Don Roley is on full Damage Control, in less then 24 Hours from when I posted the Blog Barron is NOT Gonna Fight me... Again... See we all see, Barron tried to claim I challenged him with only a Hour to prepare...

Don Roley admits to using his wife's facebook account to stalk me here. What did occur was Barron didn't get the MMA event he wanted to get set up (allegedly) set up by the deadline so that I could be afforded the time to get my physical done at the Beckley VAMC. So once again nothing is gonna happen. So for all of Barron's bluster about getting his physical done and them photo shopping pictures to claim they are in Beckley looking for me. No one came here and no fight was ever set up...

Here is what has been proven by Barron himself so far...
1. That I challenged him at Edson Berto's gym. Edson wasn't even there by the time I got down there so I spent the first day in Florida chilling with a friend of mine, I had some car trouble and it delayed me getting to see Edson the next day. Messenger proves all this...

See I gave the Cyber-stalkers a bone with a picture of me at a Florida welcome center entering the state, that's the Welcome Center in I 75 South and its a 3 and a half to 4 hour trip with the roadwork and traffic. So why would I "challenge him" with only an hours notice from 3 to 4 hours away? Oh right, because Barron was afraid I would walk into his "School" and Challenge him face to face with a camera.

So he ran to Edson's gym and faked a "challenge" to make me look bad... Then he rolled the next day when I was talking to Edson, Edson called Barron and wanted to get to the bottom of everything. I even told Edson I would be fine with sparring Edson at the gym to end things right there. Barron wanted to act like a teenage bully in high school, all "I am gonna beat your ass!" and putting on a show to act like he wanted to fight but not... actually doing shit to actually try to get "that close." After all Florida has Stand Your Ground Laws and I could I break Barron's neck standing as soon he got "that close" and it would have been legal.

 

See its pretty simple... Now that Barron has failed to show up for Chris Smith event, claimed he had to have a physical (which didn't & I proved that as well in blog Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 4: The Trap is Sprung & I lied. See my lie was telling Barron he had to have a physical before the fight. According to Florida law, this is true but not in West Virginia, which is why I wanted to fight at Ruckus in the Cage... Well that & "MRaymond Locktoolz" trying to set me with some "Secret Blood Sport Kumite death match in Florida..." the messenger Screen Shots are on the linked blog above. Yes, the BULL SHIT is that Deep... Only reason I want an MMA match with one of you lying punks is because these Secret Death Match Kumite BS is an attempt to get me arrested.

 

That is why when I suggested we meet and fight on neutral ground while Barron was going to attend Don Roley's Seminar in Kentucky, Barron Shepherd backed out 6 hours later. That was cover on the Blog Barron Shepherd is Running & Don Roley is Silent, because he was waiting on me to challenge in Kentucky (at Don Roley's even like his online boyfriends were trying to set up) and wouldn't agree or a fight on neutral ground... Course this backing out only came 6 hours after I suggested we meet on neutral ground in the Blog Let's Get Real For a Minute... All Card's on the Table. I exposed why these clowns try to get people to challenge them... Its part of the Dogma of the Internet Tough Guy. The Bujinkan cult, are famous for this because Takamatsu used it so successfully to dodge challenges from Judoka back in the day...

Just like what was showcased in Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 5: Don Roley trying to Change the Narrative. Don Roley is destroying his online creditability and political capital by sticking his head out to protect Barron... A. The Doctor's report, or those portions there of which I published online shows that my Case Number for the Court Order for Evaluation is Case Number which matches the case number on the Arrest Warrant for making Terroristic Threats. However, you Fagget Narcissist Maniac in Accordance with West Virginia Code Chapter 27 Mentally Ill Persons Article 6A Competency and Criminal Responsibility of Persons Charged or Convicted of a Crime. Section 2: Competency of Defendant to Stand Trial; Cause of Appointment of Qualified Forensic Evaluator; Written Report; Observation Period. WV Code 27-6A-2 in Shorthand...

 

It gives a list of things required to be turned over to the Evaluator... And Prosecutor Kristen Keller did not provide said information to Doctor Miller... As the Evaluation Report did not list the Warrant or Indictment for Case number.
Here is the Psychological Report:

Court Order for case 13-F-1026 is Item Number 3... The Arrest Warrant Below has the Same number but, Don Roley being the "legal expert"  he isn't except in his own mind, claims it all conspiracy. Well why does the arrest warrant have a criminal case number of 13-F-1026  and a date of 16th to 24th of August but the Evaluation says a Date of February 25th 2011?

Lets end the pretext, I know you are watching Don, so Answer the Questions...
1. Why don't the dates match? 
2.Why does the Case Number's listed (two of which viewed on the image above 10M-6004 & 6005) reflect a case that at the time of the evaluation is already been concluded and I was found not Guilty for by a Jury?
3. Why is the arresting officer listed as Trooper Efrid & not Trooper Hayes? who got the arrest warrant?
4. Why can't your Pussy Ass explain why these things don't match and why the reports seems to violate the State Law which outlines what it is and where it comes from..?

However, as I would be so kind as to point out Dr. Miller didn't find me incompetent to stand trial, his finding of incompetence was only to have me evaluated as per State Code  Chapter 27, Section 6A linked above.

B. Its also why as pointed out in The Second Domino: The Manipulation & Explotation of the Trolls, Phil Failmore. I showed that Elmore masquerading about the internet as Martial Checkmate tried to interfere with a free seminar I was giving at the Public Library. Fortunately that's how I got this nifty recording of Amy Lilly of the Raleigh County Public library threatening me and naming all of her friends in law enforcement...
