The Second Domino: The Manipulation & Exploitation of the Trolls 2, Phil Failmore

Now in the last installment I talked about Barron Shepherd, repeatedly tried to set me up with the aid of Phil Elmore and his various troll accounts. Ultimately,  relying on Donald James Roley to craft some exploitative method of entrapping me. The simple truth is that this shows some of the group work, the conspiracy if you will, of these fraudulent, fraud busters that they have tried to perform in tandum.

So for here on, I am going to focus on Phil Elmore, the Martialist... The Paladin Press mouth piece before I address Donald James Roley. Elmore brings with him his two side kicks Patrick Ferrari and Dave Pearson. I am going to try to deal with all three of these slandering, pathological liars and online tough guys...

Phil Elmore has tried very hard to disrupt my business and business associations. This is evident in the reality of what I will show in explaining the Phil Elmore's pathology. For one, Phil was subject to an April Fool's day prank from me where I baited him into maliciously and intentionally interfering with a Business a felony under 18 USC 1961 & 1968 where Racketeering defined as any one of a list of 35 crimes... Because Phil, Patrick and David Pearson all had a hand in it they would be tied together under RICO or Racketeer Influence and Corrupt Organizations Act passed in 1970. These include Extortion, Fraud, Blackmail & Racketeering.

Extortion: Is a criminal practice of obtaining money, property or services from an institution from the use of unlawful coercion. Extortion involves the threat or action causing pain and suffering unless certain demands are not met by the victim. Such as spreading false claims about a person online and to others were they conduct business unless said person (me) were to stop publishing with one's current publisher (then Dojo Press) and switch to a new publisher (Paladin Press).
Fraud: A deliberate deception used to gain an unfair or unlawful monetary gain or, deprive a victim of monetary gain or legal right(s). Such as one's legal right to conduct a business without slander and libel being spread about them online to
Blackmail: An act, often a crime, involving unjustified threats to make a gain (commonly money or property) or cause loss to another unless demands are met. It is, in essence, coercion involving threats to reveal true or false information about a person, a family member, or associates or threats of harm or criminal prosecution to force someone to give into demands. It is a criminal offense under 18 USC 873.
Racketeering: A racket is a fraudulently offered solution to a problem, the problem would not exist, be put into action or would not otherwise exist without said "racket." The Racket exists as the problem and the solution. Such as you can't be "a legitimate ninjutsu school" without a lineage to Takamatsu & Hatsumi and the online army of Bujinkan cultists calling everyone else fakes and frauds, who do not. This relating to interstate and foreign commerce 18 USC 1961-1968.

 This was Phil's message to me using the internet persona Martial Checkmate. He attempted to prevent me from holding a free Civilian Counter Terrorism Class. Instead I was called by Amy Lilly (yes, a relation to those Lillys) who threatened me with the police, DOD and CICS... The screen shot below is still image that Phil thinks doesn't exist showing Amy Lilly's threat laced rant on my voice mail. I believe she sounds high or crazy maybe both...

And we have seen the many, many times Phil has tried to lie or conceal evidence that he is in fact involved in fraud, extortion, blackmail and racketeering. Course we all know my April Fool's Day prank was so much better... I baited Phil and he swallowed the bait hook line and sinker. eh... I'm a dick at times.

Then there are the multiple attempts at following my over the various martial arts Facebook groups and forums trying to trash my reputation. Various posts by Phil or his cronies like Patrick Ferrari, whom got private information off of my former student Johnny Hunter via fraud with a former Dux Ryu/FASST student who goes by the name Trenton D. Smith. This was only a symptom as they also tried to become involved in my legal cases and did so to my aid (though unintentionally).

So we have Phil calling Amy Lilly of the Raleigh County Public Library to have a free "Civilian Counter-Terrorism class" cancelled. If you are wondering, such classes are basically deal with a simply six point checklist of possible activity and the basic instruction to leave the area and class the police providing the a description using the acronym NATED which stands for Number, Activity, Time, Equipment & Dress. A variation of the DODs SALUTE format for a Sit Rep. And then there is

Yet, Phil tried to interrupt the class... Additionally, he and one of his internet Martialists (An online cult for fat wannabe martial artists with Commando fantasies) wanted to Dojo Storm my school. But, Never did...

This was in 2008 and before the attempt to interfere with the free counter terrorism class at the Public Library. Serious you have to listen Amy Lilly threaten me with having the cops arrest me and how she knows certain people in power. Phil Elmore's attacks on the BDFS have been a long standing element of his pathology, he even wrote a 2012 hit-piece for World Net Daily. I piece that has since been removed but saved for posterities sake in the Screen Shots Below.

And of course Phil's references to Ashida Kim and Count Dante in his trash manual Shorthand Empty Hand, below... Now such screen shots are maintained to act as a reference for the purpose of review and commentary in accordance with Federal Laws and 17 USC 107.

Here Elmore quotes John Keehan AKA Count Dante, the founder of the Black Dragon Fighting Society. Concerning how "anything went" and there was "no such thing as fair play." Course, if Elmo realized that Keehan also encouraged and began Full-Contact Karate and Cross Training in Martial arts...(perhaps a He would see the merit of sparring and competition to harden the body and mind to the stress of really fighting. Of course we can see the state of Phillip Carton Elmore's mind in the next section.

 Here Phil makes a reference to Ashida Kim's $10,000 Challenge and such a reference is in fact a parody. As Ashida Kim has been slandered online and mostly through the Bujinkan Ninja-cult of Hatsumi. The story above shows the simplest truth behind Phil Elmore's motivations and why the Dojo Storm never happened... Phil is a Chicken Shit, online tough guy.

Here we get the insanity of Phil Failmore, the conditions that one allow him to use any means you wishes and play a set of rules while he does not. While this is an obvious act of cowardice in reference to fight or challenge, it also applies to a mindset that bases itself in the typical ideologies of fascists, racists and tyrants. That one law or rule applies to you, while a it does not to them. God... I hope criminals don't develop that novel idea of fighting unfairly & stacking the deck against someone by "cheating." Clearly, Elmore is mentally ill, showing signs of paranoia and if you were to look at his pdf on Street People titled The Homeless Threat you'd see him as a bit racist as well.

February 9th 2015 I posted The Absurdity of Martial Arts on the Internet and how certain companies like Paladin Press which has supported Phil Elmore's writing has done so in support of his attacks on former Paladin Press author Ashida Kim and myself who refused to publish my book Black Dragon Ninjitsu through Paladin Press back in 2002.
The Lies, Stalking  & Harassment of Phil Failmore posted in February 27th 2015 when Phil went a slanderious troll-rage of the Shadow Warrior Press facebook group; Phil does not like what I wrote about him in Never Back Down and has taken to Troll Accounts on Amazon to try to discourage others from reading the book. He also threatened the sue me at one point and when I didn't budge he backed down...

March 13th 2015, I had to deal with Phil Elmore following me around facebook and his goffer Patrick Ferrari responding online. More Trolling from Phil Failmore, has several deleted comments by Patrick Ferrari including how he wouldn't "admit to Phishing" and his threats to publicly release the Social Security Number obtained via fraud and deception and then threatened to release private information about me... Then deleted all the comments hoping I didn't take screen shots. Also has his threats to have me arrested... A big hint as to what Don Roley was planning in Lexington, Kentucky.
Know Your Stalker... More Antics from Phil Failmore published March 23rd 2015 highlights his use of troll accounts and other associates to try to discredit my writing. Clearly that goes back to proving Extortion, Fraud & Racketeering.

 Much  of the antics from Elmore slowed down with primary mouth piece for this blog being Patrick Ferrari and as the criminal nature of Patrick and Phil's exploits came out. Barron Shepherd jumping a head resulting the infamous Pager Tigers & Ducking Dragon series of blogs. After Barron's embarrassment at saying he was going to show for a cage fight at Ruckus in the Cage and then backing out of Lexington hours after I suggested we could meet and fight there. Before when he wanted to fight me he claimed I was threatening him, once he agreed to fight me and showed a mutual intent to engage in a fight... Barron didn't want to fight anymore or even be in Lexington.

April 8th of 2016 Phil Failmore made another appearance in Trolls & Haters are once again at it... and showing how little they know. Attacking the Black Dragon Ninjitsu Home Study Course based solely on the previews seen on youtube.
In fact, Failmore didn't make another appearance on this blog until April 17th 2016 when I posted Stalking & Harassment: A pattern of Behavior Explained. Showing that Phil Elmore using the troll account (which Barron later claimed was another conspirator named Mike Raymond) tried to set me up to fight Barron in an unsanctioned event. Which was expanded into a Stalking & Harassment 2 April 18th and a Stalking & Harassment 3 published May 2nd.

May 9th I posted a blog showing that Phil Elmore has again interfered with my business associations by harassing "Jay" and having his guest blogs removed... this blog was title Further Examination of Disturbing Behaviors.
September 26th I posted And the Trolls took the Bait. Now I didn't make a huge issue out of it initially I quietly posted a picture of me hold my Hi-Point C9 9mm. This prompted much trolling and a reaction that prompted the blog... After all if they were calling me a felon or other prohibited person and I couldn't own a firearm, I am violation of State and Federal code and could go to jail just for the picture of me holding the gun. I didn't go to jail so...
So while Phil has been letting Patrick Ferrari take the lead and Patrick has already threatened the release of my private information... Phil Elmore has slandered and threatened me long enough and by his own admission seeks to hide behind the courts without regard for the law. Calling the FBI to report "terrorist threats" when he himself was called out as a liar and fraud like his accomplices Patrick Ferrari, Barron Shepherd & Don Roley...

I never posted these blogs to argue with you online, I did so to show case evidence of your own fraudulent statement, character assassinations and libel. And this is just the build up toward the finale... The law suit that breaks you in court.

Now if anyone as been keeping up with me little, Stalking & Harassment articles as well as the Blog Article on Kenpo in Omoto-Ryu Budo you are going to get some understanding that is going to explain the current environment of martial arts in the US and in online. First off, I doubt people online train as they claim they are and have. Secondly, I'm going to explain a certain bit of modern history for you beginning with two men of questionable morals... And these two men are associated with Ashida Kim, Frank Dux, Stephen Hayes & Hatsumi either directly or indirectly...

These two men are Retired Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel Robert K. Brown & Peder Lund, these men started Paladin Press in 1970. Mostly just re-publishing or re-selling old military manuals they got for free or at huge discounts and only available to most civilians second hand. Now here is where Ashida Kim comes into play because Paladin used to publish Ashida Kim's work. Now what makes this even more interesting is that you need to know it all got started...

Brown & Lund started Paladin Press in 1970
Lund buys out Brown in 1974
Brown starts Soldier of Fortune in 1975 as a Published Work for Omega Group Ltd (Limited)

Now the "Limited" in the Company name means the company has a partner who has no say in the business and only contributes financially for a return on their investment. Now Ashida Kim, by his own report, started self-publishing Book of the Ninja in 1970 and advertised it for sale outside his karate dojo in 1975 through Soldier of Fortune Magazine. It was later picked up by Paladin Press...

Now Paladin Press has had its string of criticisms because of the Hitman Case, were a manual on assassination written by "Rex Feral" a pseudonym or pen name was used in an actual murder by a James Perry, hired by one Lawrence Horn in 1993, Paladin Press's Insurance Carrier settled out of court in 1999.

In 2000 Paladin was again sued over this book. Hit Man: A Technical Manual for Independent Contractors was again allegedly used in the planning of an attempted murder by one Robbie L. Goggin of his ex-wife Bobby Wilson in 1998. Robert Jones the hired killer, stated used the book Hit Man: A Technical Manual for Independent Contractors to help him plan the murders.

But looking at not only this but the other controversies which surround the two companies... Soldier of Fortune has had a similar chain of murders for hire and wrongful death law suits.

1987 Norman Norwood sued Soldier of Fortune Magazine for injuries suffered in a murder attempt by two men, who were hired through Soldier of Fortune's "Guns for Hire" Want Ads. While court had said such publications went outside the bounds of free speech protected by the 1st Amendment in regards to Soldier of Fortune's request for summary judgement, the actual news coverage of the suit can be found here (New York Times, August 1992).

February 1985, John Wayne Hearn shot and killed Sandra Black for $10,000 from her husband Robert Black who recruited Hearn through Soldier of Fortune Magazine's "Guns for Hire" want ads. Sandra Black's mother and son both sued Soldier of Fortune Magazine & its parent company Omega Group Ltd. in 1989. Coverage available here (New York Times, February 13th  1988).

In 1989, four men were convicted of the Murder of Richard Braun, of Georgia, again hired through classified ads in Soldier of Fortune Magazine. This resulted in the suspension of the "GUNS FOR HIRE" want ads. October 15th 2000 news coverage available here.

Note: The Dates discrepancies occur due to the time and red tape of the civil court system to take matters to trial, file for discovery etc. Even in criminal cases were the time to trial is much quicker it can take a full three years or more before a case even goes to trial. Regardless that is almost 20 years of untold damage to society.

So just so we know who we are dealing with... when I say men of questionable morals... This of course, does not even cover Frank W. Dux law suit against Soldier of Fortune Magazine for slander and defamation of character. But, including Frank Dux law suit and Ashida Kim being a former author for Paladin. In fact, Ward Churchill "expose" on Robert K. Brown is quite interesting and can be found here.

The strange mix to this whole affair rests in the questionable morals of Brown & Lund, and the Ninja cult of the Bujinkan. I've many times addressed how ninjutsu is a strategic art and I've even quoted from the Bansenshukai as to such... Now that's very different to the Ninja Cult of the Bujinkan claiming a mystical secret "Higher Order" of Ninpo, a knock off of Kukishin Ryu Kenpo philosophy and Shinto ritual.

In 1986 Kirkland Peterson produced Mind of the Ninja: Experience the Inner Power. Largely this book can be broken down into thirds, 1/3 telling us about the Bujinkan and Togakure Ryu Ninpo Taijutsu, 1/3 attacking Ashida Kim and denouncing ninjutsu as anything but a spiritually enlightening system and 1/3 explaining Shinto to the reader in a rather evangelical manner. The last part is very... Pseudo-Intellectual in it's lay out.

In addition we can see from Paladin Press's own archives that Paladin did advertise for the Bujinkan back in the day as well... in their catalog  in 1985.

Since then there has been a rather, one sided bias towards the Bujinkan with those involved in Paladin Press. Let me explain, there is a certain class of bottom feeding leech that does everything they can to be the "yes man" for the bigger fish. In this case we will talk, Philip Carlton Elmore... The Martialist. Phil is quite well known for attacking Self-Publishing Authors (as if anyone really ever reads books anymore) and for bragging about his accomplishment of having been published by Paladin Press... Otherwise most of Phil's stupid rantings are self-published and not even good enough to be published in print, using the cheapest means possible PDF format.

Phil claims to represent Reality Based Self-Defense, while Don Roley claims to represent traditional martial arts and the Bujinkan specifically. This is most entertaining because well... Martial Arts forums exist to sell you on products and push authors. Many times, they are built around certain members who contribute in this way Phil Elmore who continually bashes "Koga Ryu Ninjutsu" does with the added credibility of people like Don Roley, who's primary noriety comes out of claiming all Koga Ryu Ninjutsu died with Seiko Fujita to push the Takamatsu-den lineage as the only legitimate source. By having Roley in his corner Phil Elmore gets to claim authority by proxy.

As such, Don Roley points to others like Elmore who cater to fat, lazy and slow people with delusions of being "Men of Action" collecting books from Paladin's "Action Library" to reinforce their fantasy of credibility. And we know from past articles in this series that Don Roley, Barron Shepherd and Phil Elmore all defend each other...

They spread the same lies, and while it might be a bit personal with me; because I make it a point to prove them liars & challenge their claims. You need to see the business to see the whole picture. The Bujinkan has had a good bit of business with Paladin Press, publishing various books and of course the Killshots VHS videos beginning in 1987.

So its pretty easy to see that Paladin, has been profiting at both ends of martial arts debate, they sell controversy and violence. Martial arts just happen to be about violence.

Oh sure, the martial arts crowd often talks about enlightenment and philosophical ideas but, let's assume someone isn't a 9th Dan Grandmaster and just "Joe Average." How are martial arts portrayed in movies and tv shows? As people fighting... How are martial arts portrayed in sports, any martial sport? Karate, tae kwon do, kendo, judo and MMA are all portrayed as fighting arts.

So creating controversy by spreading lies about Frank Dux, stealing money from Ashida Kim and pushing the use of Paladin Press authors to reinforce authority by proxy. Add to this Elmore's continuous jabs to try to get me to sign with Paladin Press something I turned down back in 2002. And a pattern seems to emerge...

What this comes down to is the issue of iemoto systems of control and corrupt business practices. Iemoto or Some systems were never used within martial arts until the more peaceful Tokugawa era. Generally speaking, a Soke retained control over all expressions of a art or trade within an area. Soke Hatsumi claims Soke, or full control over the art of ninjutsu. This is based primarily, on the extensive use of modern translations and a made up history by Takamatsu. However, the Bujinkan exists claiming to control ninjutsu and claiming to exert control through a greater form of knowledge called Ninpo. This is even argued against Jinichi Kawakami who represents ninjutsu with a more factual basis in regard to history. In truth Ninpo is just repackaged Kukishin Ryu Kenpo (sword law, not fist law) but that's another issue.

As such, Hatsumi and the Bujinkan try to exert control over "all ninjutsu" usually by slandering and attacking others... Think Hatsumi would never do this? Sure he did, by mentioning the infiriority of Karate, Judo & Aikido to his mystical Ninpo. Only, Westerners are impressed with the mystical ninja act. Regardless, this is reinforced with business dealings with less then ethical businesses like Omega Group publishing and it's associated companies Soldier of Fortune Magazine and Paladin Press, who don't much care for self-trained "mercenaries" hiring themselves out for possibly illegal activity (hey it will drive up Paladin Press sales), through the American branch of the Bujinkan Empire. So we have three unique companies...

Paladin Press presenting instructional material for people to train themselves and Soldier of Fortune which until 2000 was a basis for these people to hire themselves out as "Soldiers of Fortune." Other publishing companies have put out similar material, and are often long standing rival/strange bed fellows with Paladin & Omega group or not. For example, Loompanics who was a fringe publishing company was bought out by Paladin. Paladin who according to internet rumor used bloggers and online publicity "hit men" to attack Loompanics making it more profitable to sell, then to compete with Paladin & Soldier of Fortune's strategy of sell information through Paladin and offer a gateway to your fantasy of being an "action hero" through Soldier of Fortune. Even sixteen years later, Paladin still relies on Publicity "hit men" to attack their competition or harass independent authors to sign with Paladin.

The Bujinkan which offers mystical ninja fantasy with a touch of realism in that you have to amerce yourself in Japanese culture. Of course you can learn the real and authentic ninjutsu of Hatsumi who is the sole provider of the true and correct ninja path... With a home study course. Right, the Bujinkan has many dojos teaching lessons but they also have many people selling you Books, DVDs and even audio CDs for your meditation.

Regardless, in the last few years and last decade or so... This alliance has fallen apart, no longer profitable for both sides to maintain. What is left is a bitterly entrenched publicity war (one in which I only came in at the last bit when publicity whore's like Phil Elmore were trying to lap up table scraps from Paladin Press). Phil's works with Paladin such as Flashlight Fighting: How to Make Your Pocket Flashlight a Take Anywhere Self-Defense Weapon (no longer in print) that was used to secure his 15 minutes of fame and accomplishment; which was basically a whole book written around the advice to shine a light in someone's eyes and hit when they can't see... This was advice disclosed in Ashida Kim's Secrets of the Ninja and Stephen Hayes Books (I forget the title) in the 80s... but I digress.

Much of the issues from these people are secured in the foundation of making money. This does not even touch on the older issues of Martial Arts media going back to John Keehan or Count Dante's era where cross training in martial arts, breaking from tradition (Americanizing and modernizing) in Martial Arts and the Cult of Japanese superiority come into play.

When proven that Phil lied he started stalking me from group to group using his "gang" of keyboard commandos and wannabe badasses like David Pearson & Patrick Farrari.

February 27th I wrote The Lies, Stalking & Harassment by Phil Failmore showing his continued contact with me despite the fact I want nothing to do with him. Believe me as a heterosexual male, the last thing I want is some skeezy old fat guy with a hard-on for me (hopefully not literally) trying to contact me at every turn. He reminds me of those gay guys who "bully & pick" because they are too scared to come out the closet, so I do question his "motives." I mean has anyone seen a picture of his wife, kinda none existent like some "secret ninja master."

February 28th I post Return of Phil Failmore were I once again state I want nothing to do with him but feel the need to defend myself against his online harassment, stalking and lies.

March 5th I post More Stalking & Harassment from Phil Failmore where I point to Phil's business relationship with Don Roley & Barron Shepard. Where I address Phil Elmore's habit of trolling through "troll accounts" (alternate accounts using another name as a tool of harassment).

On March 11th Phil Elmore defends Trolling on World Net Daily. Claiming it to be simple disagreement yet he neglects the key component of said trolling which is the continuation of following and harassing others. Sure he does, much like a drug addicts who endorse Obamacare for hopes free pills to use and sell or, violent criminals who support gun control because they don't want victims who can defend themselves. Cyberstalking.  Cyberstalking is the use of the Internet, email or other electronic communications to stalk, and generally refers to a pattern of threatening or malicious behaviors. Cyberstalking may be considered the most dangerous of the three types of Internet harassment, based on a posing credible threat of harm. Sanctions range from misdemeanors to felonies.

Cyberharassment. Cyberharassment differs from cyberstalking in that it may generally be defined as not involving a credible threat. Cyberharassment usually pertains to threatening or harassing email messages, instant messages, or to blog entries or websites dedicated solely to tormenting an individual. Some states approach cyberharrassment by including language addressing electronic communications in general harassment statutes, while others have created stand-alone cyberharassment statutes.

But all this goes to addressing something else here...
March 18th Phil Elmore tried to buy  copy (actually 2) of Never Back Down, which I refused to sell him and refunded his money.

Now my refusal to sell to him is simple, as I have stated many times I want nothing to do with Phil Elmore & he needs to stop harassing me, following me around the net and spreading lies. Of course Phil seeks to try to conceal his own wrong doing just as he writes WND articles to excuse his behavior. So he seeks to try to contradict evidence of his own behavior.

Oh but that doesn't end there having his lies exposed on one media forum Phil seeks other places to stalk online.

March 5th Phil Elmore made a troll account for Amazon as Martial Reader

I understand this isn't hard to do... All you need is a prepaid debit card and you just order something small. Since accounts are tied to the one's account one need only to buy a parachord bracelet or someone's birthday present and instant troll account. Phil has been using such accounts for years & even been called out on creating them t bolster his own books. Plus the name Martial Reader, much like his other fantasies involving martial arts only seek to make him sound like an authority. Oh and he's from New York same as Phil...

Now Martial Reader only sought to review my works on the same day on Amazon, all on March 5th. Today I was ordering from Amazon and a second review caught my eye, The Phantom. All reviews on March 23rd (today) and only my works. Odd huh? All one has to do is look at the statements and it is the same lies spread by Phil Elmore all over the web.

Does it seem Phil Elmore is afraid of rejection? That he can't stand being ignored? That he is angry... I can account for all the books sold over Amazon and Shadow Warrior. No one has bought a copy of Never Back Down & the only copy of Life without Rapture was sold through Shadow Warrior. So no one has seen anything to review it. There were 8 copies of Black Dragon Ninjitsu sold through Amazon (6 to someone in the UK), 3 copies of Shadow Hunter sold & 3 copies of Army of Shadows all in February. All in all, Phil just wants to hide his wrong doing and conceal his own faults.

But hey believe what you will, you will anyway... Course someone who needs to defend harassing others and being a cyber-bully because he was bullied as kid is pretty pathetic. And well this is the internet.

Never Back Down has finally arrived and the trolls are waiting to try to ward others away from the truth. The fact is over the last few days, these same business competitors (I use the term loosely) have tried to discredit and proclaim me a liar, to confuse the truth of the matter. What you find is that in proclaiming me a liar they again resort to lying to do so. But, why is this?

Because, they are abject failures seeking to suppress the truth.
Compare the facts in More Trolling From Phil Failmore to the claim of a copied picture from India. My Image was last modified in March 29th 2002, I was stationed in Tong Du Chong (spelling?) ROK (South Korea). It was uploaded from a CD with other pictures from Korea onto this computer.

As everyone can see here, the claimed web pages are blogs and in fact the same text over multiple blogs from December 20th of 2014. Meaning this blog is less then 4 months old compared my image with date of March 29th 2002, making my claim less then 13 years old.

 

The reality is this image is only unique to this text for this blog posed over multiple servers. The image claims to be from Haflong, Assam in India. An image search for Haflong, Assam in India bring up these images that look nothing like the claimed image until much later going back to source author with a blog with the exact date December 20th 2014.

Why is this important because Phil Failmore and his internet tough guy friends don't want people to know the truth. He is afraid he will be named and exposed as a mud slinging telemarketer. He is afraid people will see through his lies and if he would like to take me into court, I welcome the chance to expose him for fraud & various federal crimes.

 

This blog was originally created to expose criminal misconduct by the Raleigh County Judicial System and various police officers. Never Back Down simply sets the record straight in greater detail allowing the reader to cross reference YouTube Videos that offer that same exposure. Phil Elmore who has tried to supply information against me in court but, only and predictably allowed himself to be played like a cheap violin. pause in Thomas Keller's response when if I accused him of downloading child porn? Why is it Thomas Keller admits to being buddies with Deputy Jason Redden? How does all this relate to organized crime in West Virginia?

Return of Phil Failmore

The failure once again is stalking me through cyber space. The internet is where cowards and the weak minded come to spin tales of their greatness. It is were forums host a number of experts and people who can shoot at 1,000 meters with rifles the US Military declare the maximum effective range at only 800+ meters, without extensive marksmanship training. Basically the internet is full of bull shit, in truth much of our culture is full of bullshit the internet is simply the largest point were it collects. It is the sewer of our society because certain critters can't face physical consequences for what they say... or do. Its even been made fun in various media like Brad Paisley's Online.

What does this have to do with the fat one, well lets look at it shall we. Today I set up a twitter account as bait to draw out the Fat Phil Failmore (my pet name for Phil Elmore). And like an incompetent psychopath, Phil Elmore took the bait, posting on the Twitter account in reference to Never Back Down coming out in March. So at the mere mention of a book showing the factual material evidence involved in my court case & the falsified "evidence" by my martial arts competitors Phil Shows up to call it a lie...

Why does Phil fear proof that he's lied and sander my name being presented in the book? What about now? You can read all about his appearance yesterday (2/27/2015) in blog post The Lies, Stalking & Harassment by Phil Failmore today he used his Wester Easterman troll account to join the Shadow Warrior Publishing forum where he was automatically reported and banned. So why is Phil stalking me across the internet, why does he feel the need to be recognized?

Lets be clear Phil Elmore is a fraud and chump, oh sure he has his black sash in Lew's Slong Kung-fu (yes I know I misspelled the name, it was done on purpose) but this is only to try to justify his previous "teachings" in his first book Shorthand Empty Hand were he didn't even bother to correct his mistakes...

Ah but why throw fuel on the fire, because as much as like razzing Elmore when he raises his head it is done in response to his own unwanted contact with me. Why follow someone around the net stalking them and attempting to harass them? Because even if I am the total fraud Phil claims I am, I have not been found guilty of the crimes by which Phil suggests and outright has claimed online, thus I have to defend my good name such as it were. Phil attempted to involve himself in my Terrorist Threats case yet I was not convicted and neither was I convicted in the child porn case and Phil Elmore is seeking to change history. To slander my name and somehow claim he is acting morally and objectively. When all he is doing is holding onto old grudges and that of putting him into his place numerous times in the past.

Subjectively, Phil Elmore is just some pathetic wannabe tough guy who "is so much cooler online" or tries to be. Objectively, Phil is just a pathetic and sad man boy, wannabe tough guy and fraud.

Ultimately it comes down to this, come March Phil Elmore will be addressed in the up and coming book Never Back Down: The True Story Behind Ron Collins & no doubt is afraid of the truth. Phil Elmore is coward who hides behind his computer. The image above is another of Phil Elmore's lies here he quotes me & then uses images of the my many previous arrests not for that which is quoted and a picture from a news article all to suggest my stated quote is somehow false or to mislead the viewer into believing all arrests where related to said quote. That is not true...

The fact is Phil Elmore is a coward behind a computer screen where no one can bitch slap him back into his place, he looks for reasons outside himself; martial arts, military service (which he has none) & tactical training (yeah...). He threaten Dan Bowen into backing don from a challenge by threatening him with CPS, he provided one sided evidence (which I posted as bait for him) to Trooper Duckworth in my own state when I as arrested for making Terrorist Threats but not convicted of it... Hell I even caught the Prosecutor lying and fabricating evidence.

Yet again all Phil Elmore can do is bring up the past and twist facts to suggest, imply or outright lie about situation. I am among other things the student of Danny Ray Massey, himself a student of Tracy Cook. Danny was a member of the Avengers MC considered organized crime by the FBI & the state of West Virginia. The Avengers are directly connected to Kirks, Reddens, Lillys, former Magistrate Maryanne Jennings and (yes) Trooper Gregory Duckworth. My charges are directly related to these people and to my refusal the join the Avengers MC.

The Absurdity of Martial Arts on the Internet

I can't help but laugh that my biggest critics bring me the most supporters online. I'm not much of a history buff and I have my own motivations for wanting to learn martial arts, for training in survival techniques and for studying military strategy. Yet, martial arts and self-defense discussions on the internet break down to one absurd truth; egos and a safety.

Only on the people launch personal attacks that would get their asses kicked in public. I mean some of the stuff said about me online isn't even whispered near me because I will pull someone's punk card quick. Yet online children posing as adults lie and try to refute every thing said to slander a person's name and claim some authority or "merit badge" of superiority. In truth its a very big joke.

In 2002 Paladin Press tried to get me to sign with them and leave Dojo Press, the Paladin contract for authors includes the signing over of your royalties to other people whom Paladin assigns for whatever reason. At the time I was stationed in Korea and said not just no but hell no. I have since produced my own label publishing company Shadow Warrior Publishing in the manner of Uncle Fester Books, I even picked up a few other writers along the way from an older project Witch Hunter Publishing.

I had a lawyer review the sample contract the sent me and all this came from his professional examination of the contract. Sure this means I would not have the large publishing house contracting their other writers to support me. More so, I found certain people connected either to Paladin or the Bujinkan trying to discredit me. And I've said some questionable things and done some questionable things because I really don't take internet as seriously as others. Some people are so tied to the "respect" of the "peers" on internet forums and chat rooms, people following their blogs and professing then creditable on the internet they don't realize the real world counts.

These people spend more time watching my online antics, thinking they can effect the real world through their cyber shield of internet posting. They post blogs to refute arguments I never made and make slanderous claims knowing I don't even an address to contact them to file suit, if  so chose. Course if I were the violent psychopath they claim I might "mug them" in their homes. Good thing I'm not... ;)

Here in the real world I have students, many coming back after my hiatus in lock up. I launched Shadow Warrior Publishing and have recruited local talent address little known aspects of life experience. Criminals teaching people to defend themselves against criminals. Despite what is claimed and said online, I have a reputation based on my exploits and actions by people who know me. Its the real world that defines us and sets the standard. In the end, the internet is full of self-proclaimed experts and lies. The internet is the biggest source of false information, disinformation, lies, propaganda and myths.

A bunch of people, all invested in the same business (say a franchise martial arts school trying to claim a monopoly on the "truth") can all support each others lies and disinformation. They can slander and attack others, push their own fraudulent lineage. However, I spend most of my time in the real world. Dealing with my problems in the real world and find my successes in the real world. Ultimately, its the real world were people and internet is just some absurdity for those with ego and little to no real world accomplishments.

The Lies of Phil Failmore

Well a lot has been said about me & I address some of this in the Defining another's Character blog. The fact that I've called out Phil Elmore for lying about me in various forums and Facebook groups is a matter of record. I've always been asked what did he lie about and I've fallen silent, mainly because I don't always know where to start. So I decided to start by breaking it all down in this blog.

First the link cited by Phil does not exist, and as per the Wikipedia page cited below closed in 2009. Phil's original article as per the Way Back Machine's dating was 2011. So how did Phil get information from a dead link, that hasn't existed since 2009 in 2011? The answer is he didn't... Phil Elmore made it up but, why? To create proof that I went back change my story about my ranking and training back ground...

Hell Phil, even harassed my site manager into shutting down my site, then made references to the missing site to push these falsehoods. Yet could offer no proof of his claim of back tracking except to his own words. Oh he might reference Barron Shepard who refused to get his facts straight or Don Roley both of which are Bujinkan members & notable trolls and liars.

More so, Phil Elmore asserts I have no creditable training in martial arts, combatives, firearms and so... Yet I was awarded for being a Soldier in the US Army (11Bravo), Team Leader and (yes) Hand-to-Hand Combat Instructor. Giving me far more creditability then Phil Elmore on such topics, at least in my humble opinion. Add to that my time spent in Jail, which Phil Elmore loves to address and, I've spent more time dealing with dangerous criminals then Phil Elmore himself.

The fact is I'm always training in different styles & with different people. Rank isn't important to me. Nor do I live in perpetual fear of the homeless. You see Phil is sad creature stuffing his face with Kristy Kreams, to eat away is sadness. Phil is an internet tough guy who pushes his own paranoid fears victimization (and thus his interest in self-defense) into his theories on martial arts & self-defense. Lets just look at his FAQ from www.themartialist.com.

Here Phil Elmore argues a society full of predators, yet I know people who haven't been in a fight since high school and some people who have never been in a fight much less people robbed, murdered & raped. Further down Phil argues with himself that "Rather, we state quite plainly that among the handful, dozens, or scores of people whose paths you cross on any given day as you go through your life could be individuals who represent a threat – and you won't know ahead of time who they are.  As a result you must maintain a perceivable level of alertness when you are out and about. " I can only laugh at this... and then cringe at those who follow this type of thinking.

Never mind that  people with more experience & recognized sources in the Reality Based Self-Defense industry advocate Educated Awareness (my term) as do I. Its not hard to recognize a potential threat, it only takes education (and/or experience) and awareness. In fact, Marc MacYoung addresses this freely on his own site and goes into great detail about recognizing a criminal threat. Jim Wagner the father of Reality Based Personal Protection calls this Threat Recognition.

Quite honestly, this is only one of many errors of rational thinking that defines the Martialist Philosophy of Phil Elmore. He actually says you are always in danger & well read for yourself;
 " You're not in constant danger, no – but the fact that danger exists is a constant one.  Societal predators adhere to no fixed schedules and recognize no restrictions on their depredations beyond those imposed by force or its threat." and goes on to add "I hope you never have to fight anyone for any reason.  But if you must defend yourself – if you find yourself faced with force that cannot or should not be avoided and you choose to preserve your well-being or the well-being of others –  I hope every such fight is unfair.  I hope you are so prepared that there is no question who will win and who will lose if you must use force against an aggressive foe.  That is what it means to "fight unfairly," to "cheat" when engaged in the gamble that is life."

Thus, Phil I advocating a paranoid fear of being under constant threat & advocates being so prepared that there is no question as to who is will win and who will lose. That's childish and stupid, criminals (I should know according to Phil I am one) do exactly that, they cheat & they cheat better than you do. So why would Phil lie? Because lying & cheating is what he advocates. Winning at all cost.

The problem is no one wins a self-defense encounter, you survive it. That's why I break the two forms of violence (social & asocial) into three categories of encounters. Not every criminal encounter will require potentially fatal uses of force. And lets be honest I have my critics. Following their logic I'm less then nothing, yet these "15 Dan masters" and such waste their time trying to discredit & attack me.

My personal opinion is thus, Phil Elmore is a internet tough guy & paranoid narcissist who bullies the homeless online (because they can't read his internet postings) and poses with weapons and dreams of the day he will be attacked and rise to occasion. His philosophy of  preparation to cheat is exactly the same thing done by criminals. Hell Phil Elmore states "Yes, how dare I have an opinion?  Lots of people think you've got to have an impressive resume to have an opinion.  Still more think you've got to be a member of some select club – say, the club of instructors, or the club of military veterans, or the club of law enforcement officers. "

Sure Phil has an opinion but, here he expresses that one doesn't need to be in the "club of military veterans" (which I am) to have an opinion about the things I write about. God forbid, someone use logical thinking and Phil would agree "I say that anyone can express a logical opinion and substantiate it using reason.  Every argument can stand or fall on its own merits.  Every concerned citizen has a right to his opinions and may express them as he or she sees fit."

 Logic therefore stands to reason that someone who feels a need to harass someone via the internet & goes out his way, even lying, to make this person into a liar and discredit him is in fact hiding something himself. That a person who believes his opinion is valid without the "military" or "law enforcement" experience or that he understands criminality without the "criminal" experience. I'll give Phil credit, he has a right to have an opinion. Whether to say his opinion matters is debatable.

Ultimately, Phil's claims lack proof & as already addressed his claims to me being a sex offenders was a lie. Phil had actually involved himself in the Terrorist threats case, and supplied screen shots from Ashida Kim's old forum as evidence against me. What Phil failed to realize is that my every action was part of a plan. A plan that involved manipulating him (again) into harming himself, after the April Fools day prank from 2011 where I tricked Phil into committing a felony. Which goes into him further digging his hole with the article he did on me, now achieved in the Way Back Machine. Phil thought to escape a law suit by removing the article and seeing me locked up on terrorism charges. Yet here I am, free & Phil now seeks to hide his own criminality.

It is my unprofessional & personal opinion that Phil Elmore suffers from undiagnosed mental health issues, and personality disorders: Paranoid Personality Disorder, Anti-Social Personality Disorder, Narcissistic Personality Disorder and Obsessive-Compulsive (Anankastic) Personality Disorder are my guesses. As Phil seems to be fearful and obsessed with the poor coming to take his stuff, sees all altercations as a "life or death" extreme and has been known to harass those who disagree with "logical" and "rational" (therefore in his own mind "correct") opinions. Yet I am not the first or only person to make these assessments of Phil Elmore.

The internet bullies Phil now tries to fit in with, kind of reminds of the loser kid who attacks other loser kids in high school to fit in with the loser kids who pick on him in high school.

And lets not forget his own Phil's own comic strip Fantasy Warrior...

Following Phil's logic, I am a petty criminal with no training. Despite the fact I was in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman (11 Bravo), a team leader (normally a sergeants position) at Specialist/Corporal, and hand-to-hand combat instructor. Phil need not have my experience to have an opinion but seeks to prove he is superior in his opinion by falsifying evidence of my "lies." By Phil's logic I must be a combat hardened special forces commando to have an opinion of equal or greater substance to his own.

In essence, Phil demands the bar be set so high demanding proof of others while in fact establishing that he can have his own unsupported opinions. Phil's logic is that I am the common criminal, if I am the common criminal (my pride assumes I am an uncommon criminal, despite Phil's claims) then how prepared is Phil's "Everyman" to deal with me. The fact is Phil likes to tout my criminal record to declare I am petty criminal, is a way defuse the fact that Phil wishes the truth, needs and demands the truth be otherwise.

Phil Elmore who defines himself as " I'm an everyman – a doughy white guy of average intelligence and above-average writing ability with about a decade and a half of short-attention-span-theater martial arts cross-training to my credit."

Goes to explain his lethality for killing and maiming techniques like the palm heel strike. Phil needs in his mind to regulate me to his fantasy definition of the common criminal. He must (like Barron Shepard & Don Roley, friends of Elmore) declare me guilty of every crime of which I have been accused. This is to protect his fantasy of being a lethal, combat effective "everyman." To protect a fragile ego that cannot accept that dispite my many flaws, I do have training & experiences to give me a greater knowledge of certain things then Phil Elmore.

Phil can't accept this. His original article never noted my awards paperwork and the article he published in retraction never once noted it as well. Because, I feel Phil Elmore needs to conceal all traces of creditability & accomplishment from me to conceal his lies, and attempted manipulations of events. Phil chooses to believe that those with a criminal record are so deeply flawed as to be below the average person, so much so that he is some how superior. Yet here I stand (sit while typing this) proving that Phil Elmore lied. I suppose he might sue me for defamation or threaten to do so. I say by all means please do... because you'll have to prove I defamed your character & I (we, don't worry who else) have ever Youtube video & lie you've ever published on the net. It would only save the money of filing my own suit by filing to counter sue.

This only scratches the surface of Phil Elmore's lies about me. There is lie, that I am some how fixated on him, yet Phil Elmore cyber stalks me across the internet. Trying to discredit me and turn other against me. Silence me, not for my criminal record but, for my declaration of the truth that Phil Elmore is a liar & stalker online.
