More people are observing the evidence of how, I played the trolls to show case the "Ninja Mind Control" Skills, the Tactical Ability and Strategic Thinking of all this context. I can lose to Icy Mike, not even put up a fight really &, no one cares... Because, like Icy Mike said, Ninjutsu is full of geeks who can't fight. No, one looks to Ninjutsu to be an effective martial art. We all know MMA and competitive systems have a better skill development standard and, better training methods.
All this goes back to the very motion I am sending which proves a large chunk of my case. So to all the Haters, keep hating... You just became my best commercial, no what you accomplish or, how much you acquire, you will have been an unwitting agent working for me to keep evidence brought up and a proxy by which to attack the state... The New Year approaches, I want to start 2018 out to a fresh start. Not a "New Year, New Me!" resolution but, just getting back to being the real me and, ending the More Tragic Chapters of my life. Which, doesn't involve granting anyone the privilege of wasting my time.
I have done some, pretty bad stuff to get things to the point I wanted them. I called Don Roley's wife and daughter whores, gave illustrative example of what a threat sounds like by saying "I will burn your house down and roast marshmallows over your wife and daughter's screaming corpses," and I even accused Don of molesting his own daughter. I am not proud of this by any means nor, Do I want to be seen as this type of violent thug. However, it all had a point to it...
So I am not going to ask for forgiveness... That is up to Don Roley. Instead, I am offering my statement of forgiving Don Roley. Forgiveness doesn't mean I won't forget and it doesn't mean I won't take action against you for continuing to slander my name and lie about me. Forgiveness means, I don't harbor any anger or ill will. It means, I am tired of conflict and drama.
See, Black Dragon Ninjitsu is built around the concept of being practical and tactical. It embraces limited ground fighting and even encourages people to cross train in other martial arts to better develop combat skills. The section of Ne-waza alone demonstrates this.
More importantly, I have even documented certain tactics of intelligence gathering and psychological manipulation. Including psychological manipulation based on counter-intelligence methods.
Hotarabi no Jutsu of Fukuro-Gaeshi no Jutsu or, Yamabiko no Jutsu of the same art, are both principles which can be applied to Social Media and the Information age as this, Don Roley and the troll squad fail to realize that I am aware of their "troll accounts" used to spy on me and such. As such, I am able to feed these troll accounts false information. This create unwitting "double agents" and allowing me to spoon feed them my own BS. Its how I have been trapping in their own actions repeatedly. Don, you have to realize there is an epic Ninja Mind Control action here, I have used you and fought your lies, knowing you would double down. Now that I have shown that I can exert control over you, you are doubling down on those lies.
What you fail to realize, is that all your doing is adding fuel to the real fight here in the real world and builds a case against you all under the civil statutes for RICO. You are playing yourself. All the while demonstrating the lies of Kristen Keller and the massive damage done to my reputation & business. The more you fight me, the more you justify my case. Winning in Federal Court is more important and, your actions trying to increase the damage before I go to trial only damages you further. I am not seeking to destroy you Don, you are destroying yourself.
As for my Separation from the IFAA-BDFS. Well for one, that was my doing. At some point it was going to happen &, it was largely due to Frank Dux. Dux has always been an issue for the IFAA-BDFS and myself. Truth be told having to cover for him such as when he used that video of Philippe Cadoret to claim it was footage proving the Kumite, as become a bit of task for all involved.
Dux was careful to never directly say it was him but, allowed others to claim such and even wanted me to push the video as legitimate. Dux sent people to Don Roley's seminar in Lexington Kentucky in 2016 and, blocked me on Facebook when I accused him of trying to undermine Grandmaster Miskel. Dux uses people is manipulates people, with claims help and throws money at everything to buy his way through the door. So it was only a matter of time until Dux did something to caise me to walk away from him and his BS.
Secondly, I got the screenshots of Frank W. Dux on messenger because, I fully intended to Burn Dux. At some point it was bound to happen. It was only a matter of when Dux did something so stupid I would have to distance myself from him or, when our association had become of no value. Don, Phil and Barron. You guys didn't do anything as far as causing me to seperate from the IFAA-BDFS, Dux put that into the works long before Lexington, Kentucky.
See part of this whole "I forgive you" deal, is me coming clean and laying out the truth for you. I forgive Dux as well, it is simply seeing people for who and what they are. I am choosing not to hold a grudge and, not respond to your provocation.

Except looking like you are better then me for some online "at-a-boys" from people who nothing in common with you, except they hate me. I can gain nothing from feeding your attention seeking behavior &, your desire to show how much better then me, you think you are.

I have shown Barron Shepherd to be a lair, even making up challenges to claim I backed down from him, I have proven I know more things about Fujita Seiko then Don Roley and I have proven I will step up to fight on neutral grounds... And I have even proven I can last longer and suffer a beating against someone trained in both American and Muay Thai kickboxing and a former SWAT operator in Icy Mike...

What changed, I fought Icy Mike and we both held back but, I tried to stay to traditional systems & failed horribly. On my way to Harrisonburg VA, I made a video blog and I will post each video. Now I will now post those videos and the Street Beefs video of the Fight. The basic point I want to make here is this... Black Dragon Ninjitsu is about teaching using and applying ninjitsu skills, stealth, psychological manipulation, strategy and tactics... I am not making excuses, Icy Mike was a better fighter and MMA style training does produce better fighting skills... I am simply saying, apples and oranges. 4. Giving myself motivation to get back into training and working to learn and improve myself beyond the limitations of my art. Yes...
5. Making Don Roley, Barron Shepherd and Phil Elmore irrelevant, cyberstalkers who must either put up or shut up? Yeah... That too.
Here is the deal with Don Roley, take it or leave it I don't care. You can come to Beckley, I won't chase you around and square up on neutral ground or not... You claim you wanna fight, so do it.
Keep Defending Dux sending people to your seminar and claiming it wasn't a trap but, I do show up to fight, even when my opponent is a much better fighter then me. You want to claim you're willing to step up, so do it pussy...

So I have exposed Barron as a liar and whether he fights me or not... Win or lose, this will happen because I drove to Fort Myers in Florida and met Edson Berto in person and told him... I proved Don Roley couldn't prove his claims about me and even doesn't know what he claims about Fujita Seiko. That Fujita Seiko had a huge connection to Okinawan Karate and Kobudo.
Now I don't think there will be an MMA match between Barron Shepherd and I. I think Barron will bluster online but I am waiting on Edson to send me the paper work and get into the VA to get my physical. I think Barron wants to get to say its gonna happen and pretend everything is set... So he can claim I backed out...

Search Warrants must be signed by a magistrate, much like an arrest warrant, & based on probable cause (a reason) sworn to by a witness or officer. This means a clerical error is out the window as the officer's testimony on the arrest warrant cites a 2nd Search Warrant, on the arrest warrant (for which he is giving sworn testimony as shown above). Sworn testimony which Assistant Prosecutor Pat Lamp is recorded denying above... That means they were caught red handed.
Here is a copy of the WV Code sent to me by my lawyer Robert Dunlap, while I was in jail awaiting a trial that never came:
What we are looking at is WV Code 27-6A-2 subsection (b) where it lists 5 things which have to be in the psychological evaluation. Number 1. Is a copy of the Warrant or Indictment. And number 2. Is information pertaining to the alleged crime.
Here is the warrant case number 13F-1026, for the dates of 16th to 26th August 2013 abd the arresting officer is Trooper Hayes.
And here is that Psychological Evaluation you are so keen to ignore and rely on citing a news report based on false information...
If we examine the cover page of Dr. Miller's report we see the offense date is listed as February 25th 2011? But the arrest warrant above says 16th to 26th 2013... And there is no Case Number for 13F-1026 listed in cases given to Dr. Miller to evaluate.

Here is the evidence for Dr. Miller to evaluate & he doesn't have a warrant or indictment for case number 13-F-1026 he has a court order for re-evaluation under that case number (item 3.) but no warrant or indictment. He lists my offense date as February 25th 22011,arresting officer as Trooper Efrid and lists four case numbers but nothing for 13F-1026.

Don Roley admits to using his wife's facebook account to stalk me here. What did occur was Barron didn't get the MMA event he wanted to get set up (allegedly) set up by the deadline so that I could be afforded the time to get my physical done at the Beckley VAMC. So once again nothing is gonna happen. So for all of Barron's bluster about getting his physical done and them photo shopping pictures to claim they are in Beckley looking for me. No one came here and no fight was ever set up...
Here is what has been proven by Barron himself so far...
1. That I challenged him at Edson Berto's gym. Edson wasn't even there by the time I got down there so I spent the first day in Florida chilling with a friend of mine, I had some car trouble and it delayed me getting to see Edson the next day. Messenger proves all this...
See I gave the Cyber-stalkers a bone with a picture of me at a Florida welcome center entering the state, that's the Welcome Center in I 75 South and its a 3 and a half to 4 hour trip with the roadwork and traffic. So why would I "challenge him" with only an hours notice from 3 to 4 hours away? Oh right, because Barron was afraid I would walk into his "School" and Challenge him face to face with a camera.
So he ran to Edson's gym and faked a "challenge" to make me look bad... Then he rolled the next day when I was talking to Edson, Edson called Barron and wanted to get to the bottom of everything. I even told Edson I would be fine with sparring Edson at the gym to end things right there. Barron wanted to act like a teenage bully in high school, all "I am gonna beat your ass!" and putting on a show to act like he wanted to fight but not... actually doing shit to actually try to get "that close." After all Florida has Stand Your Ground Laws and I could I break Barron's neck standing as soon he got "that close" and it would have been legal.
See its pretty simple... Now that Barron has failed to show up for Chris Smith event, claimed he had to have a physical (which didn't & I proved that as well in blog Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 4: The Trap is Sprung & I lied. See my lie was telling Barron he had to have a physical before the fight. According to Florida law, this is true but not in West Virginia, which is why I wanted to fight at Ruckus in the Cage... Well that & "MRaymond Locktoolz" trying to set me with some "Secret Blood Sport Kumite death match in Florida..." the messenger Screen Shots are on the linked blog above. Yes, the BULL SHIT is that Deep... Only reason I want an MMA match with one of you lying punks is because these Secret Death Match Kumite BS is an attempt to get me arrested.
That is why when I suggested we meet and fight on neutral ground while Barron was going to attend Don Roley's Seminar in Kentucky, Barron Shepherd backed out 6 hours later. That was cover on the Blog Barron Shepherd is Running & Don Roley is Silent, because he was waiting on me to challenge in Kentucky (at Don Roley's even like his online boyfriends were trying to set up) and wouldn't agree or a fight on neutral ground... Course this backing out only came 6 hours after I suggested we meet on neutral ground in the Blog Let's Get Real For a Minute... All Card's on the Table. I exposed why these clowns try to get people to challenge them... Its part of the Dogma of the Internet Tough Guy. It gives a list of things required to be turned over to the Evaluator... And Prosecutor Kristen Keller did not provide said information to Doctor Miller... As the Evaluation Report did not list the Warrant or Indictment for Case number. Here is the Psychological Report:
Court Order for case 13-F-1026 is Item Number 3... The Arrest Warrant Below has the Same number but, Don Roley being the "legal expert" he isn't except in his own mind, claims it all conspiracy. Well why does the arrest warrant have a criminal case number of 13-F-1026 and a date of 16th to 24th of August but the Evaluation says a Date of February 25th 2011?
Lets end the pretext, I know you are watching Don, so Answer the Questions... 1. Why don't the dates match? 2.Why does the Case Number's listed (two of which viewed on the image above 10M-6004 & 6005) reflect a case that at the time of the evaluation is already been concluded and I was found not Guilty for by a Jury? 3. Why is the arresting officer listed as Trooper Efrid & not Trooper Hayes? who got the arrest warrant? 4. Why can't your Pussy Ass explain why these things don't match and why the reports seems to violate the State Law which outlines what it is and where it comes from..?
However, as I would be so kind as to point out Dr. Miller didn't find me incompetent to stand trial, his finding of incompetence was only to have me evaluated as per State Code Chapter 27, Section 6A linked above.
B. Its also why as pointed out in The Second Domino: The Manipulation & Explotation of the Trolls, Phil Failmore. I am a Game of Thrones fan, and a few nights ago I was watching Season 6 over again. And, there was this scene where ine of the Characters, Arya Stark, was being trained by the Faceless Men. The Faceless Men are all Uber Elite Assassins, who use magic masks made from other people's faces. They also have a game, a game that teaches them to lie called the Game of Faces.
The Japanese have a similar concept, the concept of Face. Of projecting an outward and Public image of acting Morally or Honorably. This concept is called Mentsu or, Face. The term Saving Face comes from American interaction with Chinese and Japanese cultures in the 1800s. There is losing face, mentsu wo ushinau, which describes both acting dishonorably or, dishonoring another with your actions. And there is Kao O' Tataru which means to Give Face and this is more than acting honorably but, to also show Respect for your Superiors by not correcting them publicly, not embarrassing them or speaking about their failings.
In Omoto Ryu we also have a concept of Face or simply Faces. The Art of Faces or Mentsu no Jutsu is part of the skill of Mind Reading though this isn't some supernatural power but, a conscious act of knowing how an individual functions in Society. There are three faces that we all have.
The Face of Who we Pretend to be, Public image and such... Who we want to be is the second Face, these are two different faces, though sometimes they are the same. Sometimes moments in our life force use to be Someone we don't want to be & show the world a Face that is cold and heartless, underneath a Mask of Honor & Righteousness... However, these faces are not truth... The truth is our last face, The Face of who we are... These are not uniquely, Ninja Concepts... They exist in Japanese culture as the concept of Honne & Tatemae.
Honne is translated to meaning "True Sound" it refers to a person's true thoughts & feelings. What Carl Jung refereed to both the Shadow Self which is instinctive, made of what we consider negative traits; our greed, lust, fear & secret desires, & the Shadow is Wholly Unconscious. Thus our conscious mind often rejects the Shadow.
Tatemae, references the Public Image and is translated to mean "to Built in Front." This is the Public Image one builds and maintains. It often seeks out the flaws in others, projecting them if they cannot find them on to the target to conceal and hide the same flaws within themselves. It is by nature a public image & not entirely true... The opposite of Shadow is the Light Side & again we see the Daoist influence with the concepts Yin & Yang or In & Yo, opposing forces that make up the whole of the Tao or -Do, in Asian culture...
Only the Omoto Family had taken this concept deeper... They have assigned three stages to the simple Japanese concept of Honne & Tatemae. You have the Honne Mentsu, the true self with all its negative traits and positive traits. All its flaws and weaknesses & its strengths and merits. Only the Honne Mentsu, is were we try to assign our negative traits and in doing so we often spend our lives, living a lie, hiding our Honne Mentsu by telling other what we are but, showing no signs of it aside from our words.
Tatemae Mentsu is our Public Face, our Built in Front Face, so that we often hide from ourselves for fear of facing that Innerself and our own lies about our righteousness or ego enforced self-importance. The public face is a Mask, Halloween is all year round where we hide from Ourselves and expect others to believe the mask. But under this Tatemae Mentsu, is another Face an inner Mask we wear for our friends & family. Kagami Mentsu, the Mirror Face, which we need to reflect what the outside world demands of us as people... It reflects a motivation for the Tatemae Mentsu.
Allow me to explain this concept with a illustrative example;
1. A Businessman in Japan, a mid-level manager is told by superior to do one thing. He knows it cannot and will not work. However, his Tatemae Mentsu, requires him not to lose face by confronting his Superior about the flawed idea & to give face to his Senior by supporting an idea he does not agree with publicly. However, he also shows Kagami Mentsu, as someone who looks out for what is best for the company by speaking with the Senior Manager in private, about his concerns... His Honne Mentsu is selfish and wants to prove himself to be promoted and get higher. He wears two masks for his greed, one of a loyal employee and another as a someone who is looking out for the over all good of the company. Both these masks project loyalty but, neither are true. The true face is one of Greed & Envy seeking a Higher Position & Higher Pay & wears these two masks to hide the truth. The Tatemae Mentsu is what is required of him before other employees & the Kagami Mentsu is what he shows his boss privately, pretending to reveal a greater truth about his motives... In truth, he is greedy and he wants to more in terms of respect, in terms of position and in terms of pay.
2. An American Business Man wants to be seen as a creditable source of knowledge for Martial Arts. So he is always calling out frauds in the martial arts, always flaunting his language skills & always writing blogs to slander others. His Tatemae Mentsu is to appear to a knowledgeable and authoritative source of knowledge... His Kagami Mentsu is to claim to want to expose the truth & promote legitimate sources of tradition in the martial arts... But what is his Honne Mentsu? How would we find his Honne Mentsu?
Well first we must examine the extent of this truth find?
If the Business Man doesn't use anything but his own "approved sources" & makes excuses about information which conflicts with his claims... His research isn't about the truth, it is about something else.
If he cares about what supports his claims for his own art and is not able to address evidence that his own art is fraudulent & that his master has made Fraudulent claims?
This shows a desire to force or imprint his beliefs on others & not to examine the truth...
If he claims his Art's claims are legitimate and cannot be questioned?
Anyone who claims Trademark on the truth, had better have 200% proof. I say 200% because, what many claim is 100% just isn't. Anything can be questioned and one's claims can just as easily be questioned as they could be lies. Tell me I am to believe your Master because you believe your master, isn't proof... Its like saying I should believe your religion because you believe but, I believe my religion and don't need to believe what you believe to associate or treat you well. There is nothing which should not be questioned and, nothing which cannot be questioned. If you can't be questioned then your position cannot be as solid as you want to claim.
If he has a history of personal attacks against, individuals who disagree with his claims or his master's claims? Once you abandon your argument for personal attacks, you lose the argument. You fail to show the complete merit of your argument. Your argument doesn't hold water &, you are obviously acting to protect your own self-interest.
If he has to be Challenged so that he can set outlandish rules of engagement & refuses to step into a cage like a man... One thing I have seen dealing just this type of person online... They refuse ANY TYPE of confrontation that doesn't allow them to make up the rules. They use personal attacks to try to prompt someone to challenge them &, then invent outlandish rules or conditions that don't allow them to claim some sort of advantage...
Well here is everything you need to understand the Individuals 3-faces... Tatemae Mentsu: To Appear to be Knowledgable and Creditable Source of info from a Legitimate Source. If you dig deeper you will see his Kagami Mentsu: To spread legitimate sources of information and legitimate Martial Arts.
But his Honne Mentsu: Is greed, and desire to be respected and wanted. This person becoming Verbally Abusive and Attacking Others Personally doesn't show a Creditable Source of Information or Knowledgeable Author or Researcher. These actions reveal the Honne Mentsu, the hidden & true face... Those negative traits that this individual is trying to hide, their desire to be seen as a great source of knowledge, there desire for more money (greed) and perhaps even their own laziness and anger that comes from not getting what they want. The Fear of never getting the fame and recognition they demand (demand because they desire it). All this leak through in their every action and regardless of what motives they claim & they what they say...
This is merely an example of the age old saying "Trust nothing you hear and only half of what you see..." or "Seeing is believing."
