So I don't always keep tabs with what others are doing... Quite honestly I don't care. But, many of you know I am a friend of Ashida Kim's and while I haven't been his student he has been a mentor of sorts. See Ashida Kim isn't a very rich man but he is a man of character and I need strong character more then I need money... Mental Toughness & Moral Strength are words for Character and in the many trials I've faced I've had money, lost money and can get money again but I can't afford to lose myself. So when someone showed Don Roley's latest jab I couldn't help but laugh...
I noticed this from the onset observing Don Roley's posture in the Raw Footage but I didn't say anything until Don Roley said it first and then I couldn't help but laugh. The following images are used for the purpose of review and are considered viable under 17 USC 107 of Federal Code.
Here Don Roley provides in his own words a statement of using the video for his own purposes, considering he invited his "Bullies" to show up, you can basically see where my comments to him on the Raw Footage about how he will never fight me stand. See Don Roley was trying to play the victim. The victim game is a common ploy used by children who like to start trouble but rely on their teachers or parents to save them. As adults they rely on the courts and, its a clear sign someone can't fight. However, we are talking mentality and not methodology... As Don Roley wants to appear non-aggressive yet challenged me via a video on YouTube, a video I was no doubt correct about disappearing should I have fought him.

Here is a fun fact for you all, Count Dante aka John Keehan was Veteran of Army and as such had training in World War II combatives. This same stance is also used as part of the Kata Dante as invented by John Keehan/Count Dante...

Here is Don Roley mentions getting his hands up in a concealed fighting position. This is very interesting because this an aspect practiced by none other then Captain Chris Pizzo (yeah him) and Damien Ross (the Guy from Penn & Teller's Bullshit: Martial Arts Episode). From my understanding Ross & Pizzo were business partners and Pizzo ripped him off fir some cash and started his own combatives program but is a former student of Damien Ross.
However, since many good sources of information exist on the Combatives like the Bill Wolfe Combatives and other schools of the Defendo/Defendu tradition. You even have some elements of these methods discussed in Tony Blauer's SPEAR System and his earlier works on self-defense (Yes, I am a fan of his). So what I am saying is that none of this shows up in the Bujinkan system and when confronted Don Roley doesn't even rely on his "Battlefield" Tested Samurai Arts... I mean postures like Shizen no Kamae, Hira no Kamae & Jumonji no Kamae don't seem threatening right?
Add to this these same stances/postures have been explained my me in the Jukyu Black Dragon Ninjitsu DVD not as actual Ninjutsu, Taijutsu or Jujutsu but variations of the Tachi Kamae of Black Dragon Ninjutsu/Omoto-Ryu Budo.

My own course admits these methods are not part of Black Dragin Ninjitsu but are discussed so that one can understand the variations of Tachi Kamae. The Principle of positioning the hands to make them accessible in a fight exists however, it is not codified Black Dragon Ninjutsu system as "this or that" stance. It is simply variations of Standing Posture (Tachi Kamae) addressed to give the student a reference to adaptations codified by other systems. One could just as easily place their hands behind their head and using the "Ear Muffs" Stance if a boxer or raise their arms as if surrendering, its all fluid and changes from set postures to whatever the student needs for the situation.
In any event, Don Roley by his own admission doesn't rely on the methods of Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu but instead uses modern (well WW II based) combatives and same methods of those he calls frauds...
I would love to tell you I am expert on Nuclear, Biological & Chemical Warfare... but I am not. What I am is a grunt (infantry man) who got do some training with the NBC guys or as we also called them "No Body Cares" well at least your skin is burning or melting off or you are dying of radiation poisoning. So here is what I learned hanging with the NBC crew...
1. Radiation from a power plant is more dangerous then a bomb, why because the material in a power plant is intended to last for a longer time and so yes can poison an area for hundreds of years with radiation.
2. Radiation from a Nuclear Bomb is faster deteriorating due to the sudden release of energy as compared to the slow degradation of say a Nuclear Power Plant's control Rod. This means that you can wait out a disaster from a nuclear weapon but not from a nuclear power plant.
3. You need iodine. Iodine is used to treat cuts and such but liquid iodine can be taken by a 2 table spoon dose with a liter or quart of clean water. Iodine Water Filtration Tablets can be used with a 1-quart of water in a standard GI issued canteen. And of course their is Iodine Solution you can buy online for radiation poisoning. The latter is your best bet.
A gas mask is also good to have...
Now I will explain the construction of the bomb shelter.
What you will need is cinder blocks, mortar, concrete, 4x4 Wooden posts, ply wood sheets and 5 Steel external doors without peep holes.
So you need to start, the basic out outline needs to laid with cinder block producing the initial "box" that will acts as a foundation. I suggest building this on your basement , barn or with some other similar structure but if you are building it outside, you need to dig a hole about 6 to 7 feet deep. Then lay your blocks & Position your doors.
You need a twelve foot by eight food living area. This can accommodate four people quite well. Ideally you might only need to be here for two weeks to a month. So keep in mind the space is going to be limited and well you need to maximize the room you have. This means bunk beds, storing supplies under beds or stacked into boxes.
So you need for 4 adults (assuming teenage children as adults) 4 gallons of water for 2 weeks (14 days) equals 56 gallons of water. Add some board games, playing cards etc. You will also need gas masks, hazmat suits and other items. Once you have about four feet of wall built you need to add 1 and 1/2 inch pipe as an air vent, this vent needs to be built with an "S" curve as shown and allows for a flow catch to catch heavier partials of debris in the air open end on the outside should face down, this prevents falling partials of debris from entering the air flow pipe as well. The hole cut into the wall is patched with mortar and concrete poured into the cinder blocks to strengthen the walls.
This provides some protection. After the walls have reached the desired height a roof can be fashion with the plywood sheets about 1/2 to 1 inch thing. Concrete is then mixed and spread over the plywood in layers of 2 to three inches at a time. They may need to be reinforced with 4x4 support columns to bear the weight until the concrete dries & you need 24 to 28 inches of concrete over head to provide protection.
A Faraday cage should be used to protect any electronics key electronics should include but not be limited to an emergency radio, a handheld CB radio, any night vision devices and any power inverters and charge controllers for solar kits. Needless to say food should be rationed, as well as water. Major targets for a nuclear war will be are military bases, especially naval bases where nuclear submarines are based carrying Inter Centennial Ballistic Missiles (ICBMs), large industrial centers, large population centers and any major airports. So you want to be away from them as best you can.
Once the bombs go off, hopefully you have gotten some warning and can get you and your loved one's into the Bomb Shelter, DO NOT got out of the Shelter in the first 48 hours. Remember the 7/10 rule radioactive fall out breaks down at a rate of ten every factor of seven increase in time. Meaning that after seven minutes a unit of radiation breaks down to 1/10th, after seven hours breaks down to 1/100th, after seven days breaks down to 1/1000th and so on exponentially.
So 2 weeks is a safe minimum; so you need to stock up on food and can get instructions on how to build your own Hazmat Suit from Poorman's Guide to Prepping & you can find free resources on Nuclear Protection here. Building such a shelter in one's basement or an old cave or mine, only adds Nuclear defense protection & adds concealment of prepper OPSEC.
Now allow me to explain the need for so many doors. The doors provide for an airlock system to reduce contamination to the shelter chamber. Leaving the shelter one would move to the first airlock, which doubles as washroom. Once here one enters the suit room, closing the airlock door and puts their hazmat suit (whether commercial or home made) as specified by its proper design. One exits the suit room, entering the scrub room and then the outer airlock, closing each door behind one's self. One then scavenges for supplies and does whatever one wishes to do outside...
Upon returning one uses warm soapy water and washes off beginning with one's hands up to the elbows, then one's head and down to the feet. Once one does this preliminary washing down, one enters the Airlock and locks the door behind one's self. If there is a lot of debris being blown around one can avoid this step until inside the Airlock. One moves to the scrub room using a new clean bucket of warm soapy water to wash off again as before using a scrub brush this time. Once in the suit room, one exits the Hazmat suit and enters the internal airlock. Here one washes off their skin and hair directly and consumes potassium iodine to prevent any radiation sickness.
I must stress this, one should not exit the Bomb Shelter before the first 48 to 72 hours and remain their a possibility of 14 to 30 days. So with all this talking of nuclear war from Russia and China, now is the time for people to start thinking of dealing with that threat and perhaps even pulling our resources to get things done.
So there is a good bit of debate and back and forth online over the events in Lexington, Kentucky when members of the Black Dragon Fighting Society, including myself, confronted Don Roley at his Tanto-jutsu seminar.
While again I point out that this whole affair was someone else's idea, after seeing Roley's online challenge to me. After all I did say back in April of this year that I wouldn't come to Roley's seminar and that if he wanted to fight me we could meet a neutral grounds.
So one BDFS member fires up another BDFS member to confront Roley and challenge him. Others myself included went along and we all seen the video of me "bitching out."
However, in the video showing the raw footage comments by various Bujinkan cultists and online martial arts trolls have sparked some interesting results. Don Roley's own statements condemn him as a fraud (least) in regards to fraud busting since they prove he is a liar. Now i may be a bit harsh here because Don Roley seems a bit mentally ill as well...
Now here is a response I made to Ninja of Yore in regards to their asking about the disposition of my Sexual Assault case. I never had a sexual assault case... Ever. I did admit to having the claim of possession of child pornography which horrid in it's own right. However, that was thrown out when the police failed to show any evidence that I possessed any such things.
If we look at the arrest warrant in that case it makes some interesting statements... 1. That police had to get a second search warrant for the porn, after taking the computers on a terrorist search warrant. 2. That a copy of files were given to the arresting officer. Yet nothing was turned over in discovery and the case was dropped.
Now imagine if this were something less hanus like a drug possession charge... Can you imagine cops planting drugs on someone or arresting them for possession of a drug with any proof? That is exactly what happened to me but, instead of drugs they picked something that most people would convict you for on the mere accusation of wrong doing. Why? Because it is such a horrid crime and because I would be "convicted" in the minds of most people without a thought for facts or truth.
Now you can see I was pretty open about accusations and things I have been charged with. I even stated this accusation of "rape" came up in a WOAY story but says I was charged with Stalking and Assault. The rape claim came up after Ashley Redden was caught lying at the trial.
Now we see Don Roley's threats of slander and libel, his ignoring facts and claims to know I am guilty because of OJ Simpson. When asked how i cam be guilty of a crime i was never charged with or of a crimes 12 jurors found me not guilty of he went full on bat-stupid and denied reality.
Now this follows up where my comments to Ninja of Yore left off with Don Roley starting his diatribe. It is important to realize just as I said in my own comments to Ninja of Yore most people who convict you on the mere accusation are trying to hide something themselves, usually something illegal.
I will just let you continue to read the conversation between me and Roley, below. Two questions Don Roley avoided answering...
1. How does he know I am guilty of a crime I was never charged with and/or crimes i 12 jurors who sat listening to the evidence found me Not Guilty of?
2. How can he explain why I said I wouldn't go to his seminar to fight him but would meet him on neutral ground and yet did that which I said i wouldn't do in October?
So how Don Roley know I am guilty of a crime I have not been charged with? Ninja Magic? Mental illness? Character Assassination? O. J. Simpson? I will let you decide...
More importantly, Don Roley's magical telepathic powers are guiding him to slander my name by his own admission. He knows I am guilty because why? I don't hide accusations thrown at me and seek to defend my name? Because I called him out for deflecting the truth, that produced this response first thing this morning.
And you can see that Dai White is deflecting for Roley right after I point out how worthless Roley's stance is.
And here is Don Roley's "revenge" stating at how I am at fault for his slander against the Black Dragon Fighting Society... Of course this is a pattern of behavior I saw coming and one I have already stated in my blog.
Ultimately, the only thing that is amusing is that he is doing as I have predicted. Perhaps I am "ninja mind controlling" him to do this... Oh wait, it doesn't benefit me. More importantly it is a sad and pathetic maneuver by Roley. Since it is his only recourse brought on the Lexington events.
Even more amusing is that Don Roley has already launched a series of attacks against the BDFS by attacking Ashida Kim, Frank Dux, Irving Soto and others in his blogs... So now he wants to shift blame for this on me because I said he proved himself a liar and a fraud? To say the least this is entertaining...
The Jujitsu of Black Dragon Ninjitsu is not very different then the techniques of Aikido & Judo, however our Atemi-waza is influenced by Kenpo. No, this is not the Kenpo Karate of Ed Parker but the Kenpo of Japan. Kenpo means Fist Law and is general terms for any Striking Arts from outside of Japan. There is Karate, Shotokan is a Japanese art based on Okinawan Karate, Karate meaning Chinese Hand. There is Chinese Kenpo, Gung-fu & Wushu, there is Okinawan Kenpo, Okinawan-Te, Okinawan Karate, Goju Ryu Karate, etc.
There is Kosho Ryu Kenpo-Jujitsu which was taught to William Chow by James Mitose. William Chow who renamed the art Kenpo Karate & who taught Ed Parker. Ed Parker who created American Kenpo Karate as we know it today. Omoto-Ryu Jujitsu/Jujutsu or Taijutsu/Taijitsu contains elements and influences of Kenpo striking techniques which focus on both soft and hard forms of striking, blocking and redirecting attacks. This is nothing new to the martial arts world, it sounds like many martial arts on the planet, Goju Ryu being one of them. So whether this is Chinese Kenpo or Okinawan Kenpo I don't know, I do know we don't share a lineage with American Kenpo from Kosho Ryu Kenpo-Jujitsu.
It must be understood that before my court cases and following personal attacks and drama, I had a few students. The issues with the police harassment and intimidation resulted in my school closing, my students facing attacks form the cops with their own false charges and harassment. With people like Barron Shepherd, Phil Elmore and Don Roley slandering my name & helping to try to falsely convict me both in the real world and convict me in the public eye online.
The big issue is why? Because Black Dragon Ninjitsu my own take on Omoto-Ryu Budo (the name for the complete art and not only the Jujitsu contained in the system) includes several elements only seen in the historical texts and these elements existed before the present 3rd Edition of the Black Dragon Ninjitsu book. In fact certain formations for travelling as a team seen in the Bansenshukai also show up in Army of Shadows as well, but I digress... What separates Black Dragon Ninjitsu from other competing forms of ninjutsu is not martial arts methods but a fluid take on developing the art as a personal tool. The core of Black Dragon Ninjitsu is not martial arts but an understanding of strategy and tactics...
The recent events with Don Roley are a testament to this;
I won't say who suggested the visit to Don Roley's seminar but it wasn't me... If you watch the video Don Roley challenges me to challenge him. Now that silliness could have been settled best with doing nothing because it was childish... This becomes additionally complicated by the fact that a certain individual took someone already fired up and sent them to confront Don Roley in the name of the Black Dragon Fighting Society...
Strategy is not about ego or how you see yourself or others. Strategy is about seeing the big picture, planning for the long game. It is not about the "here and now" it is about the end goal. Strategy is about what you want in the end and how you get that, then figuring out how you get that... A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step but... you still have to know what direction you want to go. This is why you plan and study your opponent, your terrain and your goals and find ways to reach them. Why fight if it doesn't serve you?
Now this is the key issue of importance, I have a history with Don Roley... I understand Roley, he isn't a fighter and he is smart. He is what we might call a fence jumping, he jumps out attacks people, calls them names and then jumps back across the fence expecting them to not get mad or upset. This is grade school tactic used by weaker bullies who hide behind the teacher's thinking they are a "good boy." So Steven Day went (without the permission or input of Grandmaster Miskel who is head of the BDFS family) and if you watch the raw footage as previously stated it shows what happened after the cameras started rolling... What it doesn't show is, why or before the camera's started rolling...
A basic transcript of the Video addresses key points... You think you are seeing a challenge but you are seeing a mental chess game between myself & Roley... 2:11Steven says he is representing the BDFS. 3:43 Don says he has standards... Tell the Truth, do your Honest best, Don't Associate with Criminals and then starts lying himself. 4:05 I confront Roley for lying and making false accusations. 4:18 I call Don Roley a faggot ass bitch hiding behind the law. This goes back to previous pattern of trying to set me up on the blogs I cover below. 4:24 I say Roley doesn't have the balls to fight me. At this point it gives the appearance I am challenging Roley on behalf of the BDFS. 4:27 Roley says "Step on out." 4:33 Steve says Roley isn't in his right mind. 4:40 Steven says he can kick Roley's ass. This gets to Steven's motivation to come there to fight Roley himself and not the BDFS but ot gives the appearance of Steven acting on behalf of the BDFS. 4:50 Steve calls Roley a chicken shit mouth piece. 5:07 Roley says he invited me "to challenge him." So Roley never invited me to fight he invited me to challenge him to a fight... Childishness. This has no statement of intent to fight. 5:12Steven again says he is there to represent the BDFS, while Steven is a member he was not acting on behalf of the BDFS by order of GM Miskel or other Patriarchs. 5:18 Roley says "Not first in line. 5:26 Don says "Ron are you here to challenge me to a fight." 5:30 I reply "No." 5:39 Roley says to "Leave he doesn't want distractions." 5:45 Roley says i am standing behind all these people, I'm not there to challenge him." 5:51 Steven says "Ron's not standing behind me." asks me if I want to "go to bat." Still suggestive of our presence on BDFS behalf. 5:57 GM Ruiz asks "Roley what do your students think of all this?" 6:15 Roley yells out "Let me make this clear! Let me make this clear! This whole thing came about because Ron Collins said I am afraid to face him personally... " 6:29 adds "That while I am not challenging him I am getting other people to challenge him." Steven wanted to fight Roley and I was going to just hit Roley to keep from doing so because Steven's reasons where that he was talking about the BDFS. Steven might have been angry and his anger directed by another BDFS member, he was not speaking for the BDFS. So I figured I'd jump on the grenade myself. 6:32 I said I was told not to fight Roley. That no one wanted me down there to fight Roley.
So at that point it appears we were there on official BDFS business and representing the BDFS. So rather then risk any civil or criminal liability for the BDFS I stepped out. I wanted to fight Roley but not his terms where even winning the fight, I still lose...
My reason for being there was simple; my initial plan was to walk in and hit Roley knowing I am giving him a chance to bring charges against me. I did this because I didn't want the BDFS name involved. The BDFS has been very good to me & when I faced legal challenges, now Kentucky Code 503.050 allows anyone to use physical force if they believe they are facing severe physical injury, death, kidnapping etc. Our appearance could be considered an attempt at coercing Don Roley by means of threat to fight me. This means that any claim to Kentucky's Stand Your Ground law allowing self-defense falls under Kentucky Code 503.060 subsection (2). Under Kentucky Code 503.060 Don Roley could just as easily claim he fought me because he was intimidated and any injury I dealt to him fell Kentucky Code 503.060 making not only my actions criminal but those of the people I came with & fellow Black Dragon Fighting Society members. Having failed to "throw myself on my sword" by hitting him before, the BDFS pulled me away from Roley. I then in essence back out of the fight for the reasons I stated. Now, Ron what does this have to do with anything... No way, you planned or knew any of this? Right?
Wrong? Strategy is the art of planning and that includes a number of different plans for your failures so that they turn into successes... Going to Don Roley's seminar was not my idea (but I hastily formed and adjusted my plans as needed) and the same set up I accused Don Roley & Barron Shepherd of trying to establish back in April of this Year when the same scam was pointed out by me April 17th 2016 on the Stalking & Harassment: A Pattern of Behavior Blog, citing Barron Shepherd & Don Roley's scheme.
And we can go back to February of 2016 in Scared lil Internet Trolls & Why Martial Arts Suck. when pointed out what Barron was trying to do even then, which was the same thing... With the whole Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons series of blogs addressing this pattern if behavior, to entrap me. Why because I am the guy who took a stand, I even pointed this out with the blog Stalking & Harassment 2, fighting Don Roley anywhere but on my terms or a neutral location is stupid... Especially if it damages my other goals, such as re-establishing my school and filing suit against the state to clear my name. I explained how Don Roley & Phil Elmore trace back to the Bujinkan and Paladin Press, was well as the Bujinkan cult philosophy in Stalking & Harassment 3.
You see Barron Shepherd, Don Roley & Phil Elmore have to slander my name, it keeps profitable business down for me. They have to inspire others to do so, it helps them make money selling fantasy. Ultimately, I have already proven them liars time and time again and again after that... and I have a long history of claiming my manipulation of the criminal networks and the police informant system, as well as the corrupt cops themselves is directly linked to my use of Ninjutsu. You can go all the way back to the Keep Your Enemies Closer blog in 2012 when I started the Black Dragon Ninjitsu blog during the year of the Black Dragon 2012. Which demonstrates the same strategy used by me against the police and in turn attempted to be used by Don Roley against me. A strategy I would be an idiot to fall for but, while Roley's challenge was issued at me their was another target, the same who instigated the idea of going to Roley's seminar to confront him on behalf of the Black Dragon Fighting Society. So I really couldn't account for the foolishness of others in that regard.
The goal was not simply to make me look like I backed out of a fight, nor simply to bring legal challenges to myself or the Black Dragon Fighting Society but to cut me off from the Black Dragon Fighting Society which has supported me, even in the face of horrible accusations, false arrests and my own socio-political maneuvers with the state of West Virginia, which bordered on illegal and was very much questionable. That level of thinking, planning and seeing the machinations of others is what makes Black Dragon Ninjitsu different. It makes Black Dragon Ninjitsu a stand alone art in this regard.
So it's all about Spin... We've all seen the video, Don Roley punked me... I am a pussy, I admit it. If you don't like me stop reading now.
Well I predicted Don Roley would bitch out and try to make a show out of calling me out. I did have a plan... That plan was to enjoy myself, if Don Roley had the "nuts and bolts" to actually challenge me to a fight. Show up and fight...
Course I am going to fight on my terms. Which means I would have waited until, Sunday and let him finish his seminar and challenged him to fight me in the street.

Someone else who shall remain nameless and Steven Day, only named because he was there, wanted to straighten Roley out. I overheard the talk of the video at lunch (my phone was dead I left my charger in West Virginia) and didn't get the full story because me and Grandmaster Soto were discussing how we might have put too much spice in our Mongolian Stirfry. I said "if he (Steven Day) is going I was going as well," since the challenge to, challenge Roley, by Roley was leveled at me. There is a Long Game element to this that wasn't fully explained because certain people want quick answers and don't realize there isn't any.
So we showed up and my impromptu plan was to just kick Roley's ass, or get my ass kicked if he had the ability. Once Steven Day started talking to Roley and agreed to let the cameras start rolling I knew we were hit. Don is not a stupid person when it comes to manipulating people and certain people allowed themselves to be manipulated. So I agreed to fight Roley and backed out. Well... There you go i am bitch... Don Roley proved it. You can stop reading now...
Nevermind that this type of 2nd grade play ground antics could have put students and those attending in danger of physical harm. Never mind that the example put forth by Don Roley isn't that of an experienced martial artist or even an adult male when you see his challenge video. It is the example of a grown man and a martial arts instructor acting like a child. An example which is below his position or should be.
No... No... Let's ignore that part. Because this gets to a very simple truth. Me and Roley hate each other... But, why?
1. I disproved his Koga Ryu is Dead article, with his own article... Using Seiko Fujita's own translation Ninjutsu was the product of families and not schools. So then how does Togakure Ryu Ninpo become a Ninja Martial Art that claims to be the source of all martial arts and ninjutsu in Japan? This also comes to reference the Bansenshukai where it says the Higher Skilled ninja should learn the ways of the "lesser people." This is because you can have a School of Warfare (martial arts) and the "Ninjutsu" (invisible arts as in Clandestine Sciences) of the Samurai who are acting as Generals & command staff deals more with politics and psychological manipulation. Where the "ninjutsu" of the conscripted Ashigaru of the Sengaku period might be based on the every day skills of the conscripts. A black smith who makes locks might have expert skills at picking locks and burglary, a criminal of course would have skills at burglary anyway, a person who hunts might have skills based on camouflage and stalking their prey, a prostitute might have their tricks for getting people to become comfortable and talk too much etc. etc.
So a peasant trained in the martial arts of the "Hidden Leaf" school (yes, I made a Naruto reference) of martial arts might have their own individual methods So how did a Ninja School exist before even martial arts became divided into individual schools (Dr. Karl Friday's argument as well). Koga Ryu is not a specific school but a historical term for any school of thought originating from the area of Koga Japan. This means the 53 families which controlled the Koga Area has other families under them in feudal structure each with it own "hidden" or "invisible arts." So Koga Ryu schools may be alive...
The fact is the Bujinkan wants to downplay any challenge to the Bujinkan claim of being the only source of ninjutsu despite the fact that ninjutsu was never claimed until the ninja boom of the 60s in Japan and much of the work in the Togakure Ryu Ninjutsu demonstrated is found in older, but publicly accessible Japanese documents. Basically the Bujinkan guys like Roley attack other claims on Ninjutsu because they want to be the only source of ninjutsu.
2. I answered his "internet challenge" with "Come say it to my face." When people want to argue lineage or what not fine, if I don't want to argue they make threats or try to influence your business in a negative way. Which leads to a "come fight me" internet challenge. So to prove himself, he challenged me to challenge him via Youtube, in 2016. So yeah... Don Roley is a bitch and I should have beat his ass, coz I could... And Would have but for the cameras and Steven Day's statement that he was representing the BDFS.
3. Roley was just trying to set me up to get arrested. During my legal issues Don Roley, Phil Elmore and Barron Shepherd all had a hand in trying to "help me" lose my case. Not to mention interfering with seminars and such that I was holding.
When I didn't they have tried to slander my name publicly. See the Trenton D Smith guy is a former Dux student who stole Dux's Instructor's Manual and is trying to play it off as his own material. Anyway, while trying to play the double agent Russell (Mr. Smith's real name) aquired some legal information which would bring down all three in a lawsuit.
However, under RICO we can go after their biggest supporters as well The Bujinkan, Paladin Press and Omega publishing, doubt I would win but just the implication would cost thousands in legal fees and be cheaper to settle out of court (if I was interested in money & just the establishing the stigma of such behavior coming back at the big organizations). Little troll disciples of people like Don Roley such Dean would also go down as well. Because they are relying on the slander of Roley without examining the evidence put forth by me, as if it gospel. And I have disproven many of these arguments before and don't need to prove I am not a pedophile because I have already done so and people only want to believe what is comfortable to them. This is especially true when someone starts exposing your fraudulent lineage as you do others...
This leads to point 4...
4. Since these clowns already know me suing them is going to happen, eventually. That they are hit and proven liars and criminals exercising unfair and illegal business practices. Their creditability goes down the tubes and all their hard work with it. They can go down on a sinking ship... But, they also become toxic to their organizations and business associates others will distance themselves from them and, some have already. They state open lies about me and others because they are going to be proven liable for slander, defamation and libel... So why not amp it up & do as much damage as possible seems to be their philosophy.
So what Don Roley, wants is something to go after the BDFS over. That's why he included them in his juvenile challenge to me, as bait. And that's why I backed out... I survived fighting a corrupt court system and corrupt cops. I am still writing books and now producing a video course in Black Dragon Ninjitsu and Starting a new organization, a secret society of sorts, the American Kokuryukai (membership is by invitation only). They didn't stop and can't stop me unless they invent some reason to get me locked up or send Roley and his "gang of ninja assassins" to my house (it is ok, I have an invisible anti-ninja force field (jk)... That's why Ashida doesn't visit me (more joking). You can basically, tell he is a bitch by his challenge, which is why he calls it my "threat."

Now for the Long Game: In fact, Don Roley's main purpose is to attack and discredit any organization or system claiming ninjutsu. This calls into question whether such directives come from Hatsumi amd the Bujinkan directly or if it is Don Roley's own ideas. However, it doesn't take much to look at the attack on Ashida Kim in Mind of the Ninja, which reveals the Bujinkan's cultist attitudes & doctrine pretty well. He will attack the BDFS because it contains schools of ninjutsu which compete with the Bujinkan. That's why Don Roley claims he has standards that we must be like the Bujinkan. This is also why you don't see this as much with members of the other x-kans as you do with the Bujinkan. This just gets into my own personal belief or, "conspiracy theory" if you will, that the Bujinkan encourages this attitude and the harassment and threats that lead to Dan Harmon's death. I mean Don Roley did hold a seminar across the street from Harmon's own home and we don't know if he made threats to Harmon outside with an apparent "gang of ninja." To harass someone with mental health issues. Hey Don claims I have mental health issues and challenged me to challenge him, seems like their is a pattern here.
You hear a lot of talk about Warriorship and how warriors fight. I've even said it myself. Warriors have many virtues courage, honor and honesty are often the most cited. However, in the modern age we also forget Duty. Duty is the why the Warrior fights.
What is my duty as a member of the BDFS? What is my duty as a teacher and instructor? What is my duty as a grown ass man with common sense?
There are many answers but, one of my duties is act like an adult and not bring shame on myself or those represent. If I would have fought Roley representing the BDFS i did so in violation of Kentucky laws simply by coming there. Which it appears we were all there presenting the BDFS and I was there representing myself. He wanted me to say on camera that "I wanted to challenge him" so he could bring shame on the BDFS in the form of a lawsuit because I am going to do so to him. Because Don Roley has brought shame to himself and the Bujinkan, by lying and playing these childish games...
Oh... Special side note to Steven Day... Thank you, for pushing me back and trying to talk it out. Even though you kinda fell for Roley's trap, you saved me some jail time and a lot of personal shame.
To Don Roley... See you in court cupcake... I still gotta deal with Barron. I'm not disrupting his seminar and it will be perfectly legal to kick his ass... To Barron, we will have to push the cage fight/MMA match back to December. Sorry, I know you were looking forward to it but the VA couldn't get me in until the first week of December and have to be in court over a speeding ticket on my way to Kentucky on November 15th. Well no statements of intent have been stated. So like I keep saying all anyone (ANYONE) has to do is step up in Lexington Kentucky... Step up and say they want to fight. Not try to hide behind legality and excuses...
However, to those paying attention this is a great example of the adage "Controlling others is strength but Controlling yourself is Power." One statement of mutual intent or even a filmed statement of intent to engage me... Places me on equal footing (legally) with "Anyone" who wants to fight in Kentucky. Any wrong word by me about my intent to do anyone harm allows them to claim "self-defense" under Kentucky's "Stand your Ground" laws... Placing me in legal trouble.
This is the same game played by Barron by offering me "free judo lessons." The reason why "Mraymond Locktools" wanted to schedule an "unsanctioned" fight in Florida and I set up the Ruckus in the Cage event in Charleston. It is why Patrick Ferrari is making threats about what Don Roley will do to me and why... Don Roley says I will "face true humiliation." Rather then just make a statement that he intends to fight me...
All it boils down to is a group of people trying to set me up for failure. Trying to have me arrested with no intent to fight me... Its childish Internet Tough Guy bullshit... And I am saying "No one is going to. Step up." So everyone enjoy your weekend, I will enjoy mine.
Update: After I predicted the set up being planned by Barron Shepherd, Don Roley and Phil Elmore's prorogue Patrick Ferrari... I am proven right in less then 2 hours.

Likewise, Don Roley wants to threaten him online or approach in a manner that he can claim "self-defense" rather then just grow a pair and call me out to a fight like a man. Thus, it is a mutually agreed on combat & no one is the victim and we both face a few minor charges. I love these online ninja nerds always talking about Warrior Traditions and the legitimacy of their arts as part of said warrior tradition as if it makes them a pedigreed pooch, as if they are the fantasy ninja or samurai of a bygone era. Now if you read my words I said to Barron at 11:11am October 10th on the Comments in the Open Letter to Barron Shepherd blog that (as a prediction) Barron was trying to pretend like everything is suddenly finalized for our MMA match in Florida saying "The reality is however, I still have to get my physical and call the Beckley VAMC to set something up. Nothing has been finalized and your pretending it is, is just a way for you to claim I won't fight you." Which Barron does below in his own statements... I simply do not wish to full commit to something and then have to back out of it later, I would rather take the time to get my ducks in a row and go from there.
I went on to add "Still does nothing to get past the fact, I exposed you as a liar and an online tough guy. I mean if you really wanted to fight me, we are both going to be in Lexington Kentucky this weekend and aside from the two events there will be plenty of neutral ground out side our events."

Wow! Barron had been planning to attend this event back in March of this year (at least and spent money on it)... Roley goes on to say. allegedly "I don't expect you to show up, but since it will be so close and Barron is already paying to travel all the way up from Florida, it seems natural to invite you to come face him if he wants." Now Barron has spent money as far back as March on this event and then declines to attend only six hours after I imply we can settle this in Kentucky... hmmm...
Now if you examine the images, that is a whole 6 hours and 9 minutes to puss out from my response that "if he really wanted to fight me" we would be in Lexington Kentucky & there would be "plenty of neutral ground" between Roley's event and the Black Dragon Fighting Society events.

I am not, nor have I ever been a large imposing person. Most people think I am crazy because I don't back down from much. Once you stand up to a bully, they run away... Barron Shepherd of Winter Haven must do his students proud. He is an instructor in kenpo and judo but carries himself like some wannabe punk tough guy who tries to bully others online like a coward.
Barron has now backed down twice from me, the first time was a anything goes street fight back in 2009 and the second was a sanctioned MMA event this year. He has even admitted to conspiring with others to set me up to get arrested. I bet he was one of those tough talking kids who wanted to ne a bully until someone punched him in the mouth... Just saying.
And when called out on this, all he can do is spread his lies about me even as they are proven lies. Barron Shepherd is an example of not just what is wrong with martial arts but what is wrong with America. Here is my full argument proving Barron is cry baby bitch acting tough online... So not only did Barron try to slander my name with lies but he has tried to confuse facts and lie about my background to conceal one of my well documented accomplishments (having taught my own system of Hand-to-Hand Combat in the US Army as an addition to the MAC Gen 1 Program. The MAC Gen 2 program didn't become official until 2009, I left service in April of 2005 and it was common practice for martial artists in an platoon or company to supplement Combatives training with additional martial arts training as a kind of "quick class."
And here is where the real childishness begins Barron brings my mom into this & I question his sexuality... I honestly thought he'd have nothing left after posting the "revenge blog" on his Fantasy Combatives blog, Barron his never served in the Army to my knowledge or any branch of the military but well... After I point out I proved him a liar he demands I prove my black belts are real... That is funny because as I have proven many times, I was awarded for teaching Combatives in the Army...

I even challenged him to establish a sanctioned event. But well... Nothing is set yet, Flordia has a great deal of legal red tape to wade through including physicals, eye examinations & EKGs & MRIs for Barry...
At this point is all that matters is that I have proven Barron Shepherd a liar and a fraud of a fraud buster who works in collaboration with his other online supporters Don Roley & Phil Elmore. Admitted by Barron's own troll account. Now the real question is how does Barron Shepherd's students at Winter Haven Karate feel about their instructor behaving in this way? How do parents feel that their instructor is a liar, slandering other peoples names to make himself look "big?" If this is what is being taught or worse set as the example for Martial Arts in Winter Haven perhaps something should be done?
