility...

Why does the Bujinkan hate me, because I take issue with historical lies and false claims of "Legitimacy." Either way, I am waiting to see the arguments and if any of points will be addressed which is why. Course I have written enough in this blog and, been supported by those who troll the Bujinkan, enough to show why such claims are to be addressed in these ways. I know I am certainly curious and, looking forward to debunking these claims...

Happy Holidays from Sensei Collins

As Christmas is fasy approaching on a few days away, we Christians are celebrating the Birth of Jesus Christ. Jesus who died for the sins of his fellow man, but was born from the womb of the Virgin Mary, the first begotten Son of Yahweh.

Yet, I say happy Holidays because this is a time of many celebrations across many faiths and cultures. And I have friends across them all, some people however feel that you must acknowledge that... I find it more personal when my Jewish friends wish me a happy Hanukkah, and my Wiccan friends wish me a Merry Winter Solstice because they drawing me into their Holiday Season, their culture and their lives.

So as a Christian, I wish you a Merry Christmas. If you are not a Christian, I want to want share my Holiday spirit with you.

As we celebrate the our different Holiday traditions. Let us all remember this is a time celebrating the end of old, and venturing into the new. As such, I want to leave behind the negativity that has plagued my life in the last few years. I want to return to the Christian traditions I was raised under. Celebrating the Birth of Jesus, isn't about separating from the Hebrew tradition of the Judaism. It is about realizing the fulfilment of Old Testament Prophesy. The Old Testament is called the Tenakh or Hebrew Bible comprised of the Torah, Nevi'im and Ketuvim texts.

In the Spirit of the message preached by Jesus. I want to forgive everyone who has ever tried to cause me harm and pain. And I pray that they can forgive me. Who started what is not as important as who chooses to end it.

I am choosing to share my faith, admit that I am a sinner and that I am imperfect but, that my belief system, teaches me to forgive others, to wish them well and not to judge them. And, when I wish you a Merry Christmas, it is because I wish to empart to you a spirit of forgiveness, compassion and brotherly love toward my fellow man.

So Merry Christmas and in the spirit of forgiveness, compassion and brotherly love toward my fellow man, may you approach the new year with peace, love and the blessings of Jesus Christ.

American Kokuryukai: It is what comes Next...

I have been teasing this for a while and a few people in the inside know everything I am talking about was in the works back in 2016.

It was hinted at with the book Legacy of the Kokuryukai. The American Kokuryukai is a project bridging martial arts & ninjutsu, it takes into account that Ninjutsu is a) Not a Martial Art and b) Ninjutsu Espionage and Scout Craft.

Ninjutsu can be applied to any martial art and, historically speaking there were "guarden shinobi" these were formally known as Oniwaban or spies... They worked in groups known as Kobushikata and were established during the 8th Tokugawa Shogun. A group of poorly trained spies, the kobushikata was lead by a Oniwaban (a professional spy) who reported directly or indirectly to someone in the Shogun's to report to the Shogun.

This is a concept based on the Genin, Chunin and Jonin concept of ninjutsu. Genin are "low people" trained on an as needed basis. A peasant farmer used as a native agent to warn, a shinobi observer is an example of both a Kobushikata and a Genin. As well as a court gardener or, maid listen in and spy on a Lord's conversations. Martial arts was never actually a requirement, except to the Samurai who managed such things.

This is the basic concept behind the American Kokuryukai concept... I use the name American Kokuryukai, because it is based on the methods of Omoto Ryu Budo which contained Ninjutsu training... Fujibayashi even stated that the terms for shinobi have changed at different times throughout history (page 19 of Book of the Ninja: The First Complete Translation of the Bansenshukai by Antony Cummins & Yoshoe Minami), so ninja weren't always called ninja and, still performed ninjutsu. Hence why at a later period, the term Genin (low man or low person) became Kobuskikata or, Code or Covered up Groups of lower class agents who often worked as gardeners, field labor, general unskilled labor, etc. and, why Oniwaban were sometimes referred to as Ninja or Shinobi. In fact, some Historical Sources say that Oniwaban were Iga & Koga Ninja/Shinobi employed by the Tokugawa Shogunate. The American Kokuryukai is a cross between an Adventure School, Martial Arts fraternity & Secret Society... Membership allows those trained in any martial arts system or, self-defense form to cross train with other systems. It also always them to practice ninjutsu, as an espionage system, attend various specialty camps. Now here is the kicker... You don't tell anyone you are American Kokuryukai. It is Black Dragon Ninjitsu without any martial arts system & able to be applied to any other system of fighting. So why tell you this is what comes next? Ninja Mind F*ckery 103: What Comes Next

Since I made the statements I did and clarified my stance that I called Brennan Cleveland a "House Nigger" because he has been trying to race bait me from the get go &, because it holds a historical context in that it hold's the same meaning as it did when Malcolm-X said it... In that it describes someone who is happy to be a slave to their "masters." "Masters" being a metaphor to describe our corrupt & increasingly oppressive government. It also brought out national attention to 2nd Interview with Bob Carson on Carson's Corner...

Where I publicly declared ninjutsu to be "Bull Shit" as a martial art and, in Ninja Mind F*ckery 101, I demonstrated that I did indeed have power over Don Roley. Add to this that even those they seek to Influence and seek aid from have even, gone so far as to defend me against their lies, as demonstrated in Ninja Mind F*ckery 102, now we have Ninja Mind F*ckery 103... 

I rather do enjoy, the ploys to get me to become involved in some form of online debate or argument but, lets be real for a minute. Now I have to be clear here, that was my intent from the get go... Ninjutsu has been at conflict with itself since the beginning of its first appearance in the US, the Ohara family which at one time owned Black Belt Magazine also had an extension to the Classic Bansenshukai which was exclusive to their family and, part of Book of the Ninja by Anthony Cummins and, something that contains information (as a shocker), also turns up in my own books, specifically Army of Shadows. Though most people know me for my still Best Selling book Black Dragon Ninjitsu.

Ninjutsu has always been the historical doctrine of espionage and intelligence warfare... Some of this was covered in my book Legacy of the Kokuryukai. Now before we get our wires crossed, I am claiming (and, you can quote me on this):
1. To not be award Soke of anything... Not to be Grandmaster or, whatever...
2. To have learned ninjutsu are part of Omoto Ryu Budo...
3. That the Omoto Family is real and, that Kioshi Omoto did own a commercial school in Canada named Omoto Ryu Jujitsu & Budo...
4. That all official rank comes from Kioshi Omoto in Omoto Ryu Budo...
5. That Reginald Allen Martin, who initially taught me Ninjutsu did so in his back yard...
6. That Ninjitsu is a art of strategy, tactics, intelligence gathering & counter-intelligence not a martial art...
7. That Kioshi's bother, adopted cousin, claimed their ninjitsu came from Koga/Koka Ryu & was taught to them by their father...
8. That Kioshi's brother also claimed to have some connection to the Yakuza and the Kokuryukai... But, when asked about it, Kioshi just said "So he claims..." or something similar. Which neither confirms nor denies anything. So I did some research and wrote the book...
9. Beyond that I claim nothing else... So enjoy.

Now in writing Legacy of the Kokuryukai, I came across evidence and information that shows that the Kokuryukai tried to divide our nation and spark a "race war." This same thing has been repeated by the Communist/Socialist USSR during the Cold War & seen today among groups like Antifa & similar... I am not addressing those I have proven to be able to control or, their attempts to address me and draw into another online feud they think they can "win." Nor, am I even concerned with them... I am only addressing THEM because they might be the very people who steered you here...

All that out the way, allow me to answer the question asked by the title... What Comes Next?

Ninjutsu, was never taught to me as a martial art, outside the Bujinkan &, as I explained before they have made false statements in the past that prove they are not creditable historical sources... Ninjitsu has to change and adapt, it has to be honest with itself to progress and my statements to Bob Carson remain true...
1. Ninjutsu was never a mystical or magical anything...
2. Ninjitsu is not a martial art, the ninja were samurai; who practiced samurai martial arts...
3. Ninjitsu has to be transformed to function into the 21st Century...

For me personally, I am going to get more focused on competitive training and, while I have no intention of dropping ninjitsu... I do plan to open it up as a kind of adventure camp/martial arts school however, ninja martial arts will never be the focus or claim.

The Fight with Roley on the 20th

Here is where I am gonna lay out the Ninja Mind Fuck that just happened. Now later today I will have an interview with Bob Carson & we are gonna be focused on fighting fighting Don Roley on the 20th came about..

This is the intended effect of the Icy Mike & Ron Collins Fight... Because the greatest insult you can deliver an enemy is to ignore them. And, I agreed-half-called out Icy Mike on the MixedMartialArts.com Otherground boards. I think Icy Mike threw out some bait in an attempt to get me to fight him. So I plan to face Icy Mike on 26th on Street Beefs & there is no issue here. However I did it, knowing that to defend his online trash talk war, when questioned by those who think Roley isn't going to fight me.

Now Don Roley at every discourse, where he has tried to get me to fight him, has done so claiming to want to fight me but, never on neutral ground. So here is the thing... After claiming he wants to fight and claiming to be offended by my talking about his family, its gets the same message out. Well lets us use that, I have amped up the propaganda, making sure Don can hear it and, called out Don Roley's claims about his life against him. I have questioned his knowledge of Ninjutsu & Fujita Seiko. Proven I knew things about Fujita Seiko he didn't...

I have questioned Don's claim to me, a claim he later deleted, claiming to be a 15th Dan in the Bujinkan. You see Don Roley attacking others for claiming inflated ranks, would have his own rank called into question, which he never says opennly. I have said, I believe, because of our interactions I think someone should look into him for molesting his own kids. I have called his wife &daughters whores and said he was lying about his whore wife having cancer. I even said if she dies I think it might be the Divine Justice of the Universe... Cold right. Then I said he has only one shot, 20th of August, his flight leaves on the 21st. We are both about 3 hours away from Harrisonburg VA and Street Beefs the same location I agreed to fight Icy Mike. So I gave Roley on the 20th and Street Beefs. 

If Don Roley, who lives by appearance and me, a man who lives by substance, myself, have this opportunity... to end this. Let us do it. He has to either decide not to fight the man who said all that trash...  Not defend the honor of his family, not defend the reputation of daughter, the reputation of his wife and his family... Against me who he claims has no training or, experience. While appearing to avoid me. Literally, Street Beefs is Neutral Ground, Middle Ground and doesn't involve any Bujinkan or Black Dragon Fighting Society.

I even think, I should get my ass kicked for what I said... Question is will Don Roley be there? I will be there... We are both there, we fight. Nothing changes I will still sue him. However, as TryHardNobody pointed out, it was "gay" to both beat his ass and sue him. So if he beats me I won't sue him... Added to give him both a positive thing to gain.

So lets see if I am gonna be talking shit this weekend or, beating Don Roley's ass and talking shit. Losing to Don Roley just isn't an option for me. Can you imagine the shit I will say on this blog and my YouTube channel? Don has no win in this, unless he shows up and faces me. Unless Don Roley beats me on Street Beefs (an underground fight club mind you)  and wins. I am giving him no respect, no quarter and no excuses...

Now the guys on the OG created this hash tag #ninjamindfuck for such events. Actually I think Icy Mike came up with it. And this has all been a Ninja Mind Fuck. I will be the first ninja to face a competition fighter Icy Mike on the 26th, this puts me ahead of all I the other online ninja who don't fight. Have Duxed it, claimed to have fought in an underground event with no proof.

Additionally, I am giving Don Roley a chance to defend his role as a husband, father... Hell, a man... Fighting Icy Mike is something for the OG who arranged it, Icy Mike and I, the ninjitsu community and martial arts community in general. Don Roley and, me is personal... See, it has always been personal, Don thinks he is better then me and will lie and slander me to prove it... Well Don, you aren't and I am going to prove it because;

a) If you are better you will beat my ass...

b) If you aren't better you will lose...

c) If aren't better you will tuck tail and hide... Let everyone point out you let me accuse you of molesting your kids, called your wife a whore, your daughter a whore and said you was to scared to waste 5 hours of your life to settle the score.

d) You aren't better try to have your Bujinkan cultist attack me in the street. With or without you directly involved.

Fight Record: None Offical but has competed as a kid and been in a few fights in the street. Has US Army Awards paperwork mentioning teaching hand-to-hand combat & competing in Hand-to-hand combat in the Army (gen 1 MACP). 3-0 in jail house brawls & 1-0 against State Troopers; Greg Duckworth of Taylor Made fame, 1-0 against Lt England & his fellow VAMC police officer, 1-0 against the former chief of the VAMC Police and taking his 1st fight against the Chief and Lt. England. Counting being handcuffed and beaten by Troopers Moore & Palmateer as a 1-2 against the State Police for total record of Jail House & Fighting with Police Record of 6-2

I went into the mountains to train, not for any mystical ninja training of becoming one with the universe or nature but, because it would free of distractions... I can do push-up & drills anywhere. Doing this simply freed from the distraction of the internet and other things to allow me to focus on training...

Instead I saw a bear while hiking, it ran from me when I clicked on my flashlight but, I didn't trust it to stay away when I was asleep so I camped out on the side of a very steep hill side, under a ridge. I saw the bear the next morning with it cub, somewhere between an adult & baby... I decided to call it quits about that time. So I am back in the "civilized world..." of Beckley, West Virginia.

This of course, comes to a very simple outcome... Icy Mike will face me in a Secret Kumite Deathmatch in undisclosed location... This death match will be held in Secret by the Kokuryukai and... No wait that was Blood Sport. And, it was something Frank Dux made up.

So as per Icy Mike's suggestion we will fight on Street Beefs, in Virginia and, no one is getting killed. Since, this is both covered on the mixedmartialarts.com Other Ground forums and this blog... The idea that I will fight someone, is going to destroy the lie that I won't fight anyone... Fighting a competent fighter is going to make waves, good or bad for me will be determined by time and perception.

However, even Dux has been keeping taps on mixedmartialarts.com discussion thread and, the trolls, the cyber stalking trolls like Phil Elmore, LordusSapiens and others have been on the forum making themselves look like idiots &, trying to convince MMA fighters who don't care about our drama, that I am crazy... Hello, ninja over here! The MMA fighters already think I am crazy, all you are doing is trying convince them that someone they already think is crazy, is lying about you all being cyber stalkers (by stalking me to an MMA site) and, about legal facts they don't care to know...Trying derail any coverage of the upcoming fight between me and, Icy Mike by having the same arguements no one wants to hear or see... Dux is too big a puddy tat, I sorry I mean bitch to make public comments on the forum and keeps e-mailing me insults... 

 I love this because Dux, like his fellow mental patients Phil Elmore, Barron Shepherd and Don Roley, claims I have no concept of reality... He insists I am jealous of him & then says I am calling him a Child Molester because his wife is young...
Funny I didn't say anything about that in the previous e-mail... I asked him about howcome he never won any events outside the Secret Kumite...

As you can see underlined in Red, I asked Dux why didn't ever compete in anything outside the Kumite? Oh and I did say, "As for Street Beefs, if you feeling froggie... jump. We can set something up for us."

And Dux, avoided all those to say I was calling him a child molester, may be his lies about me and an 11 year old girl isn't slander, its projection...

So again, I accuse Dux of avoiding the questions... The first question being the most important, Do you want to fight? Icy Mike wants to fight, I want to fight & we are gonna fight... I asked Dux if he wants to fight? Crickets... 

And those four questions Dux doesn't want to see asked...

1. How come you never won any competitions outside of the mystical kumite?
2. How come you never competed outside the Kumite?
3. Do you want me to set something up for us to fight on Street Beefs?

Excuses... deflecting it to Barron & Roley... Well Dux won't fight me, so check it out... For those who interpret all Ninjitsu to mean Bull Shit; what yu have is Frank Dux; a Senior Grandmaster in the International Fighting Arts Association/Black Dragon Fighting Society, scared of someone who isn't in the BDFS and a fake ninja standing at 5'4" while Dux a fake ninja stands at 6'4"..? 

So its official, Dux won't fight me & will only challenge to an online shit talking via e-mail Keyboard Kumite...

And here was my response to Dux, not accepting my challenge... The situation is very simple, either step or shut up & so far Dux has shut up... And only a few minutes ago, did I make my last statement to Dux... I am saying Dux, is scared of me... Fuck'em.

Street Beefs you hear! Street Beefs!

It all started when I went to Colorado to call out Don Roley at his house, I was informed of the notice on an MMA forum www.mixedmartialarts.com. I went and, while it acted as a hostile medium to communicate, I was dealing with several issues with my car and my hastily planned "ninja mission" went wrong... It did provide me with impartial (as impartial as someone who thinks all ninjutsu as BS can be) communication with Roley and his Proxies. Don Roley never actually appearing and, his proxies relaying messages.

I ended up being given a train ticket by an "enemy" who wanted to ensur I wasn't left stranded. This is quite impressive given the vemon betweene and some of my detractors... Something amazing happened on the mixedmartialarts.com forum. I arranged a fight with Icy Mike for August 26th in Virginia through an event called Street Beefs.

But,  what about Don Roley?  Well he claimed to be at the Denver Library when it was likely I wouldn't see his post on the thread on the forum and then claimed to have ran back home. A second fight was set up by members of the MMA forum to which I declined. Don had stated in the past he will never fight me in a cage or, anywhere he can't make BS rules... So I have Street Beefs and Icy Mike to fight...

Well why is that important..? Because no one has asked two very important questions.
1. Why did I even bother going to an MMA forum..? It is not because I was invited...
2. Why did I even bother going to Colorado..? Fighting Roley wasn't the Sole Goal or even a major one.

You see there is a bigger picture here and a much larger game a foot. But, let me answer the questions I put before you...

Why did I even bother going to an MMA forum..?
Where else will I find fighters? You see I have done a very good job of keeping my real ability hidden and here is what is at stake...
a) A federal law suit, against a prosecutor (Kristen Keller) who falsified evidence in my case will begin soon... All this talk of Lexington and challenge Barron and Roley is a distraction to allow motions to go through unabated by people who have involved themselves in criminal proceedings. Its all a distraction to keep them looking somewhere else... Regardless, it will open the door with why Mrs. Burnside-Keller would do so and start cascading down a decade of false arrest and harassment...
b) During the time when I have had to actually fight for survival, I have done a wonderful job of concealing my abilities. So lets see what happens when start show casing thoses skills I kept hidden for so long. I am not gonna fighters in the ninjutsu community, they are too busy researching history and taking about tradition to go out do some real hard training,  obstacle courses, work on rope drills and contact sparring. I want people who are "ninjas" I want people with heart and are willing to fight.
c) What do you think happens when the law suit against the state proves I been set up, harassed repeatedly, assaulted, kidnapped and basically tortured included being being chemically tortured when Kristen Keller falsified evidence in my case... Do I ride off into the Sunset?

No, I start filing law suits against Don Roley, Phil Elmore & Barron Shepherd. I am also going to start several small businesses and work on making more money...

So why did I go to an MMA forum? Because, I wanted fighters.  All this time concealing my skills and now it is time to show them... I tried to do this with the Ninjutsu Community and my haters but, all the Bull Shit and online games just means they aren't gonna do shit... So I went to an online forum for mixed martial artists (by invitation) and thats were I met Icy Mike. He offered to fight me on Street Beefs and I called him on it, used to the BS from the Ninjutsu Community. And, I was wrong...

So while those non-fighting online BSers are crying about this or that... I get someone who has acted honorably and did what he said he was going to do and did it how he said he was gonna do it. So I get to fight someone... Just not Barron Shepherd or Don Roley but who cares they just want to dodge anything that looks like a cage and claim you dodged them. And thats what I was looking for on an MMA forum and what I got by visiting an MMA forum. Forget the law suits and the money, forget the drama and the slander... I just wanted find a "dance partner." Some to punch me in the face until I lose consciousness...

I have layed out rules for sparring in black dragon ninjitsu and my intent to make Ninjitsu not only a relevant fighting art effective at 5 ranges of combat but, a competition and adventure based system as well in the past.

Why did I even bother going to Colorado..? 
Why not? Don has threatened to shoot me by proxy, many times... He has stated he will not fight me in a cage or on neutral ground. He wants to set the rules and will only fight me under conditions he thinks he can control... He is scared of me and we both know it.

Dux is intimidated by me and we all know it... That's why I ripped him such a new one on Frank Dux Exposed on June 27th 2017. Dux and the same little band of trolls and haters he was protecting, the same people who called him frauds. Going to Colorado was as much about Dux as it was about Roley. I wanted footage of Roley hiding in his house,  behind his family. So, I didn't get it because my car broke down (transmission went out) and maybe that was a good thing because a scared pussy cat with no where to hide and backed into a corner will come at you like a tiger... Don might have shot me or maybe not. But, I like to think God had something to do with my plans working and not working as it all fits into his grand plans.

Either way, fight Don or Don't fight Don, no matter. Don is so consumed with "defending" his "victory" over me in Lexington he is ignoring and even protecting Dux's involvement and, lying to defend Dux... That is how much power I have over these people. And it is power, they gave me.

Barron being the Judo man he is, is somewhat seeing this or, just too tired of losing public opinion to me. The more they resist me, the more I use the resistance to manipulate and tear them down. Just look at comments from the Frank Dux Exposed,

 

Everyone is all about me training in something else or, with someone else and, all about me getting rank with someone else... They don't realize while I wanted to go to Colorado, wanted to face Barron or Don Roley was because I wanted to prove the superiority of my art over their claims...  I can't do that training with anyone else not until that I got a few more "wins" under my belt.

So I came to Colorado because I wanted to, I wanted to take off on a whim and show up on Don Roley's doorstep. Granted it didn't go as planned but, I made one hell of a show busting Dux down... I got one hell of a show watching the trolls make excuses and crying out in fear for me, to prove I was in Colorado.

When that failed they turned to crying about how they manipulated me into coming to Colorado... On the Watching Don Roley Fail part 5 blog.

The last minute attempt at Reverse Psychology is amusing. Don keeps talking about his family and has proxies saying they gonna shoot me... Yet, I made it to Colorado and Don will never step into a cage with me he said so himself...

So, I enjoy road trips, sight seeing and such... And there is something bigger, something more important and its what the really fun games are hinged on...

What value is a fist fight when clearing my name is more important? What value is a win on the mats when I opponents are liars and cowards unworthy I presenting me a challenge in the first place? What good is a martial arts organization like the BDFS when our own leadership sees us as pawns to be sacrificed for political, monetary or social gain?

I have proven the manipulation, the tactical and strategic aspects of my art work. Now I need to prove the training methids and fighting techniques hold merit. Against opponents of this commitment. That means I will use MY TRAINING METHODS and my fighting style in mixed martial arts and other competition.

Icy Mike and Street Beefs will be the first in a series of amateur fights against a variety of fighters, styles and backgrounds while I am still building myself back up...

And what I am trying to prove?
Nothing... I don't need to prove I can fight, I just I want something worthy of my efforts. I have been cast in the Role of Perpetual "Under Dog," well fine... Every Dog has his day and the sun is rising on mine.

See what happens if I show up and fight & I do well? What happens of I show how a PFC became a Company Level Hand to Hand Combat Instructor? What happens when these frauds,  fakes and phonies are eating their words and choking on their own lack of performance?
