While speaking to his fellow Black Americans (I hate the term African American, you are American, I am American and we need to come together as Americans but, I am digressing) and if you listen to his whole speech, Malcolm-X didn't limit his speech and the mentality he was referring to, to simply his Fellow Black Americans...
My Phone bill is due the 3rd of the month and I only paid it today (9/5/2017) as I write this... In any event Don Roley or someone using a troll account, now claims Don Roley has accepted my challenge to come to Beckley, West Virginia and, fight me...

So here, Don Roley says he will come fight me, but this message has been deleted... Allegedly by me. And, I will show you all something about this because I should still have a notice for it on Youtube when I check my notifications today. This image is the image sent to be my Stuart Wraith.
And here is Don Roley's own comments... He is trying to champion the black people... Kinda reminds me of the Democrats and Republicians making promises to people they don't give a damn about anyway to get the "Black Vote." In either case, he won't risk jail time... Really?
See what makes this fun is that we have one image of Don Roley claiming he will fight me and and another set from a day ago posted by Don Roley's troll account, Simon Edwards... This way if (more likely when Don Roley doesn't show up), he can claim someone else said it... I love how now, both Dux and Don Roley are trying to "defend the black man" want to ignore the issues of corruption & criminality that not only effected me but, effects them... actually, both Don Roley & Frank Dux have done more to show why Brennan Cleveland is the "House Nigger" I called him when I referenced a mindset first described by Malcolm-X.

Course, now I don't have to worry about holding back or, hiding what I can really do.
So I plan to head out early in the morning... Be a full day driving 4 hours and hanging with the BDFS family. So Barron tucked tail and ran, which I kinda knew he would... I had hoped he would he would step uo but, no... And here it was claimed Barron wanted to fight me AND had already paid to attend Roley's event in March of this year. About a month after Ashida Kim posted the BDFS event on his message board back in Febuary right after Barron backed out of Ruckus in the Cage Febuary 202016.

So let me see here, the game is what... Try to get me to say I will "Kill" or "Maim" Don Roley? Get me to make a statement of intent to harm Don Roley so he can say I threatened him... That's still trying to hide behind legality and not display any mutual intent to engage in an altercation... Its the ground work for bitching out.
And what has Don Roley said when he broke his silence? Nothing conclusive just some vague remarks about humiliating me...
Well no statements of intent have been stated. So like I keep saying all anyone (ANYONE) has to do is step up in Lexington Kentucky... Step up and say they want to fight. Not try to hide behind legality and excuses...
However, to those paying attention this is a great example of the adage "Controlling others is strength but Controlling yourself is Power." One statement of mutual intent or even a filmed statement of intent to engage me... Places me on equal footing (legally) with "Anyone" who wants to fight in Kentucky. Any wrong word by me about my intent to do anyone harm allows them to claim "self-defense" under Kentucky's "Stand your Ground" laws... Placing me in legal trouble.
This is the same game played by Barron by offering me "free judo lessons." The reason why "Mraymond Locktools" wanted to schedule an "unsanctioned" fight in Florida and I set up the Ruckus in the Cage event in Charleston. It is why Patrick Ferrari is making threats about what Don Roley will do to me and why... Don Roley says I will "face true humiliation." Rather then just make a statement that he intends to fight me...
All it boils down to is a group of people trying to set me up for failure. Trying to have me arrested with no intent to fight me... Its childish Internet Tough Guy bullshit... And I am saying "No one is going to. Step up." So everyone enjoy your weekend, I will enjoy mine.
Update: After I predicted the set up being planned by Barron Shepherd, Don Roley and Phil Elmore's prorogue Patrick Ferrari... I am proven right in less then 2 hours.
A clip from my admin screen on the Blogger and the time stamp is 7:46 am yet at 9:07 am, Patrick Ferrari acting as Don Roley's proxy so that he can deny involvement stated "We both know you won't bow onto any mats don is teaching on and we both know that you certainly won;t approach him in a manner that enables him to defend himself legally."Well there is some truth to this, coming to Don Roley's seminar means he is in charge and any injury where I might respond with for can be claimed an "accident" by Roley allowing the confrontation following this to claimed an "assault." Likewise, Don Roley wants to threaten him online or approach in a manner that he can claim "self-defense" rather then just grow a pair and call me out to a fight like a man. Thus, it is a mutually agreed on combat & no one is the victim and we both face a few minor charges. But, Don Roley would rather play the role of the "victim" hiding behind legal red tape then be a man.
What we see above is a time stamp of 9:07 AM and compared to my time stamp of 7:46 AM, a whole 1 hour and 41 minutes later. A Comment posted on the Barron is Running & Don is Silent blog. But why not this blog? Perhaps because Patrick is afraid to be an admission of my own prediction about the group of fantasy martial arts conspirators.
I love these online ninja nerds always talking about Warrior Traditions and the legitimacy of their arts as part of said warrior tradition as if it makes them a pedigreed pooch, as if they are the fantasy ninja or samurai of a bygone era. Martial arts are the arts of war and if you want to be a warrior you had best be willing to go to war or, at least deal with the repercussions when you step up to fight.

This is a Continuation of Stalking & Harassment: A Pattern of Behavior examined where I showed the intent of the "Internet Trolls" like Phil Elmore, Don Roley & Barron Shepherd to harass and stalk me. Some may not know this but these same clowns even tried to become involved in my legal cases, of which I had all charges dropped. While Phil has been careful to not go out of his way to exaggerate claims into the grounds of slander, Barron and Don Roley have not...
Regardless of me and my own agitations, it doesn't take a lot to see a pattern develop. When I first started "fighting back" online and even now people told me I was being too negative. Perhaps, but you fight back, you don't back down... Bullies are the same regardless. After Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 8, I received a message across facebook. Now Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 8 showed Trition D. Smith using the image of a former Dux Ryu student, trained under Sky Benson, defending Barron Shepherd backing out of a challenge to me. Stalking & Harassment showed how Barron was dead set on trying to entangle me in legal troubles, rather then face me directly. Quite simply put these "people" exist only to harass and defame other martial artists to push their products.

This is only one example of the Harassment that someone faced, harassment they chose to protect their students from. I am in some ways lucky, part of what is claimed about me is true. I have been arrested a lot but, all but five charges were dismissed by the state without a battle in court, many times the charges were to push threats and intimidation by police officer who were themselves corrupt and criminal. So what? Some online ass clown talks trash and tries to ruin my business? Perhaps they seek to harass me into committing suicide like Dan Harmon?
Now Dan Harmon is an example of a person who was mentally ill. Dan lied and made up stories because he wanted be more then just who he was... He wanted to be respect, admired and loved. He made the mistake of thinking he needed some external source for this... He didn't.
He didn't have a teacher or the money to get a lot of training in "ninjutsu." What he developed on his own, was his own concoction from many different sources, he told stories and such. Cool... I really don't see a problem with developing your own style. The reality is it doesn't matter if you learn martial arts off YouTube or in a Dojo, it is what you do with the information that matters. Do you think a mugger cares if you stop with a self-defense technique you learn from online, a book or in school with a proven line to some ancient master?
Does it matter if the guy or gal who kicks your ass trained in his garage or in dojo? Do you know how many legitimate Karate black belts with lineage going back to Funakoshi himself, who have told me stories about fighting in Karate in Japan and they have never been out of the country? Too many... I know qualified and legitimate martial artists with made up stories of secret kumite and claims of being street fighters with no proof & just weren't the type. The type of person who is a Street Fighter is either crazy or near suicidal by the way.
I remember a story Where at a Tai Kai Event Hatsumi called a man in stage to help him demonstrate a technique and the man stated his rank was "Soke" and Hatsumi addressed him with the respect of calling him "Soke." I remember watching Ashida Kim dealing with other self-proclaimed masters who he addressed then with the same respect and often "traded ninja secrets" with them, often helping them to develop better techniques and skills. Many times looking back, I often wonder to myself if he ever did this with me... Playing the role of the "secret teacher." Dan Harmon would have no doubt fallen into this category with me and many, many others over the years. Karl Jung would have referred to this as the Wise Old Man & in some ways the Trickster. Regardless, Ashida Kim did show me a different way of looking the phrase "When the student is ready the master will appear." Masters appear to us in all ways of life and we often never know it.
Being blunt, terms like Shihan, Hanshi, Sensei and so on all sound awesome Master, Grandmaster & Teacher sounds authoritative but what do they mean? No not the dictionary meaning but context. They are ranks right? Sergeant sounds impressive but what does it mean, it is a rank right? So colored belts show rank and have titles to go along with them that context. I person ranked as a black belt in BJJ shouldn't have to prove himself or herself by breaking bricks like a Karate or Tae Kwon Do belt. Two different systems with two different ranks, its not about rank it is about the knowledge. Rank is dependent on the system involved and nothing more. So Dan Harmon invented a history and invented a rank to rank himself... Did that mean that he was to be harassed, threatened and mentally abused to the point of ending his own life?
This is an ongoing pattern of abuse, threats and intimidation designed to do one thing and one thing only... Harass people into dropping the term "Ninjutsu" so that the Bujinkan is free to sell their products alone. Dan Harmon didn't sell books or Home Study Courses like I do... He doesn't run a company like Shadow Warrior Publishing, like I do. No what Dan Harmon did was more painful to the Bujinkan bottom line... He put out free information online, he made commercials for non-existent course he was in the process of making and they looked pretty good given the low quality but still it looks remarkably like the other non-contact, non-sparring instructional videos produced by the Bujinkan.
My concern isn't what the Bujinkan is doing, I don't like what they do... So what, I don't have to. My concern wasn't that Dan Harmon had a mental illness or lied about is past. My concern is that psychological abuse in the name of a bottom line against a person with mental illnesses is akin to beating up a man in a wheelchair or (sorry for my blatant masculine bias but) beating women.
Unlike my cited friend above, I am lucky in that I don't have a school or students to protect and don't have to "nut ride" or attack others to sell products. In fact, I am simple... I hate bullies. Anyone who knew me in grade school will tell you I was often fighting bigger kids, not to protect myself but to protect other kids. Someone, who said many of my posts seem negative dealing with this drama and BS asked me how I would convince parents that I was qualified to teach their kids to warriors and, I will end this blog with that answer...
I don't want to teach anyone's kids, my own if I had any, to be warriors. Teaching children to be warriors is akin to raising child soldiers. I will teach kids to be fighters but not warriors. Being a warrior is not about how brave you are or how strong you are. Its not about your tradition or system. Being a warrior is about one thing, the belief that you have to stand up for those who can't. Sure this crap is negative and it is something I rather not be typing about or people I don't want to deal with... However, I'm taking it upon myself to do so. Not because of being a warrior or any martial arts stuff I learned, not because I am defending my business. I'm dealing with this because I am worried about the next person driven to suicide by mental illness and the harassment of so called Martial Arts Instructors.
What happens when the next person to be driven to that point is a teenage kid with ninja fantasies to escape abuse and violence at him? Rather then having someone ease them into real world and helping them to better themselves they just get pushed further by so called fraud busters online. So if being a Warrior means, standing up for those who cannot themselves stand up... I guess I'm warrior but like many things in my life, I'm not the best man for the job, I'm the guy who showed up cause their was no one else... I'm not a warrior, I am just that guy. After speaking with someone about what happened to Don Harmon, I decided to "go back in time" to an earlier blog about this same issue... Fake Koga Ryu Ninjutsu & The Events Leading to Dan Harmon's Death. In that blog I posted three images, two dealing with the statement's of another martial arts group on facebook talking about those who harassed Dan Harmon and pushed him too far.
It is plain to see that these alleged instructors and martial artists are nothing more then corrupt businessmen. Frauds and cowards devoted to harassing anyone who might be competition for them, even if they are fakes and frauds... Even now I have gotten several anonymous text message from 1-916-216-9579, each message contains insults, threats and in some cases images trying to insult me or make me feel bad about myself... May be they just want to make me mad, sitting behind their computer screens laughing at how they've "pissed me off."
I've fought through more then cowards like you all could ever deal with and I doubt any of you are strong enough to face the same challenges I have overcome. Its very sad and pathetic, this is the very best in mental abuse these cowards can offer...

One of the things that gets funnier and funnier is how the online martial arts community continues to defend each others lies. Especially when I have proven that Barron Shepherd and Don Roley are lying about my past, not once but twice. You have to wonder why? Why lie about someone, slander their name just to make yourself look good if you are truly the better person, art, martial artist and so on..?
Let me break it down for you... To make money or more correctly to keep others from achieving the success they are working for because you haven't found the success you think you deserve. Lets be clear Don Roley is person out to make a buck and he gets to stand up and attack people so other Bujinkan instructors don't have to. This a pattern carried out by Hatsumi when he attacked Karate, Judo & Aikido as ineffective, so his American Cult of Personality followers do this by attacking all others. Course we all know Takamatsu just read the modern documents translated into modern Japanese to invent his system, Takamatsu also lied about being named as Soke of the Kuki family arts of Kukishin Ryu to invent his Kukishinden Ryu. William M. Bodiford explains this in a Koryu.com article on Soke: Historical Incarnation of a title and its entitlements; in a nut shell, Soke is a reference to a ruling economic class of iemoto (Soke) tradition. Since Soke refers not a martial arts title but a familial business system. Common for non-martial arts;
From Koryu.com Nishiyama (1982b, 273-278) identifies several reasons why martial art lineages never developed into iemoto (a.k.a. soke) systems. Prior to the establishment of the Tokugawa peace, rapid acquisition of military prowess constituted the sine qua non of any system of martial instruction. An instructor who withheld instruction in the most advanced techniques as a family secret, as was the norm among soke who taught peaceful arts, could not have attracted students. For this reason, during the sixteenth century, military students usually attained full initiation rather quickly, after which they were free to teach all that they had learned to their own students. If anyone issued diplomas, they did so on their own authority, without having to pay license fees to any larger organization. After the Tokugawa regime imposed peace on the land, both older and new schools of martial instruction became more structured, more secretive, and developed more complex and time-consuming curriculums. Students who received diplomas no longer necessarily acquired independent rights to issue diplomas themselves.7The ruling authorities also actively prevented any warrior groups or martial schools from developing organizational bonds across domain boundaries.8Moreover, the rulers of each individual domain preferred to patronize only their own local martial systems, which could be kept under their own local control. Finally, in an age of peace it became practically impossible for any one martial lineage or group of lineages to demonstrate decisively their superiority over their rivals. Innovative teachers could (and did) devise new methods of martial training and establish new schools without having to risk lives to demonstrate their combat effectiveness.
Oh and Sine Qua Non refers to something that is in essence the standard. So what we see is this, the term Soke is taken from the Kuki family which did teach their art and the associated Shinto practices under a familial ownership organization, especially to alternate Shinto mythologies. To teach Kukishin Ryu martial arts or conduct Kuki family rituals you had to be licensed through the Kuki family. So the many trolls who argue Hatsumi is the only true source, are simply trying to protect Hatsumi's ownership of ninjutsu (which is a joke because no one owns ninjutsu), though Hatsumi owns Togakure Ryu and the other associated ryu (except for the others claiming the same lineages like the Genbukan).
At best Takamatsu made up his Ninpo tradition copying from historical documents, at worst he made up his Ninpo tradition based of the 60s Japanese Pop-Culture Ninja Boom. Thus anyone claiming ninjutsu outside of the Takamatsu-den must be attacked as frauds to claim ownership of a particular lineage and the art of ninjutsu itself. This is why men like Jinichi Kawakami in Japan, Anthony Cummins, Chosin Ninja Greg Park, Frank Dux, Ashida Kim and myself must be attacked... Its is simply marketing and claiming ownership of an art that fraudulently claims to be the root of all "ninjutsu."
What is even funnier is that these "online experts," who have to lie under the guise of "fraud busting" to keep from being called out as frauds devoted to a fraud themselves, have taken to attacking "Jay" and Damian Ross of the Self-Defense Company frauds and spreading lies about them as well. Because I simply asked a friend who is an instructor for Damian Ross to write an article for me while I was off working on the Black Dragon Ninjitsu video course.
First off, Defendo/Defendu is not a iemoto system, their is no "Soke" of the art. Anyone trained in the lineage can claim the lineage as a source of information. Defendu/Defendo is a Western Martial Art and not a Japanese system governed by ancient Japanese social rules. Secondly, the issue is this Damian Ross is no fraud nor is he a member of the BDFS. So yes, I do associate with other people outside the BDFS such as Chris Friedman who also wrote for this blog and is in China training in the Shaolin Temple as you read this. What gets even more disruptive to their claims is that I have never met Damian nor do I have any issues with him. In fact, many of the things I discuss and teach are based on concepts he teaches (learned from others outside his lineage such as NCOs I served with in the military) and so I cannot fault him for what he teaches.
Let me give you an example: Color Code Awareness, I am not a fan of color code awareness taught by many self-defense instructors to civilians but, I have this issue because it gets used out of context. I espouse what I call Educated Awareness.
Now let me explain this you in the simplest terms, Situational Awareness is knowing whats going on around. It is limited by your 5 senses. Educated awareness bridges a gap between what you can see, hear, etc and what you can't. First off it begins with a description of criminal tactics. I've seen Damian Ross's system, through "Jay" address that as well. So me and Damian Ross, having two completely different lineages and systems have some over lap here. Where I have my biggest issue with the Color Code system is that it is a military method, and lacks the military (life style) context. What I mean by this is, before being dismissed for the weekend we had a Safety Brief which include things going on in our area. How many people today pay any attention to the news, weather or so on? Without attempting to educate ourselves about things happening around us, our situational awareness is diminished. So I have a little term I am always using called Educated Awareness, which refers to extending your situational awareness with "Field Intelligence."
A friend of mine will shoot me a facebook message or text message when he comes across traffic jams, road blocks, or accidents and I do the same for him. We have a system of communicating information between us to maintain educated awareness to expand our situational awareness. Is this method fool proof, no but, neither is watching your local news, meditation to "know without knowing" and seeking some esoteric practice to gain Sakki powers either.
So what is the issue? That the internet trolls are attacking me and, people who actually look at the facts and follow the evidence I put online know that they are liars and frauds attacking others like Damian Ross or an associated instructor of his "Jay" is the only way to cover up the fact they are liars and frauds themselves... Lest we forget "Jay" is also training in the Bujinkan's Budo Taijutsu System, which is what the trolls cannot stand. "Jay" is a Black Belt in Kenpo Kararte, a Combative Instructor under Damian Ross (who they try to demonize) and associated with their ninja-cult... Course in "Jay's" defense he is actually training with someone in the Bujinkan as opposed to arguing and attacking people like Damian Ross in a facebook group.
Once again it is just more stirring the pot to avoid the fact, nothing is set Barron Shepherd & I's little MMA match until we both show up and register as Amatuer MMA fighters with the West Virginia Boxing Commission... Unless Baron wants to arrange an event in Florida? I'd be happy to come to Florida Barron? Oh and Don, you say a person who issues a challenge should come to the challenged, whats the MMA venues like in Colorado? Oh thats not a challenge by the way, that is just me saying if you want to make it a real sanctioned event amd issue a challenge (Like you did with Dan Harmon) I will come to you...
Hell Donny they're even cartoons about how you are such money hungry ass goblin, who disobeyed Hatsumi's wishes and had a Memorial Seminar using Oguri's name to make a quick buck and promote yourself... Is there any doubt, especially given the proof that you'd lie and slander my name to promote your Ninja Cult?
So I get an invite to a Facebook group called the Koga Ryu Vetting group or some BS. I figured it would be some BS of "Bujinkan cultists" trying to claim to the only source of the truth or a bunch of teenagers trying to live out a ninja fantasy... which doesn't exclude the first option. What I found was basically a person with genuine self-respect and a perchance for, perhaps, buttering people up to get them to open up... Melvin Williams (sorry to put you on the spot like this...) who I was basically pretty open with & would have gotten all the information he wanted just by acting with civility and a few (unneeded) compliments.
Lets be 100% clear here... Anyone who is guilty of sexual crime is scum. Anyone who spends their time behind a keyboard making up lies about a person and slandering their name to falsely claim they are guilty of such a crime is less then scum... After all how pathetic and weak does that make you to lie about one of the most horrible crimes a person can commit. You are a liar and your credibility as any kind of source of who is authentic is basically resigned to the fact that when I called Barron Shepherd as a liar... I proved you just a bad for spreading those same lies.
Tell me Don, have any proof of this beyond Barron Shpeherd and the pack of lying teenagers and internet tough guys trying to impress those teenagers at BSMA or the other little facebook groups you guys start? Seriously, what does that make you when you have to lie about someone else..? What does that say about your fraud busting..? If you are the "creditable source" and get caught lying about someone well Don Roley that makes you a liar and how can anyone believe you... Yes that is a challenge for you to pay $3,000 for a transcript of the court hearing or offer any proof that is as you are claiming?
Do not stalk me online, don't invite to your little groups and say what you want... I don't have to obey "your rules" which means I can and will disrespect your pathetic lying ass all I want. But, it is just better to point out thats exactly what you are doing. Because the simple fact is Don Roley, once you get caught lying about others it makes your credibility, seems well... worthless. But, Don Roley is trying to take attention away from the March 4th Cage fight... That Barron isn't going to show up for.
Since I called out Barron Shepherd for trying to get me to come to Florida for an Unsanctioned fight via his third party troll account Mraymond Locktools. If he wants me to fight him in Florida, just set up something with a fight promoter for an MMA bout. The more you cowards lie and bigger you make the lie and the more your bubble busts when the truth comes out...
Lets just call it like it is... You are trying to distract from the fact, that you trying to sell your "ninja fantasy" and don't want anyone else selling theirs. The thing is Donny... I used what I know, people can buy a copy of Black Dragon Ninjitsu or Never Back Down and see where I actually used what I know...
All you do is talk about how you can read Japanese and quote history books (aside from stalking and harassing people online), pretending to be a pseudo-intellectual. If it wasn't for the Bujinkan and pushing what Takamatsu made up and taught as ninjutsu in the 60s, you wouldn't matter. You base your whole existence off of pretending to be an authority, one who relies on the ignorance on the ignorance of Japanese history by Americans.
