Don Roley Character Assassin for Hatsumi/Takamatsu-den Cult Monoply

This blog is going to deal with the how Troll Bridges and backly the Racketeering behind the actions of certain online trolls and haters.

Lets start with Don Roley "King Troll" for the Bujinkan. Me and Don got our start online at about the same time. Me with Ashida Kim's Dojo Press and Don Roley publishing his Koga Ryu is Dead article. At the time Don Roley did this he made several claims about the Bujinkan and the Takamatsu-den lineage as well as, several historical text such as the Bansenshukai and similar documents trying to prove Takamatsu authentic.

Now Don is fluid in modern Japanese, lived in Japan for 15 years and used modern Japanese translations of the historical ttext in his arguments online. However, its been all shot down before... By me on Ashida Kim's old message board.

Two being an easy means of disproving the whole thing...
1. The terms Iga and Koga Ryu are historical terms for the origin of various schools. There were several schools of fighting methods, tactics and military strategy in the Iga and Koga provinces. They were all Iga or Koga Ryus. Just any martial arts school in Los Angelos or even Beckley, West Virginia is a Los Angelos school or a Beckley school of martial arts.

Citing Seiko Fujita (Americanized pronunciation) as Roley does, Fujita says ninjutsu was a family tradition. Meaning that if one studied the Hidden Leaf School of Martial Arts, one might implicate one's own life or occupation into your own tactics.

In modern Comparision so its easier to grasp, John is a Locksmith. John is drafted into service by an a local militia to protect Johns town from invaders. John learns Militia X-rays methods of warfare. John uses his Lock Smithing knowledge to stealthly pick a lock on a building the gang is using as a base and slip inside to look at the gangs plans of attack and listen to their talk about the plan.

John is a spy by modern thinking and as a spy John used his available spycraft skills of picking a lock. Johns son who is also being taught to perform the family trade of lock smithing is also taught the family spycraft of picking locks. Bill by contrast repairs electronics and Bill's spycraft is built arounding building listening devices to hear what others are saying or radio jammers to cut off communications during raids.

Militia X-ray has a set of skills and an SOP related to scouting and patrols. Both Bill and John have their own individual methods of using what they call spycraft. David is a Captain in the militia and has a Phd in Psychology so his spycraft is built around manipulation. David has an SOP for the militias Special Operations Group & suggests the SOG members learn the ways of lower ranked people.

Now replace the term spy with ninja and spycraft with ninjutsu and you get the odea behind "family styles of ninjitsu."

2. Ryu didn't codify "ninjutsu" into their schools until the Tokugawa era. This was the era of peace following the warring states period of Sengoku era. Togakure Ryu claims it was codified 400 years before said era of peace.

Once we get past that, we come to the fact that during the earily years of the Meiji era. Samurai used "ninjutsu" like methods during the Saga Rebellion. These were Kishu Ryu methods if any...

This means that Ninjutsu existed as part of most Koryu Schools at some point and that ninjutsu was not specifically limited to schools of martial arts. Nor is it as special as many seek to believe. Ot was something done in secret and a bit taboo to Japanese cultural ideas of the noble samurai.

More so, it becomes even more ridiculous when you think about a codified school of martial arts claiming to be the root of all ninjutsu, when those Koryu Schools who did codify it only did so to preserve it the skills and methods for future generations is not, as Hatsumi claims, a secret ninja martial art built around Shinto rituals and the worship of Takamatsu as a deity.

Now this brings us to a singular problem, what I just said... You can examine a free breakdown of the Bansenshukai amd read my earilier blogs on the Bujinkan cult is you so choose, for reference.

Additionally, you have to understand the nature of the word Soke and why not all Japanese Koryu arts use the title. In short it is a feudal term used by various trade guilds in Japan during the Tokugawa period upto the later Meiji era.

Ninjutsu isn't the big deal in Japan it is in America. Even then the Japanese image of the ninja is more of a warrior magician then the Western version of a spy-assassin. Though the historical reality of a soldier-spy is closer to the American image.

Now, I am sure you are going to say what does that have to do with anything. Well I have been the poster boy online for pointing out those holes in the argument by Roley. Antony Cummins (whom Don and others in the Bujin-con Cult have tried to discredit) seeking academic credibility translated the historical documents proving what ninjutsu was historically, has produced works which will substantiate these facts for many non-Japanese.

Now remember when I said about Don Roley getting his start online? That would be in 1999, same time as me and the same time he was doing everything to get the other Bujin-con cultists online attacking people for being frauds.

However this isn't new for the Bujin-con. The date for the post by Don Roley is pretty, significant since it shows he was in Japan all that time. And, I could argue that Roley's actions were permissible by the Hombu Dojo and perhaps Hatsumi himself.

I have stated many, many, times before that Don Roley's "fraud busting" was directly tied to making money but, perhaps uts not making Roley money except that he is making Hatsumi money.

How many people over the years have been harassed and stalked by Don Roley online because they were "frauds?" What is seriously funny is the "pot calling the kettle black" mentality of Don Roley's loes and personal attacks. I have mentioned Don many times in the past, showcased his unstable cult-like devotion to the Bujinkan Takamatsu cult.

I know there are 9 schools, that's 6 from a man no one can prove existed. 5 of which has a kind of incestuous link to them Togakure Ryu Ninpo is a form of Koshijutsu, is the oldest of the Nine schools and is linked to Gyokko Ryu Koshijutsu (using the same Koshijutsu methods) yet Gyokko was started in Japan in 1156 to 1159 and claims to extend back to the Tang Dynasty in China in which ended in 907. Togakure Ryu was founded in in 1161. So why is there a Soke in both lineages who was only 18th Generation in Gyokko Ryu and 24th Generation in Togakure Ryu? This gets even more alarming when looking at Koto Ryu which was begin by Toda Sakyo Isshinai during the Temon Era 1532 to 1150 who was a student of the Soke Gyokko Ryu and inherited the art from him. Gyokko being a close range style and Koto Ryu being a long range style compliment each other. But, keep them separate for so long? Why one Soke of two very different styles?

Now Togakure Ryu was founded in 1161 by Daisuke Nishian who changed his name to Daisuke Togakure. Kumogakure is supposed to be an Togakure Ryu founded in 1532 to 1550 of the. Teman Era by Iga Hainaizen Ienaga.

Gyokushin Ryu another Ninpo school has no date for when ot was founded but has something in common to all four other schools. They were all passed to Toda Seiryu Nobutsuna in from 1624 to 1644. Koto Ryu which has had the same Soke since the founding of Koto Ryu with Gyokko Ryu, though Gyokko Ryu claims further or is said to, is 9 generations removed. More so why are they so different if Koto Ryu draws from Gyokko Ryu?

On seperate but also conflicting nature, Koto Ryu became the basis for Togakure Ryu Taijutsu. This could not have happened until 1624 to 1644 when Toda Seiryu inherited the five schools. Yet, why did Togakure Ryu merge part of the teachings for Koto Ryu, taught along side Gyokko Ryu to the shared Soke of both Ryu and not the other schools? Having learned Gyokushin Ryu Ninpo from a third line of transmission(?).

Now Takamatsu did have legitimate claims to teach Shinden Ryu and Takagi Yoshin Ryu. Gikan Ryu is debatable since he didn't start claiming to know it until the Ninpo/Ninjutsu claims popped up. Takamatsu then copied the Kukishin Ryu denshi and presented his imbellished copies to the Kuki family before making up a story about the Kuki shrine being burned by US firebombing flights and proclaiming himself Soke of Kukishinden Ryu a sibling art to the Kuki families Kukishin Ryu.

Takamatsu was a licensed teacher of Kukishin Ryu and Takagi Yoshin Ryu arts.

Regardless Takamatsu was an established fraud having stolen the Kuki family legacy to enhance his status by naming himself Soke of Kukishinden Ryu, saying he was chosen to replace the offical Soke inheritor because they thought he was dead and using the copies of the Kuki family scrolls as evidence of his status of Soke of the Kuki family's traditions and teachings. Before inventing the Ninja Lineage with Hatsumi and using modern translations of historical documents (many made available by Fujita Seiko's 1930s research) to claim to have authentic ninjutsu in the 1960s.

So it is very easy to see where the Bujinkan motivations are at, make money selling people on the idea of a long lost ninja legacy and all the fraud busting is just hiding their own lies and fraudulent claims. Six supposedly, Koryu traditions with Densho written by Takamatsu and five with  list of shared Soke before coming to Toda Shinryuken who picks up a sixth art in Shinden Fudo Ryu. Shinden Fudo Ryu being a form of Jujutsu with a long and strong lineage but sharing no connection to the Shinden Fudo Ryu claimed by the Bujinkan except to say that they are the same as Izumo Kanja Yoshiteru founded both schools. However this does not stack up to independent research.

Nor do Hatsummi's Densho match the Densho published by the "other" Shinden Fudo Ryu. Thus making it appear that Takamatsu used the name of an art already in existence with a strong lineage to try to justify the five incestuous Ryu. A basic claim by the Bujin-con cultists is, to claim that because Shinden Fudo Ryu can be proven a real and established ryu (in someone else's lineage) it is a legitimate school and offers proof that Toda Shinryuken was a real person and that other five ryu are legitimate schools.

No, it really doesn't. First you have to prove that the Shin Fudo Ryu you are claiming has a real lineage and ties to the Shinden Fudo Ryu that is proven prior to Takamatsu or Toda Shinryuken. Then you must prove that Toda Shinryuken existed to proven it was even passed down to Takamatsu. No such evidence exists... Its a bit like printing off a certificate that says you graduated BUD/S (Basic Underwater Demolitions/SEAL School), we all know BUD/S is real and that it is a proven historical school for elite navy operators. You just can't prove its connected to you outside of the certificate you printed up... Same issue but, I digress.


Once you understand the issues the Bujinkan is trying to hide you understand the financial gain of people like Don Roley in trying to silence me. And you see Don usually makes a good show of issuing online challenges and spinning however he wants to make people look bad and harass them into silence. So Roley will never come at me in dark alley and he wouldn't even meet me on neutral ground. And Roley doesn't publish were he teaches at for fear that someone might come to his school and well, without cameras it would be fun. I don't know where Don Roley teaches at; I know where he lives, Don Roley's middle name is James and he is 49. And, little image above about Don Roley saying he was in Japan when he started his whole fraud busting game back in 1999 basically comes down to this. We can assume that Hatsumi is involved or was aware of and that Don Roley is carrying out his activities in an illegal attempt to define Hatsumi as a true Soke.

A Soke is the head of a trade guild in pre Meiji Japan, under the Soke or Iemoto system a family functioned like a corporate entity. The Family trade was licensed and no one could practice the family trade; poetry, blacksmithing, pottery or whatever... without licensing from the family who dominated the trade. After the Sengoku era, the Tokugawa era of peace, brought with it many new schools of martial arts and many martial arts, due to the castes becoming locked, having been used by various Samurai families in certain areas adopted the Iemoto or Soke system. Meaning only the Soke or head of the family would have full transmission. Under the Iemoto system, one could not practice pottery or blacksmithing without paying the family who has Soke dominance over a particular trade.

So it is quite clear that the Bujinkan cultists are seeking to use the internet fraud busting to create a ninja monopoly. This is especially interesting because as I pointed out, Hatsumi is a fraud who draws his lineage from a well known fraud and who's only attempt at any true status of being a Soke is to implement the Iemoto system under the guise of claiming legitimate authority through fraudulent means...

 

I mean doesn't the Bujinkan claim that only the Takamatsu-den lineage is real? Don't they attack even Kawakami's claims to Koga Ban Ryu Ninjutsu? Don't they tell you to be a legitimate ninjutsu practice you have to study Bujinkan arts? Wasn't the Historical fact of the ninjutsu recently revealed closer to the fantasy of ninjutsu taught by so called frauds like Ashida Kim, Frank Dux and myself?

 

Ever wonder why my Ninjutsu taught making smoke bombs and herbal medicine, even when it was a small red pamphlet named Black Dragon Ninjitsu? Ever wonder why Ashida Kim split many of his books into categories like Kata Dante, Submission Holds and Ninjitsu or why Ashida Kim spoke of Espionage as a Weapon, yet was dismissed as being unhistorical? Compared to Hatsumi's claim that Ninjutsu evolved from the mystic practices of the Yamabushi called Shugendo (The Path to Achieving Spiritual Power) and claims of esoteric secrets of the universe? Ever think this copyright on the secrets of the universe is cult-like in its devotion and principles?

Simply read Mind of the Ninja and you will see the cult-like religious worship of Takamatsu and Hatsumi in the belief of magical powers.

Don't worry I will review this book soon, I just have to buy a new copy because it is complete Bull Shit where I am concerned.

Now on January 19th I wrote The Lies of Phil Failmore address the lies that Phil Elmore has spread about me online. Lies and half truths, based on the lies of his cohorts & partners like Barron Shepard and Don Roley. When proven that Phil lied he started stalking me from group to group using his "gang" of keyboard commandos and wannabe badasses like David Pearson & Patrick Farrari.

February 27th I wrote The Lies, Stalking & Harassment by Phil Failmore showing his continued contact with me despite the fact I want nothing to do with him. Believe me as a heterosexual male, the last thing I want is some skeezy old fat guy with a hard-on for me (hopefully not literally) trying to contact me at every turn. He reminds me of those gay guys who "bully & pick" because they are too scared to come out the closet, so I do question his "motives." I mean has anyone seen a picture of his wife, kinda none existent like some "secret ninja master."

February 28th I post Return of Phil Failmore were I once again state I want nothing to do with him but feel the need to defend myself against his online harassment, stalking and lies.

March 5th I post More Stalking & Harassment from Phil Failmore where I point to Phil's business relationship with Don Roley & Barron Shepard. Where I address Phil Elmore's habit of trolling through "troll accounts" (alternate accounts using another name as a tool of harassment).

On March 11th Phil Elmore defends Trolling on World Net Daily. Claiming it to be simple disagreement yet he neglects the key component of said trolling which is the continuation of following and harassing others. Sure he does, much like a drug addicts who endorse Obamacare for hopes free pills to use and sell or, violent criminals who support gun control because they don't want victims who can defend themselves. Phil defends his own actions.

March 13th I wrote More Trolling Phil Failmore were I addressed Phil Elmore calling my House, texting me over an image he gleamed from one of blogs to prove I was "lying." It was in a folder on a disc labeled Pictures of Korea, it could be the picture of Indian it is claimed to be. But my picture is dates March of 2002 when I Stationed in Camp Casey Korea with 1/503. Which was moved from Casey in 2006 here I the Brief History.

March 18th I wrote Never Back Don has Finally Arrived this is the "auto-biography" dealing with events in my life, evidence of police corruption and the same unethical lies and martial arts cults that I address in this blog. I even call out Mitch Stevens (another of Phil Elmore troll accounts) as being Phil Elmore.

March 19th writes his defense of cyber stalking... but what is cyber-stalking?

As defined by the NCSL: National Conference of State Legislatures Cyber Stalking & Cyber Harassment are defined as...
Cyberstalking.  Cyberstalking is the use of the Internet, email or other electronic communications to stalk, and generally refers to a pattern of threatening or malicious behaviors. Cyberstalking may be considered the most dangerous of the three types of Internet harassment, based on a posing credible threat of harm. Sanctions range from misdemeanors to felonies.

Cyberharassment. Cyberharassment differs from cyberstalking in that it may generally be defined as not involving a credible threat. Cyberharassment usually pertains to threatening or harassing email messages, instant messages, or to blog entries or websites dedicated solely to tormenting an individual. Some states approach cyberharrassment by including language addressing electronic communications in general harassment statutes, while others have created stand-alone cyberharassment statutes.

But all this goes to addressing something else here...
March 18th Phil Elmore tried to buy  copy (actually 2) of Never Back Down, which I refused to sell him and refunded his money.

Now my refusal to sell to him is simple, as I have stated many times I want nothing to do with Phil Elmore & he needs to stop harassing me, following me around the net and spreading lies. Of course Phil seeks to try to conceal his own wrong doing just as he writes WND articles to excuse his behavior. So he seeks to try to contradict evidence of his own behavior.

Oh but that doesn't end there having his lies exposed on one media forum Phil seeks other places to stalk online.

March 5th Phil Elmore made a troll account for Amazon as Martial Reader

I understand this isn't hard to do... All you need is a prepaid debit card and you just order something small. Since accounts are tied to the one's account one need only to buy a parachord bracelet or someone's birthday present and instant troll account. Phil has been using such accounts for years & even been called out on creating them t bolster his own books. Plus the name Martial Reader, much like his other fantasies involving martial arts only seek to make him sound like an authority. Oh and he's from New York same as Phil...

Now Martial Reader only sought to review my works on the same day on Amazon, all on March 5th. Today I was ordering from Amazon and a second review caught my eye, The Phantom. All reviews on March 23rd (today) and only my works. Odd huh? All one has to do is look at the statements and it is the same lies spread by Phil Elmore all over the web.

Does it seem Phil Elmore is afraid of rejection? That he can't stand being ignored? That he is angry... I can account for all the books sold over Amazon and Shadow Warrior. No one has bought a copy of Never Back Down & the only copy of Life without Rapture was sold through Shadow Warrior. So no one has seen anything to review it. There were 8 copies of Black Dragon Ninjitsu sold through Amazon (6 to someone in the UK), 3 copies of Shadow Hunter sold & 3 copies of Army of Shadows all in February. All in all, Phil just wants to hide his wrong doing and conceal his own faults.

But hey believe what you will, you will anyway... Course someone who needs to defend harassing others and being a cyber-bully because he was bullied as kid is pretty pathetic. And well this is the internet.

Phil Failmore still stalking me... yet again.

So in my last blog I address the fat failure of Phil Elmore stalking me over the net and his apparent fear of the truth coming out in Never Back Down. It is always a question of what is afraid of? But, ultimately comes the simple truth it doesn't matter. What is funny is that while I was discussing how Phil got his black sash in Liu Seong to justify his bad advice in Short Hand Emptyhand, I posted this meme making fun of the bad and improper example of a Mantis Kung-fu Stance;

This challenge to Phil's manhood, integrity & knowledge prompted more harassment from Phil including his doughy boyfriend showing up to challenge me online. David Pearson is the co-founder of a martial arts system with Phil Elmore that Phil never reached black sash in and never continued training with Pearson to actually earn that rank. Thus, suggesting it was a failed stunt to justify his lack of knowledge further, with the help of his "teacher" & "co-founder" David Pearson. Here David Pearson (Phil lil buddy & alleged life-partner) suggests I revealed all my secrets for recognition; the fact is I honestly addressed ninjitsu as a strategic art. My competitors in the Bujinkan claim to know ninja secrets that are rarely revealed (never revealed) and are upholding some kind of mythological ninja lineage of taijutsu/jujutsu in black gi and tabi.

Black Dragon Ninjitsu is the only ninjutsu book that covers stealth, herbal medicine, survival, pyrotechnics, intelligence gathering and strategy. Black Dragon Ninjitsu has also been called the best Ninjutsu book ever written.

Having Shadow Warrior Publishing block Mr. Pearson on twitter, as I want nothing to do with Phil Elmore, his "partners" or anything else associated with him. Phil Elmore using a Spam account as Spambot but linked to his philelmore.com site. So one might ask if Phil wants the attention of himself being addressed by me? Which is why I largely ignore him but, this blog and other previous blogs show that there is a record of Phil Elmore stalking me across the net. Oh sure I give as good as I get, but its Phil Elmore and not myself who initiates contact. And these blogs serve as public records of Phil's harassment and attention seeking. If David Pearson is any indication, Phil likes short men.

 

Simply look at the linked account to see that Spambot McEmail is associated with Phil Elmore's philelmore.com. Which popped up right after I block Phil's "partner" David Pearson.

 

 

Above is Phil Elmore's review of true path of the Ninja by Anthony Cummings. Anthony may do the writing but his Historical Ninjutsu research team does the much of the research. So why would a Reality Based Self Defense guy like Phil care about Anthony? Oh yeah, Phil gets much of his support from the Bujinkan in association with liars and frauds like Barron Shepard and Don Roley.

 

 Here is Phil trying to claim some form of copy infringement in the cover of the Ashida Kim's book "Last Ninja Standing." The fact is Phil does this in response to Ashida Kim and launched this attack after Ashida Kim showed a well documented case of Phil Elmore harassing him over the internet. Which Phil threatened Ashida Kim with suit to have his name removed. In order to get online support from the Bujinkan who plainly doesn't care about Phil Elmore's RBSD claims but also sell self-defense fantasies to the fat and lazy, like himself. Phil harasses non-Takamatsu lineage ninjutsu practicers and slanders their products while supporting the Takamatsu-den lineage. Why? To get online support for a flawed, fraudulent & pointless view of martial arts and survivalism that mimics in a sad parody of those of whom he attacks like Ashida Kim, Frank Dux & myself. After all, Koga Ryu Ninjutsu has been an interest of those in the survivalist community for years before they adopted the "Prepper" title not for the martial arts training but for the strategic, tactical and survival based knowledge that is a large part of the modern art & the sole source of the historical art (proven by Anthony Cummings Research).

 

Perhaps Phil Elmore's stalking is cover for where he gets ideas from; often giving bad advise especially on unrealistic weapons like nunchaku (illegal in some states, illegal to carry in all states) and the infamous Street Sword for which he has no formal training in such weapons and all clearly defined as "martial arts" or "ninja" weapons and not associated with Reality Based Self-Defense by any creditable Instructors.

 

Defining another's character... I'm not who you want me to be.

I'm writing this in response to inquiries about someone posting on Bullshido.net under the name Toda Shinryuken who is being credited with being my troll account. Or at least 2 different people have asked me about in only 2 days. I don't need a troll account to say what I said on my Youtube account & in this blog. More so, its something that Roger Conant addressed in his article, though nowhere near as bluntly as I have...

This of course leaves two possible directions for this;
Direction One: (that which I doubt) is that someone is my fan & is pushing the Bujinkan cult trolls buttons...
Direction Two: (what I believe is happening) is that my Bujinkan-cult trolls are attacking themselves, using things I've said publicly to blame the trolling on me. This allows them to use Barron Shepard's address of my arrest record (complete with an arrest that isn't my own) and Fat Failure Phil's claims that I am a convicted sex offender to slander my name on Bullshido. Lets deal with 2 things first...

Barron Shepard is a narcissistic punk who refuses to deal in facts & look at evidence by his own admission in postings on this blog, he won't address my criminal record. More specifically he won't address facts associated with my criminal record.

And Barron was even offered copies of my legal paper's to create a more accurate depiction of my alleged criminal record. Its alleged because Barron doesn't have facts just names, including a Ronald Lee Collins who is in fact a black man. Nor does Barron even know why I was in a Kentucky jail, he just knows I had a picture taken there.

Like Barron, Phil is not concerned with the truth. Phil has admitted he wants everyone to see me as the psychopath he's always known me to be. In other words, he doesn't like me & since I have a pair he's scared. Phil has decided to claim that I am a registered sex offender, all sex offenders in West Virginia are registered as per WV Code 15-12-2 (b). And of Course we know that Sam Browning is bias having thrown his hat in with Blunt Phil. They need some reason to keep talking because I refuse to listen. Quite honestly, the Bujin-cult trolls don't matter & as someone who is such a waste why do they need to stalk, hound and harass me? To me its simple, I am better then them. Always was and they know it... You see they need me to be the bad guy, justify their own actions, stalking, harassing, threatening & driving others to end their lives. This comes as a response to my blog about Dan Harmon's death. I've always contended that held to the same standard Takamatsu's lineage is fraudulent and I don't (didn't) need a troll account to say it.

Fake Koga Ryu Ninjutsu & Events leading to Dan Harmon's Suicide

The Bujinkan's internet trolls have been emboldened by the death of Dan Harmon. With evidence showing that by all accounts the Bujinkan's internet trolls had something to do with Mr. Harmon's death. I a by no means a die hard Dan Harmon fan, in fact prior to my arrest I had called Dan a fake Koga Ryu practicer during a phone argument. That being said harassing him, stalking him & threatening through troll accounts is not something I ever did &, other's cyber-bulling of him is not excused by it.

Here is part of a conversation where Phil Elmore hiding behind one of his proxies tried to say that my dismissed charges were the result of a verdict of Not guilt by reason of mental illness. I post a video called I'm Back where I showed the state dropped the child porn charges without even attempting to bring them to trial December 3rd 2013...

Phil Elmore in all desperate need for me to be somehow guilty, of the crime of terroristic threats has chosen to ignore facts & spread his lies once again. Under WV Code 27-6A-4(e) states "(e) If the verdict in a criminal trial is a judgment of not guilty by reason of mental illness, the court shall determine on the record the offense or offenses of which the acquitee could have otherwise been convicted, and the maximum sentence he or she could have received. The acquitee shall remain under the court's jurisdiction until the expiration of the maximum sentence or until discharged by the court.*  The court shall commit the acquitee to a mental health facility designated by the department that is the least restrictive environment to manage the acquitee and that will allow for the protection of the public." Meaning if found not guilty by reason of mental illness I would be in a hospital not typing this blog. The fact that I was placed in William R. Shape's Jr. Memorial Hospital to be found competent to stand trial is irrelevant as I discussed this in a video titled I'm Out;

Now I even provided a copy of WV Code 27-6A-2 (b) items (1) (2) & (4) that were violated by Raleigh County Prosecutor Kristen Keller. Thus establishing a public record, along with the Habeas Corpus I filed from Sharpe's which is also court record. This shows that Kristen Keller lied to have committed in violation of WVC 27-6A-2 (b) & thus provided false evidence to the courts. Now it could quite possibly that the case was overturned due to the prosecutor lying, its also possible that my release came from said appeal I filed but no I was found competent.

Now being sent to mental hospital while sane & being placed on excessive medication & treated as if you are irrational for seeking to file a habeas corpus is not a pleasant experience. In fact, without my attorney becoming involved, Mrs. Reed my Advocate for Patients Rights & assistance from Dr. Glanns in getting the facts addressed on my medical record (that Dr. Miller's report was based on alleged events separate from my charges, in act my charges was never addressed). Phil Elmore was personally involved in trying to influence my case, as was Don Roley who referred to my hypothetical legal argument involving Bad Elk v. United States & Brady v. Ohio as  terrorist threats. Having invested in seeing me labeled a criminal they failed. So now Phil Elmore seeks to harass me using a false pretext that I was found insane.

To do this I was added to facebook group where I've been given the 3rd degree until I grew bored with the whole thing & blocked several accounts (Phil's has been blocked since 2012). This resulted in the comment I took a screen shot of addressing the group (Fake Koga Ryu to lure in Koga Ryu practicers & harass them) encouraging Dan Harmon to commit suicide.

These people seek to harass & badger others to withdraw & commit harm to themselves. All to claim some air of legitimacy & authority they in fact do not have. That's why one of the more notable Bujinkan internet trolls Dean Eitcher has been posting videos denying this very fact. Yet as about its been admitted they encouraged Dan Harmon to kill himself. Hence evidence by denial...

 At some point the question needs by asked why do 15th Dan "experts" like Don Roley waste time badgering "frauds & fakes," harassing them & trying prove them as frauds if he (and those like him) are in fact legitimate martial artists of such alleged skill & ability. Why so called "experts" like Barron Shepard claim to speak for the Koga Ryu but have no training to represent the art & by his own admissions is more concerned with personal agendas then truth or facts.

 Barron even posting on my blog refused to address incorrect information he was presenting, effectively admitting to spread of half truths & outright lies. These are the legitimate martial artists of the internet, cyber stalkers and cyber bullies trying to push their own cult-like agenda of the worship of a dead man. A bunch a individuals who seek to claim authority through rank & yet fail to act as human being or adults because of it.

 

Of course there are fake martial artists, and there are crappy unskilled martial artists as well. There are people who know history, forms & break boards but have never used their martial art outside of sparring in their school. Some who never even sparred in their school & its all done in the name of ego and business. I write and I teach on occasion, I have a business investment in martial arts. I however teach my own system based off my own experiences & knowledge. some of that knowledge 'm by no means as expert in nor do I claim to be an expert in all things. You don't need to be an expert to have or impart knowledge. You don't need to have a high ranking to in some organization's codified system to have or impart knowledge. Finally, to see those who have such ranking & expert knowledge act like spoiled children & cowards behind a computer screen harassing & attacking others, instead of the experts & adults they claim to be... is well discouraging & disgraceful to anyone interested in martial arts or wishing to join the martial arts community.
