As Kentucky draws near...

As the Black Dragon Fighting Society event in Lexington Kentucky draws near... The fools come out to play. I have been holding onto this little gem until the time was right. I wrote a series of blogs addressing the attempts by Phil Elmore, Barron Shepherd and Don Roley (all slanderous little online punks) to cover for Barron claiming to accept a challenge from me and then backing out... (because a secret Blood Sport style Kumite death match is so much more realistic then a sanctioned MMA event) all to try to have me arrested in Florida with Barry claiming I threatened him.

What got it all started, I proved Barron Shepherd was a liar who is trying to disparage my character and defame me because of some words we had over the internet back in 2009. In addressing those lies I posted this blog: Barron Shepard: Proven a Liar & Slander...
And trying to hide behind his fellow liar and fraud Don Roley, I addressed how Don Roley was just as guilty of making fraudulent statements and slandering a person's name when I posted When YOU ARE Proven a Liar... (get your friends to lye for you). This resulted into me demonstrating how weak Barron Shepherd is that his mind seeks out ways to entrap you rather then confront you, unless he is behind a computer... This is also were I openly challenged Barron Shepherd to set a MMA event on mutually neutral territory and fight me like a man on Scared Little Internet Trolls & Way Martial Arts Suck. There was some more crying the bitching out by Barry so I posted Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons: Barron's Bitching Out from Stepping into a Cage with me on February 3rd 2016. What followed was Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 2: The Return of the Internet Bitches' Spin. Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 2 is very important because I posted copies of a conversation with Phil Elmore using the troll account Mraymond Locktools trying to set up a "secret unsanctioned competition" in Florida... images are available at the link provided. Keep that in mind because, I have proof Phil Elmore was pretending to be Mraymond Locktools to try to have me arrested for fighting Barron or some other BS charge in Florida, where Barron Shepherd claims to be a reserve police officer. Regardless May 11th Phil Elmore responded as Mraymond Locktools and admitted to being Phil Elmore... Apparently his fear is that I might have an "inside man" in his online circle jerk of friends.

Regardless this is 3 months after the Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons chain of events. Following calling out Phil Elmore's conspiring with Barron Shepherd to set me up I decided to draw them out online and get Barron to admit to signing up for the event he only had to options; say he signed up or not. If he said he signed up he'd either be lying or not... If he was lying (he was) I would be able to prove it and if not cool we'd fight like men in a cage, this lead to Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 3: Still Playing Games but No One is Stepping up. And it did... but what is even more important is how Don Roley, Barron and Phil claimed I never contacted Chris Smith of Ruckus in the Cage to set up my own event for me and Barron since Phil and Barry wanted to get me to fight an unsanctioned street brawl in Florida.
Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 4: The Trap is Sprung & I Lied, is were I revealed a small falsehood told to Barron that is a reflection of Florida state law and how it differs from West Virginia State Law. In Florida fighters must pay for a physical, in West Virginia fighters only get a physical before the event and the same physician who clears them is responsible for their safety and care during and after the fight. My little lie, proved Barron Shepherd lied and ducked out of fighting, tried to set me up for legal issues with the aid of Phil Elmore & Don Roley. So I lied to prove Barron Shepherd lied about fighting me... Yes, yes, that does make him look like scared lil bitch & the A-cups don't help either.

So in proving that Barron Shepherd was a liar and a coward too scared to fight me, multiple times not only lying about signing up to fight but my own history and criminal record... Well Much like with When YOU Get Proven a Liar, Barron turns to Don Roley for justification of his lies... This prompted Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 5: Don Roley... Trying to Change the Narrative. Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 5 is where Don Roley tried to "attack my lineage" by adding me to a group without my permission and claiming I had to answer his questions. Since Melvin Williams acted with respect I was more then willing to share information with him but he never followed up on my offer...
Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 6: Internet Trolls & BSMA is where I addressed how Hatsumi inspires his Bujinkan members to attack other arts and how Soke is not martial arts title but an older term associated with iemoto systems family trades within certain areas and how Hatsumi is seeking to claim to the sole source of "ninjutsu" by claiming this title. Thus the reason Hatsumi and the Bujin-cult support cowards like Don Roley and Barron Shepherd.

So after hitting the nail on the head, Don Roley offers for me to come to Kentucky in October via Facebook to fight Barron Shepherd at a Tantojutsu Seminar he is teaching. In Lexington Kentucky (where the BDFS event is being held) and on the same dates... How suspicious... So lets be clear, go to a Bujinkan event were all the witnesses are associated with Barron Shepherd & Don Roley just to get attacked or accused for some crime (these pussies have got involved in my court cases before and tried to 'help' get me convicted) or go to a BDFS event were I am a member and the other people attending are associated with me (yeah that's what I am going to do). So Barry & Donny are going to have to initiate a conflict somewhere other then their own little event. This was covered in Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 7: Ruckus in the Cage Tomorrow Will Barron Show or No? but "7" was posted on 3/3/16 and this was covered on the updates from the day of the Ruckus in the Cage event 3/4/16.

On April 10th 2016 I posted Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 8: When You Bitch Out & Everyone Knows It...  Demonstrating the use of troll accounts and trash talking to spread lies and slander. What gets even better is that 7 days after the Ruckus in the Cage that never happened, "Mraymond" Elmore admits to being Locktools and in so doing proves all my accusations about fat Phil, Barry "bitch tits" and Roley-Poley conspiring to slander my name and even entrap me in legal troubles to silence me when I point out they are liars, slanderers and frauds in their own right...

So here we are 10/3/2016 with the BDFS event coming up... And Don Roley's Tantojutsu event in Lexington Kentucky. Which will I attend the one with my own Fraternal Order & what about Barron Shepherd or Don Roley. They are of no consequence to me, I wanted to fight Barron Shepherd in a sanctioned event in a Cage. I didn't get what I wanted...

However, in playing the online mind games I posted this picture for my Facebook profile; well the meme I made with the image.

And as I explained to Phil Elmore's troll account on this very blog in And the Trolls took the Bait. It would be illegal for me to even hold this weapon is I were a prohibited person as they claim, another lie. So why now to pose with a gun on the internet? Well, part of it is proving that they were lying (again) but another part of it is quite simply this, posing with the gun is a violation of the law if I were a prohibited person this proves enough in that either a) I am in jail or b) I am not... It is on them to prove their claims, and they have been proven liars already.

So lets see who is going to do what in Lexington, I am going to enjoy the company of my BDFS family and if anyone wants to fight they know where to find me. Course coming to fight me "in my own yard" is a "legal no, no..." What to be a bad ass and prove yourself in the street do with the risk of facing jail time yourselves not hiding behind legalities like scared little children behind their parents.

Stalking & Harassment: A Pattern of Behavior examined...

So I have been getting a few laughs out of Barron Shepherd for not showing up in Charleston on March 4th, over a month ago when he said he would. Not showing to a online challenge is nothing, unless you say you will show up... Then you look like a bitch when you don't.

Barron's insane rant on his blog, which seems to be all about me... And his insane stalking of Frank Dux, Barron Shepherd looks a bit like scared and jealous little boy. Dementia, or the rumoured schizophrenia, seems mostly in his innane comments to Frank Dux, blaming Frank Dux for things I say... Let's add paranoid to his list of mental illness, theoretically since I am not qualified to offer an official diagnosis.

Even more interesting is that Barron Shepherd has once again proven himself a liar and now worse a coward. On Barron's blog is a quote seen in the image below were Barron Shepherd claims, Chris Smith told him he needed an MRI because of his age. This is false. Not only has Barron failed to show where he has even spoken to Chris Smith the promoter for Ruckus in the Cage but he is citing a law which does not exist...

At the weigh in no proof of physical was required only signing a statement and a brief examination by a doctor which amounts to the doctor grabbing your balls and telling you to cough, same thing I had to wrestle in high school. Ooh and ah, MRIs are not required due to age under WV Code. That means Chris would not have told Barron Shepherd he needed an MRI and Barron Shepherd is trying to hide behind Florida state code. This means Barron Shepherd lied and if he will lie about what Chris told him...

But here is what I think, y'all ready for this...
I think Barron and MRaymond Locktools* tried to get me to fight him Florida in an unsanctioned event. Too which Barron Shepherd was claiming I threatened him and had every intention of having me arrested. Now, that is why I went to Chris Smith and Ruckus in the Cage which Barron Shepherd never signed up for.

That is a 4 minute conversation I had with Chris, to set up the event and Barron Claims he signed up... After I pointed this out.

Ok here Barron Shepherd is caught lying because he says he called Chris Smith and then never showed up, in fact Chris is loving the free publicity... but lets look at what Barron says "Just to end any confusion I did accept Ron's challenge I did register online after Ron clearly stated that he set the fight up with the promoter. This however was nto the case Chris Smith the fight promoter of the event who can be contacted at csmith@ruckusinthecage.com said it was NOT SET UP and that it won't happen."

Then when I call Barry on his Bull shit he says this...

Well first off under West Virginia Code 29-5A-18 it clearly explains that the physician is in attendance of the event. Oops I lied when I said you gave them a physical exam form, you don't but if you actually knew anything about West Virginia codes you'd have known otherwise. More so, there would be not need for Chris Smith to contact you. Barron is clearly trying to cite Florida state law which requires such... Many MMA fighters come to West Virginia because our physical examines are more lax.

Which reminds me... Barry if you are too old and out of shape of fight in MMA how did you win a Judo tournament? How were you even allowed to compete if you are so sickly..? Or was that another lie...

I think Barron claimed he signed up for it, trying to save face but didn't. I think in his little bald head Barry, thought I was bluffing and didn't show. I think Barry was surprised when I did show and posted video on YouTube that he didn't show up... He started trying to hide behind Florida state regulations as opposed to West Virginia which wouldn't give him an out.

So Barry and Don, got together to concoct their scheme to get me to come to Don Rome's seminar in Lexington Kentucky so aside from them lying the driving time and distance, they claim 2 hours and it's closer to 4 to 5 hours depending on route and traffic, comes the fact that a) this occurs during the BDFS October event, so I have a reason to not be at Roley's seminar and b) it would give Barron Shepherd a host of witnesses to say I came there just to fight him, plus the internet. Under Kentucky's stand your ground law Kentucky Code (Revised Statutes) 503.055 (3), me going to Don Roley's seminar with the presumed intent to fight Barron Shepherd, since I was invited for that purpose alone, would allow Barron to legally attack me but would not protect me legally. Thus, its easy to see a set up in the works from someone too scared to fight me...

 In less legal jargon this would show intent on any assault claim made by Barron Shepherd. That means, I am legally the aggressor regardless of whether Don Roley invited me or not... I would be arrested for assault. This is nothing more then a scam to get me arrested so that these bitch ass punks can call me a thug and pretend to be bad asses. There are no legal consequences for a sanctioned event, just cashing a check your mouth (or fingers since your typing) is writing hence my reasons for trying to set one up. By contrast anywhere outside of Don Roley's seminar would not place me under this umbrella of intent, as we have our Annual BDFS event and either Roley or Barron or anyone else's appearance their starting trouble would automatically make them the "aggressor" and prove intent. So outside of either event, the aggressor is going to be whoever initiates conflict...

Course instead of playing these bitch games I can always call Chris and have a new match scheduled? He has events in Virginia and some even in Florida. However, Barron will never step into a cage only wants to fight on terms where I face the potential of legal backlash. I I thought I saw a Puddy Tat, I do, I do see a Puddy Tat... Getting someone to face you on unfavorable ground is good strategy but when they don't take your bait then what?

So yesterday was a fun day in the fantasy land of Social Media. Trition D. Smith made an appearance on my Facebook page to try to defend Barron Shepherd. Its pretty easy to tell as such since he was trying to post Barron "Bitch Titties" Shepherd lies and ignore the fact already proved Barron a liar and his online girl friend Don Roley, as well.
Did this with my Blog: Barron Shepherd proven a Liar and a Slanderer and again with When YOU ARE Proven a Liar, and yet again with... Scared Little Internet Trolls when I posted screenshots of comments made by Barron Shepherd in 2013 regarding him not posting all the information or accurate information about my past and arrest record. Those comments Barron later deleted in an attempt to hide the fact that he has an agenda to slander me.

So to answer Triton's question about why I deleted Barron's blog link he posted on my Facebook profile... I will not give credence to the lies and slander of people with agenda's to lie and slander, more.

Let me ruin the surprise he didn't show... He talked shit online, got proven a liar online, tried to set me up and never showed up for a fight... He said he signed up for.

So now, Barry is depending on the other internet trolls to justify himself. The thing is... That is how Triton D. Smith becomes involved, he popped up on my Facebook page saying Dux was a liar and started off defending Barron Shepherd, for backing out like bitch. Whats even more amusing is that Mr. Smith appears to be a former student of Hanshi Frank Dux but, claims Dux is a fraud and a cheat... he has never cheated me so I don't know but, I did inquire about Mr. Smith's experience and all he claimed to share was what everyone else had to say. Nothing unique to his experiences just what the other trolls claim...

Seen here is T. D. Smith... who posted in response to Trolls & Haters are once again at it... And showing how little they know. Now if you follow my conversation with Ben Embrerley, who relayed an invite to Don Roley's tantojutsu seminar to meet Barron Shepherd. I think its a set up, an attempt at some getting somewhere where Barry can act all tough and demand I swing first... High school bull shit, were I'd be in legal trouble in another state and wouldn't be able to work. Or where most likely Barron can beat his chest and call me a pussy for not hitting him. After I expressed this to Ben and banned a troll account spreading lies and posting those images... I decided to respond to them. The fact is, it took me 4 days because I don't spend my life behind a computers screen to respond to trolls. Me and Mr. Embrerley's brief conversation can be seen below in it's entirety.

However, as soon as I start pointing out how little these experts claim to know and why... With supporting references, I get Mr. Smith's responses and it ultimately ends with him trying to insinuate that my conditions for a legitimate MMA fight in a cage between myself & Barron is something new and him not producing any of the evidence he claimed to have had. I will let you view this conversation as well...

So where is this proof that Barron Shepherd challenged Frank Dux? Screw that, where was Barron on March 4th 2016? Why all the excuses and games when all it takes is a single phone call to a fight promoter in Florida to have a Amateur MMA event set up? I mean I did it in less then a day... I have the feeling T. D. Smith was trying to bait me into challenging him and so what get someone else from the troll brigade to challenge me to cover for Barron Shepherd being a bitch...? <--- Gets my Vote

So ultimately, I am bored with the troll games... If anyone has proof that Frank Dux backed out of a fight with Barron or backed out a challenge with Frank Dux. I will post it here if you can supply these mysterious screenshots...
