If You Get Proven a Liar, get your friends to lie for you...

Well after I explained to Trooper Duckworth I could have harmed him, if I had the intention to do so in the Full Disclosure blog. I even posted a YouTube video after I saw him in up town Beckley & all I got was a dirty look from him and a surprised look from some Federal Marshalls; no arrest to the disappointment of Don Roley. Who admitted on Budoseek to informing the police in hopes I would get arrested & relied on his Budoseek Peon Jonathan Russell to reinforce his delusions prompting the Open Letter to Jonathan Russell blog post.

But of course when your friends don't distance themselves from you when people spread vicious lis  & the liars get outed as be slanderous and libel frauds they do what every "thug" does, they get their gang to help.

Now not to throw Mike Witte & Jack Williams out there as my "friends" their defense here is specifically what it is. They're defending the integrity and purpose of the Historical Ninjutsu Research Team facebook group; the discussion and application of historical ninjutsu material from the historical Shinobi Densho (ninja scrolls). A lot of independent research went into Seiko Fujita by Antony Cummins which is why I referenced him as a source of info.

But lets look at Banga & Michael Sampson first;

Almost every group he is a part of is Bujinkan focused... all but the Historical Ninjutsu Research Team facebook group that is.

Among his friends we find Don Roley, odd has heavy Bujinkan ties and is friends with one of those I named for spreading slanderous comments? Tried to imply that my desire to speak to Mr. Roley directly when I went to Colorado Springs to visit family concerning his behavior was somehow a threat? I guess Don Roley has gotten a few death threat for things he's said safe behind his computer screen he doesn't list the address of is dojo on the website & you have to go through a background check as well...

It was so transparent, that I even called it out to Banga, who didn't reply...

Oh but lets not forget dear Michael Sampson; who is Banga's friend on facebook and brought this up on the Historical Ninjutsu Research Team facebook group in clear violation of the rules.

So we have Banga who as of a few hours ago changed his name to Japanese Kanji for fear of being discovered... funny. Yet Michael "Black Dynamite" Sampson friends of Banga & Don Roley has one of my students Marlo on his friends list? Right here beside Banga Gazi!

 Can anyone say internet stalker? Oh but our story doesn't end their & it didn't begin here either. This was the first appearance by Mr. Sampson on Ashida Kim's facebook page.

Its highly important to realize that as I type this at approximately 9:15pm (2115hrs) Mr. Sampson has yet to provide proof. Only responds with an attack on my character & was no doubt the individual reporting such a claim. Most likely, sent an e-mail to Proboards claiming a treat was made; which it wasn't (even if graphically wasn't). Or is spreading lies for Don Roley.

Now if we look at Banga & Don Roley's ties we see where the issue arises; my association with Antony Cummins. As an independent researcher into Historical Ninjutsu who doesn't push the Bujinkan agenda Anthony Cummins is a  threat to the Bujinkan's bottom line. I as a Koga Ryu Ninjutsu practicer who is focused on modernizing Ninjutsu into an effective combat-intelligence system & directs all Historical Inquiry to Anthony. As Mr. Cummins is the only non-system imbedded & truly independent researcher on the subject of ninjutsu. I don't need to train in the Bujinkan or listen to Takamatsu myths to enjoy historical ninjutsu (remember Robert Bussey originally left the Bujinkan because he didn't want to worship Takamatsu or so the rumors go). The fact that I even have to defend my association with someone because I enjoy the work they do &, Antony Cummins stands behind no modern Ninjutsu school as being historically accurate; not even mine, is pathetic in the least.

Here from Don Roley's own facebook page is Banga Gazi owner of Tengu Books, endorsed here on the Don Roley's Ninjutsu Information Dissemination Network facebook page. Created by Don Roley to spread Takamatsu-den mythological ninja history as a counter-productive construct to the truth. Antony Cummins Historical Ninjutsu Research Team (HNRT) facebook group tried to b style neutral & focus on history.

The concern is that others will know about Don Roley's malicious pattern of lies and slander to push the Bujinkan-cults fantasy ninjutsu. I was careful not to address any of this on the HNRT facebook page as it was against the rules, set forth by Antony Cummins.

You see I predicted Don Roley's pattern of behavior in the Full Disclosure & Full Disclosure II Blog post, I addressed the very information I said " case being dropped to a plea agreement for delinquency was bull shit as well. But its a lie started by Don "bitch ass" Roley who also is the source of info for Phil & Bullshido. Phil doesn't have the balls to call me by name in his little news editorials on Huffington Post; instead calls me "John" which isn't phonically too different from Ron." I then used the Budoseek post directed at me by Jonathan Russell trying to create to image of group-thinking (you know the cool ids think I'm a freak so you should to, high school mentality) to address the evidence of Don Roley's pattern of behavior I predicted in Full Disclosure II & addressed openly in my Open Letter to Jonathan Russell. I even addressed how I used all these people and their criminal intentions to further my own stratagems; in The Ninja: Understanding Strategy & Tactics.

You see the biggest concern is that I have people in my local area, an area with  single Bujinkan dojo ran by James Lilly (I don't know his rank or connection to Lilly crime family). West Virginia is fertile ground for paramilitary, militia & ninjutsu training, with several mountains, rivers, valleys, creeks and forests for training. The issue is business and concealing their own unethical business practices. Because God-forbid I get found innocent again, with me openly stating I used my ninjutsu training & directing historical research to Antony Cummins; as the only truly independent ninjutsu researcher.

Or that I would speak of my use of modern Ninjutsu openly in these criminal matters while addressing the Historical Ninjutsu Research Team. I get no endorsement from Antony Cummins, he isn't proclaiming me or my style a Historical Tradition or condoning my use of ninjutsu or actions. We simply share a passion for ninjutsu and honest historical research.

So let me set the record straight... once again.



The Ninja: Understanding Strategy & Tactics

Ninjutsu is the "invisible art," quite different then "art of invisibility;" ninjutsu is about things done in secret. Things invisible to the observer or enemy, ninjutsu is espionage, sabotage, assassination, scout craft & skirmish (commando style) tactics. Ninjutsu is more then camouflage & sentry removal. Its the tactics of espionage & the strategy of clandestine warfare. The goal of ninjutsu is to win the battles & thereby the wars before one fights.

The use of Skirmish forces is not completely unheard of among Samurai Ryu or Sengoku Period tactics. Surely, the use of skirmish tactics is not specifically ninjutsu related. No the use of Ninjutsu/Shinobijutsu was in finding the routes the Bushi would take to infiltrate enemy terrain & strike suddenly before fading away. Such a mission may require the shinobi contact an informant, capture an enemy for interrogation, sabotage enemy defenses, provide false maps or simply infiltrate the camp to gather continued intelligence.

Ninjutsu is more then espionage; spy-craft is a fun subject but it has little usage without a direct strategy where it would be required for usage. The facts remain as to how I infiltrated your criminal organization; I addressed this back in October of 2012 with my Choho no Jutsu: Applications of Ninjutsu for the Modern World blog & of course the Keep your Enemies Closer blog. You see I knew what I was doing when I pushed Lt. Deeds & Capt. White into carrying out the threat of pushing the child pornography charges. I knew attempts would be made to circumvent my "Fruit of the Poisonous Tree" argument in the complaint (which came in the form of a 2nd Search Warrant that Assistant Prosecutor Pat Lamp denies existing in court before Judge Kirkpatrick).

 

Yet mentioned in the criminal complaint below...

I'm not the one hiding or hiding secrets. Sure I have my secrets but nothing you can find out about, nothing you can use. My secrets are mine, ad mine alone. I even outlined how I manipulated the system to get the police & prosecutor to hand over evidence by trying to suppress evidence of misconduct. They took my computers trying to conceal evidence, so I forced them to try to hide other pieces of evidence & even went so far as to waive my indictment before grand jury making them carry this to trial with evidence in the public forum of the internet admissible in court.

 We can just as easily look at my complaints to Captain White Head of the Office of Professional Standards & see that while he might have thought me "crazy" or "arrogant" his lack of personal responsibility and failed leadership in silently condoning the conspiratorial actions of Troopers Moore, Palmateer, Duckworth & Efrid with the aid of Lt. Deeds (Office of Professional Standards Investigator). Was enough compromise the integrity of the Office of Professional Standards & the Organization of the West Virgnia State Police.

But wait this doesn't end here, we have Col Smithers & Governor Tomblins who silently condone these criminal activities as well. You see, I had a strategy & my strategy was based on three simple facts;

1. No government wants to admit to corruption within its organization...
2. All Governments will seek to suppress or conceal evidence of corruption...
3. That I don't have to prove everything only create "probable cause" for a formal investigation. Those elements I can't prove are based on claims made by other in this tell; Ashley Redden, DJ Lilly, Nathan Lilly, Jessica Lilly, Danny Massey & circumstantially verified by the actions of the state itself. Thus Generating Probable Cause...

Even the threats and mention of those of minor details cheerleading for the false accusations; described in my Blog on Haters, Liars & Frauds: he Reality of Self-Proclaimed Internet Experts was enough to draw out one of those responsible for lies and misinformation Barron Shepard. My strategy is simple & to be honest (bluntly so) if I wished to kill Trooper Duckworth I'd have been more ninja about it, using poison such as distilled from Blowfish blood (Blowfish were available at Pets & Things) or a Rattlesnake (common to the area) or make it look like he committed suicide. The fact, I am even mentioning this is to address the point: I have no intention to harm anyone, except perhaps in self-defense. I will defend myself, if it comes to that...

However, you see I realized this ends only one of two ways long ago. I can be bold and brazen, in my statements & in my videos. Not because I'm some bad ass killing machine or a instructor of ninjutsu. I can do this because I laid a foundation to win before I fought this battle. My boldness serves two purposes one it makes the police look weak & corrupt, Full Disclosure wasn't the first time either. Doing nothing makes them look weak and arresting me means I go to my preliminary, (even if its a misdemeanor my initial appearance before a Magistrate counts as such, under West Virginia law) & I'm able to go to court within 2 weeks to a months time (allowing the Prosecutor their 20 days to hand over discovery) the "threats" of the Full Disclosure blog also name evidence which would prove conspiracy & criminality (specifically attempts to kidnap me under color of law).

Thus they will do nothing, make excuses & harbor a quiet anger at the audacity of someone who has no political ties or power but has manage to call their own into question. And a recent update concerning Don Roley using friends on facebook to try to get others to distance themselves from m in the ninjutsu community. Why? Because I called him out as a liar and in the Full Disclosure Blog & laughed at him for doing just as I predicted in the Open Letter to Jonathan Russell Blog

Allow me to make three things perfectly clear to you.
1. Any association with a liar & fraud like Don Roley is something that does no credit to your arguements. Quite frankly, the man is a parasite and a liar. I'll talk to him when I get to Colorado Springs. You see I don't watch the forum you sent your message on. I have minions, not just Johnny Hunter whom is the public face of said minions (he's a senior minion I guess you could say, 2 steps up from Peon & while I'm picking on him that is because he's a friend). Looking at the character of the person you associate with I have little care for what you have to say and I'm fully acting under the assumption of your character being just as bad based on who you associate with.

Its fine you do as you do, I don't know you or anything about you. But as you say if what I'm saying is true then let the courts do their thing. First off, I'm accusing the courts of being corrupt and criminal in nature. I know these ass pirates aren't going to do anything because of exposure of that corruption & quite honest I don't give a flying fuck anymore. If I seem angry well I am, I have every right to be. Imagine having some idiot like Mr. Roley claiming you plead down to Delinquency from forcing yourself on a minor? (See I brought that up in the Full Disclosure blog knowing Don would try to spin it & he did) Don isn't a fucking ninjutsu instructor he knows less then he claims; far less actually. See if you were to put Don Roley's How to Spot a Fraud article up against I don't know the Bujinkan claims about the Takamatsu-den lineage then the Bujinkan fails under his own claims.

Lets look at them right now:

• Secret Knowledge: Like Hatsumi & Don Roley both claim but they won't teach you because they don't want it misused. That is a sign of a cult, a "copyright on the truth" which they can't teach you without special concessions on your part & of course a complete devotion to your source of the "truth."
• Some Secret Childhood Ninja Master who Teaches the Master: Well that is Takamatsu; Toda Shinryuken doesn't exist, not tax records (governments are always meticulous about getting paid), no birth certificate or death certificate. That removes all schools of Ninpo from the Bujinkan lineage and 3 other schools. Gikan Ryu was taught by a security guard at Takamatsu's grandfather's match factory, but no mention of this came until after he died. Kukishinden Ryu was based off Kukishin Ryu because a fire destroyed all the scrolls; yet the wooden scroll cases survived with little to no damage. That just leaves Takamatsu's lineage down to one legitimate Sokeship Takagi Yoshin Ryu. After all, Takamatsu might have had a teaching license in Kukishin Ryu but he was never going to Soke & claiming Sokeship through a lie is fraudulent. That is not counting the Secret Ninja Teachings.
• Lineage is based off False Information: In the 1st Edition of Bugei Ryuha Daigiten Takamatsu claimed fictional characters (the Japanese equals of King Arthur & Robinhood) & placed Toda's death 4 years before Takamatsu's birth. The 2nd Edition, only the fictional characters where addressed and Takamatsu corrected the lineage but not Toda's death which was then addressed. Then comes the 3rd edition were all things were corrected. Hey my Kendo style was taught to me by Darth Vader! Just as realistic.
• I don't need to lie about people to push my martial arts. Hell, I even associate with Antony Cummins & he doesn't believe any Ninjutsu lineage. That has been on Don Roley. Slandering people because he spent 15 years in Japan riding on Hatsumi's nuts.

2. Christopher Dorner, in my mind was not a villain. I don't give a fuck if he killed cops or the daughter of a cop. Let me tell you about my life. I don't get to have a business because some ass hole with a faggot hair cut who LARPs Samurai armor in Jeans wants to call me a fraud and spread lies on the internet. This is supported by his good buddy Phil Elmore & while Don Roley brags about his good buddies Marc MacYoung & Peyton Quinn that just reinforces a connection to Paladin Press. Paladin Press is a former publisher of Ashida Kim who stole money from him on over seas sells through subsidiary corporations, Paladin is own by Omega Publishing who also owns Soldier of Fortune Magazine. Now, I could careless about it except his lies are being used to justify the attacks of local criminals, whom are not only drug dealers, gun runners, theives and informants but are also child molesters, child pornographers & corrupt members of the legal system who are my issue with letting the courts handle anything. Soldier of Fortune who accused Frank Dux of lying and was proven in Court to have committed libel.

Consider that I had to break the law and secretly record a motions hearing before Judge Kirkpatrick just to get the Prosecutor Pat Lamp to deny the existance or claim of a second search warrant on record. Something discussed on a court record before Magistrate Massey, who somehow loses the transcript and records, after we insured he recorded the hearing. Then as highlighted by Elmore's involvement (I actually wouldn't have learned of it if he wasn't putting my personal business on Tweeter) that my right to a Jury Trial was somehow "revoked" without my conscent or knowledge. Yet, the criminal complaint the Prosecutor denied existing to my lawyer, that I bought myself for $1 mentions a 2nd Search Warrant which was the West Virginia State Police's attempt to cover up a legal arguement addressed concerning the Fruit of the Poisonous Tree Docturine in a complaint I gave to Lt. Deeds of the Office of Professional Standards. Really, at what point do I let the people who trying to take away my life, have the chance to do that very thing without opposition.

I love "Martial artists" they are the worst bunch of spineless retards on the planet; all those certificates showing how "skilled" someone is, all that "I'm too deadly to spar" bull shit & all the "warrior lifestyle" philosophy is worthless... Look to quote Neo "There is a difference in knowing the path & walking the path..." I don't get to have a wife & kids with all this shit on me, I'll have to carry the lies of people like Phil Elmore & Don Roley with me for the rest of my life. I will have to carry the lies and false arrests with me forever... until the day I die it will all be on the internet or in some criminal data base making whatever police officer I interact with think I'm the scum of the earth. So tell what do I have to lose? Nothing...

Thats what Dorner had to lose, the difference is I know how good I am, I know my tactics (US Army Infantry, ROK Infantry & Ninja) & I have a strategy. Even Phil Elmore (though he puts his own spin on it) has to admit I was a hand-to-hand combat instructor in the Army, I also was awarded for being a teamleader and winning fire team competitions. See I know how good I am... it has nothing to do with wanting to kill or maim people; its not about violence or being a "bad ass."

Its about power, see I'm nothing but a little guppy but I have power because no one will do anything about it. Thats the power of fear. I'm not bullet proof, hell I don't even own a gun, course I can literally make black powder from wood, literally shit, sulfur & homemade "plastique" from wood, literally shit, sulfur & add a small fuzzy animal or several for the "Native Man's C4." I don't need it, see if I'm arrested we have to look at all the evidence I addressed in that little blog (why the fuck you think I let Greg Duckworth know I knew where he lived? To intimidate him? No, to make the point he ain't gonna do shit), if they don't arrest me they look corrupt  weak. If they do I get to prove their corrupt. Think Roley informing the police matters to me? Same end regardless... Hell if I kill someone its justified under Common Law Standard Bad Elk v United States allows anyone to resist a false arrest even to the point of killing a cop,its only requirement comes from Brady v Ohio on the exclusionary rule that I have to prove "Malicious Intent" by actions take in "Bad Faith." Unlike Dorner, who if he was captured alive would have to fight for his life in a court battle, just like Randy Weaver. I got the evidence first & set up to win that battle ahead of time.

As for Dorner being a cowardly ambush attacker. You are so utterly in a fantasy world its almost cute. Ambushes are a great way to initiate contact with the enemy, that is why the US Army mentions them in FM 7-8 were we have a near ambush & a far ambush (what you civilians might call a sniper attack), with two ways of initiating said ambush hasty (improvised on the spot) & deliberate (planned and prepared ahead of time). Its called good tactics and its kind of a "ninjutsu thing" look at the 80s Hayes, Bussey & Hatsumi was doing it. Are they cowards? lol

Look I don't get a happy normal life, so why should they? The fact that Troopers Duckworth, Efrid, Moore, Palmateer & Lt. Deeds used pathetic peices of shit like your Don Roley & his ass clown buddy Phil Elmore to spread those lies (I mean hell they were already lying anyway) basically makes them useful idiots. The fact that they created a situation were someone could give them a big "Go fuck yourself!!!" is something very different. See that and the craziness, threats & so on. Served 2 purposes;

1. To get attention (Check)
2. To either get them to act or look like pussies and liars for doing nothing... (sit back & watch)

You see the video was right their; the Prosecutor not wanting to give me discovery & denying the existence of a 2nd Search Warrant. That's all so cowardly little bitches like Don Roley can talk shit and point fingers...

So with the above document & video we know the Prosecutor lied. Or the cops did and the Prosecutor was covering it up. Bet that Appeals Hearing 08-MAP-4-H could prove me wrong. Hey did you know that secretly recording court hearings is a crime; yet they didn't arrest me, why? Oh yeah cause that would hve opened a can of worms on the Appeals hearing, right?

As for the Form Recon Marine shit, it started off as a joke (some ass hat claimed to be a Marine and gave out bad info, we argued and I said I was Force Recon just to out claim him) who gives a fuck, its the internet were pussies think they are bad asses. That is why Don Roley doesn't list an address for his Colorado Springs Bujinkan Dojo. Hey that is your moderator, spreading lies & implicating a forum you're apart of. That is who you are associated with online...

So what I carried it too far because I kept dealing with people who were trying to "Out me as a fraud" for a joke, so I wanted to make them work for it. If someone would have been less accusing or trying to make a point I might not have made them work for it. Bullshido who claims to be "investigating journalists" and are heavily associated with POWnetwork's Chuck Harden, who was tossed out of Bullshido for spreading lies; never filed a FOIA for my military record nor did Don Roley. Nope it was Phil Elmore and only after I disagreed with his bullshit argument about not needing to exercise because old women are old and they learn self-defense.

3. Don't get me wrong, my goal is simple destroy them. I want my life back, but I don't that as long as certain people are in power in this state. So I'm going to do three things; expose their lies, find their secrets and rub it in that they can do nothing to stop me. Shooting me opens a lot of questions, charging gives me a chance to say what I need to.

Let me ask you; why have I been on bond for a felony since 4-19-2012, when my computers were taken on 2-25-2011 & a 2nd Search Warrant was filed 10-28-2011. Yet wasn't arrest 4-19-2012?

2-25-2011  Computers taken for Terroristic Threats (Thus I compare myself to Dorner)
10-28-2011 2nd Search Warrant Issued (Yet recording says Prosecutor knows nothing of it & Initial Appearance suddenly vanishes after I address that fact openly on the internet)
Warrant Issued April 14th 2012 & here I recorded a phone to Capt, White where I threatened to go to the Superintentant of the West Virginia State Police.
4-19-2012 I get arrested.

So that is 9 months they "discovered" child porn on my computer from the date they have a terroristic threat. Oh wait a minute, 1 year and 3 months after the child porn search warrant they arrest me for it. Now let me ask you, what the fuck is going on here Jonathon? Especially, since I admitted it was there & told them to look on my Blackberry mistakenly called an Android.

Now the history lesson is to make a point; its my right as an American to shoot my government employees for violating the laws & the ordinances of the US Constitution. Full Disclosure II: Lets talk about who I am...

My hobby of teaching ninjutsu and jujutsu, writing books & being involved in martial arts events with the hopes of turning that hobby into a business. However, being involved in martial arts world has opened my eyes to certain facts.

1. Ninjutsu is a joke martial art; with hundreds of instructors claiming secret martial arts masters, obscure connections to Seiko Fujita, the Kokuyukai or something else (myself included), muddies the waters a great deal.
2. Ninjutsu all ninjutsu is fraudulent in one aspect or another... either those who refuse to prove their claims or those who lie about them outright. See Bujinkan Lies & Is Koga Ryu Dead blogs.
3. At the end of the day lineage is pointless. If you read the original documents any shinobi claim to have learned ninjutsu from gods, demons, goblins, talking animals & dead relatives. Going back to Soke so & so is kind of pointless. So lets look at skills...
4. The real skills of ninjutsu are espionage-based; strategy, information gathering, reading body language, psychological manipulation, herbals, scouting, skirmish (commando) tactics, sabotage & assassination.



 

Looking at this, I went with who had the best information & the better skills. Bujinkan Ninpo Taijutsu will have to standing around in Ichimon no Kamae all day dodging slow punches that are highly telegraphed. They will tell you how to climb a rope or the five elements of hiding but that's it. They will feed you the Hollywood black garbed ninja throwing flour and vanishing in the near by weeds.

Or under federal law a violation of 42 USC 1983 & 42SC 1985: Deprivation of Civil Rights Under Color of Law. Or the criminal version 18 USC 241 & 242. With an added 18 USC 245: Criminal Acts under Color of Law.
2. Doing nothing will make you look like a bitch, a liar and a fraud. If I resist, its already justified and putting this info on public notice basically means any other officer who become involved (doing his job like a good lil Nazi jack booted thug) is taking action as a part of a noticed criminal conspiracy ad part of a criminal act.
3. I will bet you're just disgraced, pissed and utterly scared. Not of me but of exposure for who and what you really are.

Dan can't & in no way supports me but I'm going to fuck you up for that myself & you'll know about it because when I call you out I'm gonna do it face to face bitch!) or cry babies like the guys at Bullshido.net which also backed out of a fight against Dan Bowen because someone on the forum threatened Dan Bowen if he didn't fight White Kimbo. I'm talking about the pieces of shit like Trooper Greg Duckworth, Bobby & Teresa Redden, Amanda & Randy Wayne Kirk & the rest of the badge wearing faggot ass punks who think a position in society means you're untouchable.

I don't really think lineage matters & even cover why the Bujinkan is resorting to lies and defamation of character to push their BS martial arts in the Bujinkan Lies post. I even hinted at certain details here with the Haters, Liars & Frauds blog post that drew out Barron Shepard. In the Attack by Stratagem post you can read the comments of those very much involved with those named groups. And I first addressed this issue on Ashida Kim's old forum to bait the idiots like Don Roley, Barron Shepard & Phil Elmore into giving the legal matters a mention on the web; leaving "mouse tracks" to lead you down the rabbit hole we call my life.

Despite the "secret ninja master claims" you can now look at guys like Antony Cummins (who while I think will be an absolute failure at creating a united the ninjutsu community is a Epic Success in addressing the truth); the man who translated the Shinobi Densho like the Ninpoden into modern English. You can & many will use that information to claim some link to history (I don't care its not important if they are lying) but if the knowledge recorded by the real ninja of history is being used by the next generation (after several other generations) & is passed down then a) those dead masters succeeded in their goals & b) they are a least passing on real ninjutsu.

Bullshido is a forum that exist to start drama to push MMA gear, T-shirts & inspire business by trying to convince none MMA martial artists to become involved in MMA events to prove themselves. Most of the time when these dramas get near time for completion they tuck dick and run. Such as Hedgehugey who wanted to fight me and challenged me, but made every excuse in the world to avoid coming to West Virginia from Virginia to fight me. His excuse? "I have no reason to go to West Virginia." So he wants to fight me but doesn't have a reason to come to West Virginia; except to fight me which his ass won't do... hmmmm... that sounds like a pussy! Ok I get it you're a man, your balls dropped. Dropped right he fuck off! (Was that out of line or honest?) Guess you'll have to come to WV to straighten that out.

Sam Browning who was given an opportunity to speak with me via phone call, have it recorded and put it on his Bullshido site, with various bits of evidence like the same legal papers displayed in the Haters, Liars & Frauds blog post. He instead refused to actually speak with me & instead suggested/demanded; I post things on his forum as  member. The reasoning is simple Sam might be confronted with information, claims or evidence that would have prompted certain tells in his voice (much the same way Phil Elmore sounded like a scared little bitch when Hanshi Frank Dux raised his voice a little over a phone interview; yet talked shit in type afterward) and that isn't good for business. A study published on Texting & Lying shows people are more likely to lie in text because you can't get a feel for how they say things or if they are lying.

Phil is also known for posing with weapons, trying to look tough (which makes him look like more of a tool), throwing up a "Rock Eye Brow" & hating Koga Ryu Ninjutsu because he is closely associated with both Bullshido & Bujinkan fraud Don Roley; who offer him a token inch of credibility. The very thing I've accused Bullshido of, so yeah back to Sam Browning & Neil "Frost" (Scared shitless of a fake ninja master who used to be a transsexual stripper) Fletcher; I'm not going to mention names but WE ALL KNOW WHO I'M TALKING BOUT & YOUR HOME TOWN KNOWS YOUR A PUSSY. That's why Browning is running with this show.

Phil Elmore's little bitch boy followers (punk-peons) such as Patrick Ferrari can be seen on the attack on the comments section of the Attack by Stratagem post.  Paladin Press contacted me in 2002 to write for them after Dojo Press (yes Ashida Kim's Company) published my first book Black Dragon Ninjitsu in 2000. And none other then those associated with Paladin Press Don Roley (Spent 15 years riding Hatsumi's nuts in Japan & heavily invested in the Bujinkan ninja cult) & Phil Elmore included. Elmore is the writer of such collective works as Street Sword, has a PDF Published called Street Chucks & a PDF of his first book Shorthand Empty Hand.

Lets look at fantasy martial artist Phil Elmore; I will conduct a narrative review of his works ever so briefly.

Street Sword: WTF, Over!? I'm not buying this shit it makes me think of PCP Blade or the Crack Ninja & the Police.
Street Chucks: another WTF!? Ok Nunchaku were made illegal after an LA Police Officer used one to break a protesters arm in the 70s. Afterward & with much more attention because of dumb fuck cop's actions the weapon was commonly used thanks to movies like Enter the Dragon and the movie The Last Dragon attempted to make fun of this trend with a young martial arts master who was far to influenced by the movies then his real training. However, anyone can look at the late 60s, 70s and 80s and see this reflected in modern American Culture of teenagers who grew up during those periods (70s and 80s especially) and as adults today. Knowing this and the effectiveness of the weapon I wonder why anyone who grew up in this period of time (as myself and Elmore both have) would even suggest using nunchaku for self-defense. Otherwise Elmore admits on page vii of the PDF he states he learned the weapon usage from Ted Gambordella's The Complete Book of Karate Weapons, which is nothing compared to the reality of only a dumb ass would support this fat fucking faggot with delusions of grandeur.
Shorthand Empty Hand Expedient Stylized Fighting: The cover says it all, full of pictures of Phil Elmore training alone, demonstrating his "skills" alone & telling stories about using "goose neck strikes to "impress" his "skills" on people who were rude to him. He also quotes John Keehan the founder of the Black Dragon Fighting Society & miss mash of martial arts techniques resembling something like Kung-fu & a description on Myamoto Musashi's 7 principles of fighting that I found addressed in a Black Belt Magazine I have from the 90s (1999 issue I think; guessing of the top of my head; I will find it somewhere I still have it with comic books my mom never threw away incase I wanted to show my childhood to my kids.) No attention is placed on training, self-training or application outside of basically this is how to do a technique; which shows a lack of training to begin with and there are several "mentionings" of deadly techniques with no mention of how to develop the speed, accuracy & power to apply them. A sure sign of no experience as well. More to the point Appendix B: Dealing with the Homeless (page A-5) is a story about how those with less money are below you & want to take it from you. A sure sign of inventing a crisis to connect New York's high crime with poverty; yet its not being poor but a willing choice to commit crimes that address that fact.

This book seems to high light a repressed and unacknowledged fear & hatred for the "Bad Boys" who didn't "accomplish anything." Yet didn't respect him that he did, and a need for validation of his own existence. A wonnabe tough guy who thinks a greater accomplishment then someone he tries to bully makes him "better" then the next person. Yet is unable to realize that the people he attacks; sees him as a sad pathetic shell of human being not fit to be called a man & money, validation of is ego and his constant fear of being exposed under that mask by claiming association to others who validate his ranting and ego isn't gonna change.

You see these internet wonnabe bad asses forget one thing; there is always someone bigger and badder then you. But lets look at the legal issues here; the attention from the guys at Bullshido.net brought to my attention that a guy was arrested for possessing child pornography that was legitimate legal pornography; Adult Film Star Verifies Her Age, Saves Fan from 20 Year in Prison. And well I've been pretty much direct as hell about statements and that Appeals Hearing being of Vital Importance to proving my innocence. We all know I was found INNOCENT of the Stalking & Assault charges. With a mention of Ashley Redden's Bull Shit "I was raped story" even addressed; wasn't guilty of that either. Official Paperwork. Which mentions that 2nd search warrant no one wants to come off of. So here is the deal; the case will be dropped, my property returned, transcripts from the appeals hearing and all such hearings given to me. We can take this to court but all evidence and transcripts will be turned over. If not fuck it, I can go Christopher Dorner and I don't need to own a gun (I can stick a sharp stick or a stone knife into some cops throat & take his). I've been addressing how the police have tampered with evidence and made false statements. Especially, since according the Bad Elk v United States I can resist a false arrest & according to Brady v Ohio I have circumstantial evidence showing the whole Raleigh County Judicial System being involved in criminal activity under color of law. A quick question, why doesn't the warrant say anything before that? Is it possible the police up loaded the videos, after my uncle went to then knowing I'd threatened him with reporting him for the porno I caught him downloading, on the date they took my computers. And I admitted it, but a mention of a phone recording they had and going back o the original case as everyone else involved with Magistrates Jennings, Massey & Judge Hutchison trying to cover sit up and me violating the law openly and putting it on the net. That means the reason Hutchison didn't bring charges against me was for secretly taping a court hearing or Kirkpatrick for that matter is the laundry list of complaints and the evidence they'd have to open up.
