I have been teasing this for a while and a few people in the inside know everything I am talking about was in the works back in 2016.
It was hinted at with the book Legacy of the Kokuryukai. The American Kokuryukai is a project bridging martial arts & ninjutsu, it takes into account that Ninjutsu is a) Not a Martial Art and b) Ninjutsu Espionage and Scout Craft.
Ninjutsu can be applied to any martial art and, historically speaking there were "guarden shinobi" these were formally known as Oniwaban or spies... They worked in groups known as Kobushikata and were established during the 8th Tokugawa Shogun. A group of poorly trained spies, the kobushikata was lead by a Oniwaban (a professional spy) who reported directly or indirectly to someone in the Shogun's to report to the Shogun.
This is a concept based on the Genin, Chunin and Jonin concept of ninjutsu. Genin are "low people" trained on an as needed basis. A peasant farmer used as a native agent to warn, a shinobi observer is an example of both a Kobushikata and a Genin. As well as a court gardener or, maid listen in and spy on a Lord's conversations. Martial arts was never actually a requirement, except to the Samurai who managed such things.
This is the basic concept behind the American Kokuryukai concept... I use the name American Kokuryukai, because it is based on the methods of Omoto Ryu Budo which contained Ninjutsu training... Fujibayashi even stated that the terms for shinobi have changed at different times throughout history (page 19 of Book of the Ninja: The First Complete Translation of the Bansenshukai by Antony Cummins & Yoshoe Minami), so ninja weren't always called ninja and, still performed ninjutsu. Hence why at a later period, the term Genin (low man or low person) became Kobuskikata or, Code or Covered up Groups of lower class agents who often worked as gardeners, field labor, general unskilled labor, etc. and, why Oniwaban were sometimes referred to as Ninja or Shinobi. In fact, some Historical Sources say that Oniwaban were Iga & Koga Ninja/Shinobi employed by the Tokugawa Shogunate. Some Shinobi or Ninja were simple low status Ashigaru (foot soldiers) sent ahead to scout out the enemy and called Kusamono or Grass Men. So called because of their talent for hiding in tall grass and moving through it without being detected, basically infantry scouts.
The American Kokuryukai is a cross between an Adventure School, Martial Arts fraternity & Secret Society... Membership allows those trained in any martial arts system or, self-defense form to cross train with other systems. It also always them to practice ninjutsu, as an espionage system, attend various specialty camps. Now here is the kicker... You don't tell anyone you are American Kokuryukai. This is to a maintain the Cloak & Dagger atmosphere one does not tell people you are a ninja, and if you do you do so and show only what

Ninja Mind F*ckery 103: What Comes Next
Since I made the statements I did and clarified my stance that I called Brennan Cleveland a "House Nigger" because he has been trying to race bait me from the get go &, because it holds a historical context in that it hold's the same meaning as it did when Malcolm-X said it... In that it describes someone who is happy to be a slave to their "masters." "Masters" being a metaphor to describe our corrupt & increasingly oppressive government. It also brought out national attention to 2nd Interview with Bob Carson on Carson's Corner...
Where I publicly declared ninjutsu to be "Bull Shit" as a martial art and, in Ninja Mind F*ckery 101, I demonstrated that I did indeed have power over Don Roley. Add to this that even those they seek to Influence and seek aid from have even, gone so far as to defend me against their lies, as demonstrated in Ninja Mind F*ckery 102, now we have Ninja Mind F*ckery 103...
I rather do enjoy, the ploys to get me to become involved in some form of online debate or argument but, lets be real for a minute. Now I have to be clear here, that was my intent from the get go... Ninjutsu has been at conflict with itself since the beginning of its first appearance in the US, the Ohara family which at one time owned Black Belt Magazine also had an extension to the Classic Bansenshukai which was exclusive to their family and, part of Book of the Ninja by Anthony Cummins and, something that contains information (as a shocker), also turns up in my own books, specifically Army of Shadows. Though most people know me for my still Best Selling book Black Dragon Ninjitsu.
Ninjutsu has always been the historical doctrine of espionage and intelligence warfare... Some of this was covered in my book Legacy of the Kokuryukai. Now before we get our wires crossed, I am claiming (and, you can quote me on this):
1. To not be award Soke of anything... Not to be Grandmaster or, whatever...
2. To have learned ninjutsu are part of Omoto Ryu Budo...
3. That the Omoto Family is real and, that Kioshi Omoto did own a commercial school in Canada named Omoto Ryu Jujitsu & Budo...
4. That all official rank comes from Kioshi Omoto in Omoto Ryu Budo...
5. That Reginald Allen Martin, who initially taught me Ninjutsu did so in his back yard...
6. That Ninjitsu is a art of strategy, tactics, intelligence gathering & counter-intelligence not a martial art...
7. That Kioshi's bother, adopted cousin, claimed their ninjitsu came from Koga/Koka Ryu & was taught to them by their father...
8. That Kioshi's brother also claimed to have some connection to the Yakuza and the Kokuryukai... But, when asked about it, Kioshi just said "So he claims..." or something similar. Which neither confirms nor denies anything. So I did some research and wrote the book...
9. Beyond that I claim nothing else... So enjoy.
Now in writing Legacy of the Kokuryukai, I came across evidence and information that shows that the Kokuryukai tried to divide our nation and spark a "race war." This same thing has been repeated by the Communist/Socialist USSR during the Cold War & seen today among groups like Antifa & similar... So yes, my "House Nigger" comment was geared at engaging & pushing away these people. In writing, the Special Shadow Warrior Edition of World's Deadliest Fighting Secrets, I openly addressed how Bruce Lee used martial arts to try to bridge the gap among Asians specifically in their own forms of racism and, cultural disdain for each other because. In the same book; Special Shadow Warrior Edition of World's Deadliest Fighting Secrets, I also addressed how Count Dante addressed the racism and racial divide between whites & blacks during the 1960s. I am not addressing those I have proven to be able to control or, their attempts to address me and draw into another online feud they think they can "win." Nor, am I even concerned with them... I am only addressing THEM because they might be the very people who steered you here...
All that out the way, allow me to answer the question asked by the title... What Comes Next?
Ninjutsu, was never taught to me as a martial art, outside the Bujinkan &, as I explained before they have made false statements in the past that prove they are not creditable historical sources... Ninjitsu has to change and adapt, it has to be honest with itself to progress and my statements to Bob Carson remain true...
1. Ninjutsu was never a mystical or magical anything...
2. Ninjitsu is not a martial art, the ninja were samurai; who practiced samurai martial arts...
3. Ninjitsu has to be transformed to function into the 21st Century...
For me personally, I am going to get more focused on competitive training and, while I have no intention of dropping ninjitsu... I do plan to open it up as a kind of adventure camp/martial arts school however, ninja martial arts will never be the focus or claim.

Ninja Mind F*ckery 102: When Truth Wins out...
In the online conflicts of lies and defamation it is easy to get lost on the sidelines looking at what people say... Now I am going to show how I won "an enemy to my side." I simply told the truth...
The fact is I am a very messed up person, scarred up physically, mentally and emotionally. And I layed this all out in the Un-Apologetic Ron video on YouTube. The video is only here for reference...
Below is an introduction I was given by someone on who said they where an administrator on BSMA.
Said individual changed their tone and even defended me against the accusations of Brennan Cleveland on the same YouTube video...
Now here is the whole conversation and all this took place on my video where I called out Don Roley after the fight with Icy Mike, a failed attempt to devert attention away from my challenge to Roley just as he was accepting said challenge and agreeing to come to West Virginia to fight me.
And Said BSMA Administrator's response to my Un-Apologetic Ron video...
So what is the point of this IF AM leaving the online challenges alone? To show you that my Ninjutsu works. Ninjutsu is not a martial art and the ninja weren't mystical peasant warriors. The ninja were Samurai special forces and, Black Dragon Ninjitsu is best known for its subject matter on poisons, pyrotechnics, herbal medicines, survival training, strategy, tactics, psychological manipulation and intelligence gathering.
Since ninjutsu is not a martial art it can be applied and, used with any martial arts system... As a modern Martial Arts system, ninjutsu is nothing like its historical namesake. Often simply seen as Jujitsu or, Karate with Black Gis and masks.
The greatest Ninja Mind Fuck that was Accomplished by Ashida Kim & myself is found in simply doing what was most historically accurate without proof of that historical accuracy, until Anthony Cummins and the Historical Ninjutsu Research Team began translating the Historical Text into modern English.

Ninja Mind F*ckery 101: Control Events & People Around You, don't be controlled by them...
So while I gave Don Roley and Brennan Cleveland a pass on the internet challenge BS... You see all that was supposed to end with Barron Shepherd not fighting me in Lexington, Kentucky last year...
That all was disrupted by Frank W. Dux the fraud of Kumite fame. The fact is, I got what I wanted more then just beating Don Roley with my fists... I have shown Barron Shepherd to be a lair, even making up challenges to claim I backed down from him, I have proven I know more things about Fujita Seiko then Don Roley and I have proven I will step up to fight on neutral grounds... And I have even proven I can last longer and suffer a beating against someone trained in both American and Muay Thai kickboxing and a former SWAT operator in Icy Mike...
I have stated how, ninjutsu isn't a martial art and even desected the Bujinkan cult handbook Mind of the Ninja by Kirkland Peterson, showing the lies preached by the Bujinkan about Japanese history and, historical documents...
Now I am going to show you somethings...

If you listen to my videos you will notice, I fought back against my slandering fraud competition to amp up the damage done to reputation, and to try to get the truth put there against he lies told and false charges made by the State of West Virginia... And the exaggeration by same frauds...
There is one other thing that may have been missed by many in the martial arts and ninjutsu community... On the same day I said that all Ninjitsu was Bull Shit and pointed out, only since 1975 was Ashida Kim and, since 1999 I, have been the only people to teach Ninjitsu as such a system.
Anthony Cummins made this statement about his joint action with Bruce Turnbull on Ninjutsu historical research... And new books on the history and methods of the ninja.
Ultimately, I am done playing the online challenge game and wanted to expose the pattern of behavior from the Bujin-cult, and such... I will leave you all with this, I told Bob Carson I wasn't bothering with the online martial arts community but, that this blog and my YouTube videos would be up and, I would maintain an online presence.
When asked if I was going to fight again I said I would but it would be locally in a cage... I got a whole forum of neutral parties and, someone stating in an interview about these people stalking online even one of their own pointing out their own lies...
Just because I am walking away from the online fighting doesn't mean I am disappearing or dropping Black Dragon Ninjitsu...

The Un-Appologetic Ron: Love me or Hate me, I am who I am...
Trigger Warning:
I am going to drop a bunch of "N-Bombs" just for the sake of explaining having done so before and, after that, I am going to do a lot of explaining... Ok, I want everyone to get this straight, through their heads right now. I am working to Offend you & I am pulling no Punches. I don't feel that I am trying to harm anyone or hurt anyone's feelings. However, I am not trying to tip toe around those feelings, either... Malcolm-X said that nothing in our nation could be resolved, until the "White Man" was willing to sit down at a Table with "Black Man" and have a conversation without fear of offending the other. So since there are so, many people trying to turn me into the "bad guy" let me be the "bad guy" and do the right thing that "good guy" can do... Let me have an Un-Apologetic, Honest & Upfront Conversation about me, what I said and why I said it.
To those who will feel the sting of that verbal knife... Allow me to Apologize, I do not mean to offend you or, cause you any emotional pain. I am simply stating the truth, as I see it. I am going to be honest and, brutally so. I am going to say things that may offend you or, make you think of the "Stereo-Types" we are taught to think of from the media, news and the propaganda machine we have influencing out lives. I am uploading a video on Youtube Today (9/5/2017), it will likely go live tomorrow... It was recorded last night. It is in reference to the comment I made about Brennan Cleveland, were I called Brennan Cleveland a "House Nigger." Now as I stated somewhere else online, to Brennan Cleveland on YouTube I believe, when he called me a "Nigger" that being called a "Nigger" didn't bother me... Allow me to explain why being called a "nigger" doesn't bother me... I am a Nigger. I am the motherfucking field nigger.
Let me explain, Malcolm-X once gave a Speech where he talked about the mentality of people in America, he spoke of two mentalities. The house nigger and the field nigger. Now, Malcolm-X in his own words went on to use the terms to define not just "Black People" but, White People as well... See you have to understand what the word "Nigger" means, remember when Bill Maher said he was a "House Nigger" trying to be funny & Ice Cube told him "Its become our word" and he also says it is like "a Knife" being used against black people whenever a white person says it. Personally, I don't think even Black Americans should it, the term is a reference to when Blacks were bought and sold as slaves, treated as less then human... You are literally calling someone less then human. It is the lowest form of insult, you can deliver to someone and, Black Americans have had to carry it for last 100+ years.
Now allow me to point out something here, I said to Brennan Cleveland and Brennan Cleveland alone. I hate seeing, young Black Americans using the term, because they are basically calling each other less then human, human cattle and animals. These are young people who think, calling themselves trash is empowering... It shows you the scope of brain washing that many Black Americans have been victims of by Mainstream Media Propaganda Machine. And when I called Brennan Cleveland, and Brennan Cleveland alone a "House Nigger," I wanted it to hurt his feelings. Now as I stated somewhere else online, to Brennan Cleveland on YouTube I believe, when he called me a "Nigger" that being called a "Nigger" didn't bother me... Allow me to explain why being called a "nigger" doesn't bother me... I am a Nigger. I am the motherfucking field nigger.
Let me explain, Malcolm-X once gave a Speech where he talked about the mentality of people in America, he spoke of two mentalities. The house nigger and the field nigger. Now, Malcolm-X in his own words went on to use the terms to define not just "Black People" but, White People as well... See you have to understand what the word "Nigger" means, remember when Bill Maher said he was a "House Nigger" trying to be funny & Ice Cube told him "Its become our word" and he also says it is like "a Knife" being used against black people whenever a white person says it. Personally, I don't think even Black Americans should it, the term is a reference to when Blacks were bought and sold as slaves, treated as less then human... You are literally calling someone less then human. It is the lowest form of insult, you can deliver to someone and, Black Americans have had to carry it for last 100+ years.

Don Roley, Deletes his own Comments to Fight me in WV
So this blog is going to be sweet and simple, I am currently uploading the Unapologetic Ron Collins video on YouTube... I suggest you watch it, it will explain why I called Brennan Cleveland a "House Nigger" and has a link to the infamous Malcolm-X Speech, where Malcolm-X spoke of the different mental states of the House Slave and the Field Slave. While speaking to his fellow Black Americans (I hate the term African American, you are American, I am American and we need to come together as Americans but, I am digressing) and if you listen to his whole speech, Malcolm-X didn't limit his speech and the mentality he was referring to, to simply his Fellow Black Americans...
My Phone bill is due the 3rd of the month and I only paid it today (9/5/2017) as I write this... The reason I haven't been about to get online is because I on the road and have spent a few days in Princeton WV without phone service. In any event Don Roley or someone using a troll account, now claims Don Roley has accepted my challenge to come to Beckley, West Virginia and, fight me...
