At MixedMartialArts.com have taken to Discussing the fight... I almost crossed a continent to face off with Don Roley... And I had a lpt of time to think, about who I am and how I want to be known. So I got some surprises for everyone.

Special thanks to Frank Dux, when you tried to throw me under the bus I prepared that little truth bomb in my mind ahead of time and put you on blast knowing it was gonna get the MMA crowds attention. This whole thing started over online crying by Barron Shepherd, "I was threatening him." Which turned into a 3rd Person "Raymond Locktoolz" trying to set up an MMA match in Florida. Which Barron was too old and sick to fight in so it had to be set up as a "Secret Kumite Deathmatch" and Barron was still claiming. I "threatened him." So I tried to have a MMA match set up in West Virginia, with Ruckus in the Cage. Which Barron claimed he signed up online. We were never scheduled as first time fighters and would have been last minute exhibition fighters.
Barron Never Showed... So to reclaim his lost "honor" Barron tried to push me into agreeing to a date for an MMA event in Florida. I had a lot of stuff going on and so after Barron was unable to get me to agree to a date... So he could say I didn't show up, I didn't. I eventually, Just told Barron's promoter I would do it after I dealt with the law suits. Barron took this as a bragging opportunity about me ducking him... But, Lexington Kentucky had two events the Black Dragon Fighting Society Annual Gathering and Don Roley's Tantojutsu Seminar where Barron was attending and already paid for, where Roley suggested we fight at his event. I said I wouldn't fight at the event but, was down for a fight on neutral ground... Barron suddenly backed out the Seminar in Lexington Kentucky.
Don Roley, however invited me to his event and challenged me to Challenge him. A common ploy by online tough-guy trolls who hide behind insane or illegal rules. So Don Roley, set rules for this challenge that made the only way to win to knowingly cause an injury that would put, one of us into the hospital.
Meaning under Kentucky Revised Code 508.020 a Felony Assault. Broken arms happen in Competitions and are not considered 2nd Degree Assault, because of the lack of intent to severely injure someone. "Winning" the fight would mean a felony and I have done enough time for shit I didn't do, walking into a set up to get arrested in Kentucky was not on my plans. I didn't even know of the Video Challenge until it came up over lunch.
I watched as Dux, fired up Stephen Day with lies and half truths. Steven is a stand up man, he tells you what he thinks, honest, works hard and will fight to protect his own. The whole Day family are some amazingly good people. Grandmaster Lawrence Day is his uncle and Steven views the minor verbal attack on the BDFS as a verbal attack on his family. I don't fault Steven for standing up and defending his family... I fault Dux for manipulating that, to send in someone to do what should have.
I went so that the BDFS would not he liable as to disrupting Don Roley's seminar, as I was invited. What happened after the first few moments is visible on the RAW FOOTAGE video here.
I withdrew from Don Roley trying to force a challenge out of me so that je could male such ridiculous and stupid rules. Now, after months of denial and conflicting statements Frank Dux, has Changed his story once again admitting to sending BDFS members to Don Roley's Seminar but, now claims it was in support of me.
If this was the case then where was this statement 9 months ago? The simple fact that Dux is defending a person who has viciously attacked him online. That Don Roley has denied Dux's involvement (as had Dux, until I broke him down in the last blog. That Barron openly and foolishly, lied about a challenge I never leveled, to claim I ducked a fight I never had to make me look bad, as well as make himself look good. That Barron and Don Roley have conspired to support each other in their lies. That both jave Defended Dux, before his retraction, which doesn't offer proof or propaganda to explain away the proof of Screen shots that also disprove his half-assed attempts to place blame on me and avoid responsibility. Have all created quite the spectacle of the Online Ninjutsu Community. As well as the Online Martial Arts Community.
With only one question left? What have I been doing in Colorado all this time, while Don Roley has been denying I am here?

Trying desperately to give Don Roley an out after I pointed out Don Roley bringing up his kids to me and calling me a pedophile is not normal... For those who do not understand, I am not afraid of Edson Berto, nor do I believe I can beat him in a fight. Edson first tried to mediate the conflict between me and Barron. I honestly, felt ashamed that Edson the youngest of the three of us was the most adult, and the most responsible. My praise does nothing for Edson that, his actions haven't already done. While me and Barron were acting like School Children, he was acting like a true master... No, he doesn't have a magic scroll or sparkling belt. He represented himself, with respect, with dignity, with courage and honor. I think he just ignored us, treating us like the "squabbling toddlers we acted like..." You see, challenging someone online isn't the point... Looking big and bad isn't the point... Being deadly isn't the point... Beating someone's ass isn't the point... The Point is how you handle it. I went to protect the BDFS, I was invited by Don and, wasn't told not to bring someone. I told him, I would Come to his house in August, ok when August gets here we will see... But I told no one, I was driving to Florida &, I was going to set up an MMA event with Edson because that is who Barron picked... I Picked Chris Smith, because he is about the only guy doing this stuff in WV & its all amateur. Basically, he was there... He only cares about making money but, Edson,,, God Edson actually cares about his school and, his students, Edson offered to let us spar in his gym and squash shit. But, Barron was all about the "tough guy" act.
The Problem is we aren't good People (not Barron or Don or I)... Not, like Edson, If any of his kids read this please be like Edson. Edson is a better man then me, a better person then me. Its the simplest way to explain this, The Goal is to be Strong Physically, Mentally & Morally but the point is to use that Strength Wisely. I admit I was a weaker man & allowed these Scoundrels too much attention. Its doesn't matter who backs down or steps up, so much as.... how you handle it.
What defines your strength the people you beat up or, the fights you win or, the metal of your heart? See while we fight and squabble over these internet challenges and threats, the defamation and trying to arrange legal traps. The Real World is full of Real People doing Good Things for real people. And, if you read, you no doubt see a common theme to my argument. That theme is simple, it is not my job to look after another man's family... It is not my responsibility to care for another person's wife or kids... Now, I do realize this means or, will be interpreted as a certain lack of empathy on my part or, perhaps a failure of mine to understand social norms and shared societal values...
It's not, I understand the whole concept and I feel empathy and share that social norm and societal value to not involve someone's family. But, I DIDN'T involve Don Roley's family, he did... Now, I have in the past had people who tried to threaten my girlfriends and/or my mother, to force me to submit to their will. I responded by closing off my emotions and telling them "Do it..." And when abusive bullies, liars and subhuman creatures like Don Roley try to hide behind thier family, I do the same with my emotions.
You see I don't have empathy for or, share empathy with people who hide behind women and children. I don't share values with those who hide behind women and children and, I don't have empathy for the women and children either... Because those societal values that says "you don't harm women and children" is why these people pretend to up hold those valies, while using women and children as human shields. You can't feel empathy for someone, whom is just meat to someone else. So for Don Roley to hide behind his wife and children to expect Societal Norms and, culture values to effect me and yet blatantly use his families to deflect his own actions shows a certain lack of cultural values, understanding or acceptance of social norms, a complete lack of empathy and, serious lack of moral and ethical motivation. Which are all signs of a clinical psychopath (an older term for what is now known as Anti-Social Personality Disorder).
Now some of you might not understand this, or why I say this... I wish, I could share your ignorance. The shooting of a US Congressman in Washington DC, has shown that the criminals (often members of the extreme liberal left) who often refer to themselves as "street soldiers" do in fact believe we are at war.
Many gangs use kids as young as 12 years old, or younger as "child soldiers." This is a theme we see other countries as well in the Middle East, in African and saw during the fall of the USSR and, the following uprisings in Eastern Europe... They are also seen in the inner cities of America and European nations. So these child soldiers are a common theme among the financially poor and morally bankrupt. Child sex slaves are reported throughout the world. The subject is largely taboo and, thus ignored by most people... However, it simply highlights the struggles and trials of desperate and, hopeless people abused by the depraved, the moral bankruptcy, of the abusive and, manipulative.
How does one defend a village in Africa or, Afghanistan from 14 year olds with AK47s? The same way one defends being robbed at gun point by 14 year old gangbangers... By not being fixated on the moral and ethical societal rules that say you do not harm children or, place children in harms way. Now I am not saying that you should harm a child because a monster hides behind them & uses them as a shield. I am saying that said child is already in harms way and, you must accept this fact. That if you allow the fear of harming the child to keep you from acting, you are just as guilty as the abuser.
This is the SWAT team metaphor or, Hostage Rescue metaphor of urban combat taught in the army. Civilians in built up areas are often trapped between two military forces, just as hostages are in the same room with hostage takers & SWAT teams when the shooting starts. Doing nothing gives the enemy power, room to maneuver and, a safe place to hide & attack you from. Going into such an area places the civilians in a momentary higher degree of danger but, it prevents them from being victimized from those who seek to use them as human shields but, it also means they be the unwanted victims of those trying to save them. It is a no win situation for those trapped in the middle.
We live a civilized society, or allegedly so... Yet children are used as sex slaves, child soldiers and human shields right here in America, we just choose not to see it. This is the danger of American freedom, of our openness to ideas and different ideologies. It is also a failing of the American Character to assume that society's values and shared cultural morality is in fact shared... We allow the comfort and safety of the public image of society, to hide the fact that these evils do occur right here in the US. We hide them without knowing that we hide such dark deeds because, "they are not normal." Because these deeds "are not normal" we see them as an exception to the rule, rather then the rule of human nature...
However, normal for the child of an abuser, a victim of abuse in the home and, "normal" for a child of a drug addict are not the same "normal" for what are told is the "societal normal." The "normal" of the insane and, the "normal" of those who encounter them is not the "normal" of a healthy person in a healthy society. Just as the normal of the terminally ill those with cancer, Parkinson disease, HIV or diabetes is not the normal of a physically health person either.
"Normal People" don't acuse Someone of being a pedophile and then hold up and gloat over their child... As if to say "Look I grow my own at home..."You would think you would want your children away from and not even thought about by someone you defame as a child predator? At least I would not...

"Normal People" don't challenge themselves in someone else's name seeking to invent rules that show a wanton intent to commit a felony & hide behind their wife's cancer and thier children's need to have a father... So you can't time travel to August when I come to call you out and accept a challenge not made, to decide what to do in August... Your "slip of the tongue" revealed your intention to challenge me, even though you tried to do so in my name to make up rules as the challenged party... Without Bujinkan members to back you up, without the law to hide behind or your family as an excuse to be a coward... You have nothing. So the Gazebo rest area/park is our location for neutral ground, I will give you to rest of the information when I get there... I will even give you 3 days to show up and meet me.

Don Roley's challenge in Kentucky was meant to entrap me legally. However, under Kentucky law Don would have been just as guilty of a Felony in the way of a Second Degree Assault... And, regardless I am not going to commit a felony to win a fight...
See under Kentucky Revised Statute 508.020 it states anyone who "intentionally causes a severe injury to another person" is guilty of Assault in the Second Degree.

Now Don Roley risked jail with his own challenge to me, to challenge him. He did this knowing that Kentucky would extradite back from West Virginia... So even if I won the fight, Don gets to put me in jail, actually prison since it would be a felony, defame my name online while I could do nothing about it and win the online war between us. It would also prevent the law suit. So even if Don loses he still wins, its good strategy except, for someone who claims they could easily beat me and claims I know it... It Reeks of doubt and fear. Doesn't seem like Roley thinks he can beat me... "A fraud with skills or training" as he claims.
Remember the law suit is the goal here... Don Roley, Barron Shepherd and Phil Elmore have all doubled down because they know they will lose... A former Dux Ryu associate gave evidence to Pattrick Ferrari for Elmore (more proxies). 20 gigs of Harassment as a matter of fact.

Now the same argument can be applied to Don's challenge in DC however... It can be and I would be easily extradited from DC. See even if Don Roley makes the challenge and commits the crime, he can always argue the terms were meant to deter me from showing up and that he was acting in self-defence. It is his event and has a lawful reason for being there which, is why I want to fight him on neutral ground.

Under Colorado law, Don Roley can talk shit to my face like he did on the Lexington video, to provoke me and I am going destroy him. Because provoking someone to violence to claim self-defense... Now in the last installment I talked about Barron Shepherd, repeatedly tried to set me up with the aid of Phil Elmore and his various troll accounts. Ultimately, relying on Donald James Roley to craft some exploitative method of entrapping me. The simple truth is that this shows some of the group work, the conspiracy if you will, of these fraudulent, fraud busters that they have tried to perform in tandum.
So for here on, I am going to focus on Phil Elmore, the Martialist... The Paladin Press mouth piece before I address Donald James Roley. Elmore brings with him his two side kicks Patrick Ferrari and Dave Pearson. I am going to try to deal with all three of these slandering, pathological liars and online tough guys...
Phil Elmore has tried very hard to disrupt my business and business associations. This is evident in the reality of what I will show in explaining the Phil Elmore's pathology. For one, Phil was subject to an April Fool's day prank from me where I baited him into maliciously and intentionally interfering with a Business a felony under 18 USC 1961 & 1968 where Racketeering defined as any one of a list of 35 crimes... Because Phil, Patrick and David Pearson all had a hand in it they would be tied together under RICO or Racketeer Influence and Corrupt Organizations Act passed in 1970. These include Extortion, Fraud, Blackmail & Racketeering.

Instead I was called by Amy Lilly (yes, a relation to those Lillys) who threatened me with the police, DOD and CICS... February 9th 2015 I posted The Absurdity of Martial Arts on the Internet and how certain companies like Paladin Press which has supported Phil Elmore's writing has done so in support of his attacks on former Paladin Press author Ashida Kim and myself who refused to publish my book Black Dragon Ninjitsu through Paladin Press back in 2002. The Lies, Stalking & Harassment of Phil Failmore posted in February 27th 2015 when Phil went a slanderious troll-rage of the Shadow Warrior Press facebook group; Phil does not like what I wrote about him in Never Back Down and has taken to Troll Accounts on Amazon to try to discourage others from reading the book. March 13th 2015, I had to deal with Phil Elmore following me around facebook and his goffer Patrick Ferrari responding online. More Trolling from Phil Failmore, has several deleted comments by Patrick Ferrari including how he wouldn't "admit to Phishing" and his threats to publicly release the Social Security Number obtained via fraud and deception and then threatened to release private information about me... Then deleted all the comments hoping I didn't take screen shots. Also has his threats to have me arrested... A big hint as to what Don Roley was planning in Lexington, Kentucky. Know Your Stalker... More Antics from Phil Failmore published March 23rd 2015 highlights his use of troll accounts and other associates to try to discredit my writing. Clearly that goes back to proving Extortion, Fraud & Racketeering.
Much of the antics from Elmore slowed down with primary mouth piece for this blog being Patrick Ferrari and as the criminal nature of Patrick and Phil's exploits came out. Barron Shepherd jumping a head resulting the infamous Pager Tigers & Ducking Dragon series of blogs. After Barron's embarrassment at saying he was going to show for a cage fight at Ruckus in the Cage and then backing out of Lexington hours after I suggested we could meet and fight there. Before when he wanted to fight me he claimed I was threatening him, once he agreed to fight me and showed a mutual intent to engage in a fight... Barron didn't want to fight anymore or even be in Lexington.
May 9th I posted a blog showing that Phil Elmore has again interfered with my business associations by harassing "Jay" and having his guest blogs removed... this blog was title Further Examination of Disturbing Behaviors.
September 26th I posted And the Trolls took the Bait. Now I didn't make a huge issue out of it initially I quietly posted a picture of me hold my Hi-Point C9 9mm. This prompted much trolling and a reaction that prompted the blog... After all if they were calling me a felon or other prohibited person and I couldn't own a firearm, I am violation of State and Federal code and could go to jail just for the picture of me holding the gun. I didn't go to jail so...
So while Phil has been letting Patrick Ferrari take the lead and Patrick has already threatened the release of my private information... Phil Elmore has slandered and threatened me long enough and by his own admission seeks to hide behind the courts without regard for the law. Calling the FBI to report "terrorist threats" when he himself was called out as a liar and fraud like his accomplices Patrick Ferrari, Barron Shepherd & Don Roley...
I never posted these blogs to argue with you online, I did so to show case evidence of your own fraudulent statement, character assassinations and libel. And this is just the build up toward the finale... The law suit that breaks you in court.
So Don Roley, in a fit of online dementia went into fit of trying to get me to show up for a Challenge in Colorado... Only thing was Don Roley, had to challenge himself in my name to, trying to bully me into showing up for the fight. It was by far very entertaining.

See Don Roley just gave me everything I needed to show he was guilty of Defamation. Notice he can't show any proof, any evidence of his claims & even offers ke some double speak, in trying to conceal his lies. A law suit for defamation per se would be very easy to win and you can read the definition in the images above.
See Reek needs to prove himself, he needs to prove Lexington wasn't a set up. But, Reek claims he isn't allowed to issue a challenge and, if I don't challenge him, all he can do is run to the end of self-imposed chain and bark... This is evident in Reek's attempts to challenge himself and make the rules as "the challenged party." Its all he can do to try to save face.
And watching this little puppy pretend to be a big bad wolf, all the while chasing his tail, was entertaining... Reek seems to not realize that he, is breaking the law and has just been proven to be a slandering liar by his own hands... Or perhaps he does and doesn't care as it would mean losing everything once he is exposed as a liar during a defamation lawsuit.
Course it's all distraction to hide Reek's lies... Or more correctly, hide from facing Reek's lies. I asked Reek to prove his lies and he just couldn't do it... And, to not post that proof publicly makes Reek like a liar... A fraud and a pathetic cretin who must use the sexual abuse of children to push own agenda and goals. Quite sad actually, I don't see much difference between people lying about the abuse of children and, those doing the abuse... As both are gaining some benefit from the sexual exploitation of children or teens. I personally don't find Reek or his fellow conspirators to be much better then such.
Oh this didn't stop... I just stopped letting Reek have a voice when he no longer served my purposes of exposing himself. See the image below...
In the end, Reek is left to examine his own failure and his failure is very simple... He can't stop a lawsuit from behind a keyboard, that means he has to either get me to divert resources (money, time, attention and focus) on something else or somehow cause someone here to Physically effect me or do so himself. I on the other hand know that Reek must save face and therefore needs me to direct my focus onto his self- imposed challenge. Course that means this in effect becomes a "business negotiation" Reek needs something from me and must therefore pay my price. His BS about how as the challenged he gets to set rules, is laughable... He has "no currency" there challenging himself. So all he can do is "run to the end of chain and bark..."

If you are the person giving someone money (any kind of "capital" really) you get to make a lot of the rules, if not all the rules. They failed in that they need something from me... Reek needs to get me to direct my focus onto his internet challenge game, invest money, time and attention to his attempts at proving Lexington wasn't a swt up. Reek did this in Lexington or tried to lure me into a set up... Actually it was a double bind, if I fought Reek on his terms I would have committed Felony Assault in Kentucky and I backed out I'd have looked like a pussy. Too Bad, Senior Grandmaster "Dumb Dick" fell for it (I think intentionally) and I had to ride along to save the Black Dragon Fighting Society from some legal hassles. (Ask Barron Shepherd or William Aguiar III, I had a minor role in that otherwise epic law suit for Trademark on the BDFS. I can prove and know a lot more then people think. If you don't believe me. I think he did that, so that "Douchebag" sorry Grandmaster "Douchebag" can claim the information about him is false. It is in his best interest to cause as collapse from within to cover things up... So once we understand why I was there and the gravity of the situation. We get to why I took the hit, sometimes you can't avoid the lose, so you just have to minimize it. Hell... You can look on the Motivation blog were I told Patrick Ferrari what he wanted to hear that "I was a fraud with no rank and made it all up." and look on the Raw Footage Video on Youtube where I said Reek punked me into backing down.
I am not worried about your perception of me... I don't care if you think I backed down from Barron or Reek Roley or not. I am worried about other people who choose to use lies to color that perception. Thats what all this is about, proving that these people are all equally tied together and share in spreading lies. Especially, such vicious lies as I just tricked Reek into disproving himself.
Now Reek has publicly said I was charged with rape, spent time in prison for it... Yet when pressed to prove it, he offered no such proof. Reek has claimed I was found with a naked 13 year old girl who was drugged but, when pressed he couldn't prove it.
Reek is hard pressed to prove Lexington wasn't a set up... He desperately needs a "win" and has no challenge from me to claim to set up his own set of Rules. So I have the capital and Reek needs the capital, that means Reek is trying to negotiate for that capital... He keeps trying to use what Barron has said but, no one cares.
"The world" is more interested in Aleppo, Trump as President, ISIS and the Suix Water Protectors at Standing Rock then a couple of Ninja Nerds talking trash online. Reek is worried about how "the world" sees him as not wanting to fight me and trying to set me up. Reek must arrange another fight to justify has actions and try to disprove my accusations against him but, Reek won't (and claims he "can't") challenge me to a fight. Reek won't step into a cage because, well I beat Barron by him claiming he signed up for Ruckus in the Cage and when he backed out of showing up to Lexington. I stopped one attemped set by Roley and Barron and intentionally fell for another by Roley to protect the BDFS.
The reality is Reek needs something from me, my participation in his whole delusional scheme to save face. Because I am outright stating this Reek is left with nothing but to sit and wait for the law suit. For his public humiliation and my amusement I will challenge Don Roley but, he gets no say... He has nothing I want that I cannot take from him another way.
I will give Don Roley his second chance to prove himself and, I will let him have some say as to when... However, since Don needs my willful participation to give him that second chance. I will state were and how... There is no negotiation, take it or leave it but he will get only one second chance.
