The Second Domino: The Manipulation & Exploitation of the Trolls 2, Phil Failmore

Now in the last installment I talked about Barron Shepherd, repeatedly tried to set me up with the aid of Phil Elmore and his various troll accounts. Ultimately,  relying on Donald James Roley to craft some exploitative method of entrapping me. The simple truth is that this shows some of the group work, the conspiracy if you will, of these fraudulent, fraud busters that they have tried to perform in tandum.

So for here on, I am going to focus on Phil Elmore, the Martialist... The Paladin Press mouth piece before I address Donald James Roley. Elmore brings with him his two side kicks Patrick Ferrari and Dave Pearson. I am going to try to deal with all three of these slandering, pathological liars and online tough guys...

Phil Elmore has tried very hard to disrupt my business and business associations. This is evident in the reality of what I will show in explaining the Phil Elmore's pathology. For one, Phil was subject to an April Fool's day prank from me where I baited him into maliciously and intentionally interfering with a Business a felony under 18 USC 1961 & 1968 where Racketeering defined as any one of a list of 35 crimes... Because Phil, Patrick and David Pearson all had a hand in it they would be tied together under RICO or Racketeer Influence and Corrupt Organizations Act passed in 1970. These include Extortion, Fraud, Blackmail & Racketeering.

Extortion: Is a criminal practice of obtaining money, property or services from an institution from the use of unlawful coercion. Extortion involves the threat or action causing pain and suffering unless certain demands are not met by the victim. Such as spreading false claims about a person online and to others were they conduct business unless said person (me) were to stop publishing with one's current publisher (then Dojo Press) and switch to a new publisher (Paladin Press).
Fraud: A deliberate deception used to gain an unfair or unlawful monetary gain or, deprive a victim of monetary gain or legal right(s). Such as one's legal right to conduct a business without slander and libel being spread about them online to
Blackmail: An act, often a crime, involving unjustified threats to make a gain (commonly money or property) or cause loss to another unless demands are met. It is, in essence, coercion involving threats to reveal true or false information about a person, a family member, or associates or threats of harm or criminal prosecution to force someone to give into demands. It is a criminal offense under 18 USC 873.
Racketeering: A racket is a fraudulently offered solution to a problem, the problem would not exist, be put into action or would not otherwise exist without said "racket." The Racket exists as the problem and the solution. Such as you can't be "a legitimate ninjutsu school" without a lineage to Takamatsu & Hatsumi and the online army of Bujinkan cultists calling everyone else fakes and frauds, who do not. This relating to interstate and foreign commerce 18 USC 1961-1968.

 This was Phil's message to me using the internet persona Martial Checkmate. He attempted to prevent me from holding a free Civilian Counter Terrorism Class. Instead I was called by Amy Lilly (yes, a relation to those Lillys) who threatened me with the police, DOD and CICS... The screen shot below is still image that Phil thinks doesn't exist showing Amy Lilly's threat laced rant on my voice mail. I believe she sounds high or crazy maybe both...

And we have seen the many, many times Phil has tried to lie or conceal evidence that he is in fact involved in fraud, extortion, blackmail and racketeering. Course we all know my April Fool's Day prank was so much better... I baited Phil and he swallowed the bait hook line and sinker. eh... I'm a dick at times.

Then there are the multiple attempts at following my over the various martial arts Facebook groups and forums trying to trash my reputation. Various posts by Phil or his cronies like Patrick Ferrari, whom got private information off of my former student Johnny Hunter via fraud with a former Dux Ryu/FASST student who goes by the name Trenton D. Smith. This was only a symptom as they also tried to become involved in my legal cases and did so to my aid (though unintentionally).

So we have Phil calling Amy Lilly of the Raleigh County Public Library to have a free "Civilian Counter-Terrorism class" cancelled. If you are wondering, such classes are basically deal with a simply six point checklist of possible activity and the basic instruction to leave the area and class the police providing the a description using the acronym NATED which stands for Number, Activity, Time, Equipment & Dress. A variation of the DODs SALUTE format for a Sit Rep. And then there is

Yet, Phil tried to interrupt the class... Additionally, he and one of his internet Martialists (An online cult for fat wannabe martial artists with Commando fantasies) wanted to Dojo Storm my school. But, Never did...

This was in 2008 and before the attempt to interfere with the free counter terrorism class at the Public Library. Serious you have to listen Amy Lilly threaten me with having the cops arrest me and how she knows certain people in power. Phil Elmore's attacks on the BDFS have been a long standing element of his pathology, he even wrote a 2012 hit-piece for World Net Daily. I piece that has since been removed but saved for posterities sake in the Screen Shots Below.

And of course Phil's references to Ashida Kim and Count Dante in his trash manual Shorthand Empty Hand, below... Now such screen shots are maintained to act as a reference for the purpose of review and commentary in accordance with Federal Laws and 17 USC 107.

Here Elmore quotes John Keehan AKA Count Dante, the founder of the Black Dragon Fighting Society. Concerning how "anything went" and there was "no such thing as fair play." Course, if Elmo realized that Keehan also encouraged and began Full-Contact Karate and Cross Training in Martial arts...(perhaps a He would see the merit of sparring and competition to harden the body and mind to the stress of really fighting. Of course we can see the state of Phillip Carton Elmore's mind in the next section.

 Here Phil makes a reference to Ashida Kim's $10,000 Challenge and such a reference is in fact a parody. As Ashida Kim has been slandered online and mostly through the Bujinkan Ninja-cult of Hatsumi. The story above shows the simplest truth behind Phil Elmore's motivations and why the Dojo Storm never happened... Phil is a Chicken Shit, online tough guy.

Here we get the insanity of Phil Failmore, the conditions that one allow him to use any means you wishes and play a set of rules while he does not. While this is an obvious act of cowardice in reference to fight or challenge, it also applies to a mindset that bases itself in the typical ideologies of fascists, racists and tyrants. That one law or rule applies to you, while a it does not to them. God... I hope criminals don't develop that novel idea of fighting unfairly & stacking the deck against someone by "cheating." Clearly, Elmore is mentally ill, showing signs of paranoia and if you were to look at his pdf on Street People titled The Homeless Threat you'd see him as a bit racist as well.

February 9th 2015 I posted The Absurdity of Martial Arts on the Internet and how certain companies like Paladin Press which has supported Phil Elmore's writing has done so in support of his attacks on former Paladin Press author Ashida Kim and myself who refused to publish my book Black Dragon Ninjitsu through Paladin Press back in 2002.
The Lies, Stalking  & Harassment of Phil Failmore posted in February 27th 2015 when Phil went a slanderious troll-rage of the Shadow Warrior Press facebook group; Phil does not like what I wrote about him in Never Back Down and has taken to Troll Accounts on Amazon to try to discourage others from reading the book. He also threatened the sue me at one point and when I didn't budge he backed down...

March 13th 2015, I had to deal with Phil Elmore following me around facebook and his goffer Patrick Ferrari responding online. More Trolling from Phil Failmore, has several deleted comments by Patrick Ferrari including how he wouldn't "admit to Phishing" and his threats to publicly release the Social Security Number obtained via fraud and deception and then threatened to release private information about me... Then deleted all the comments hoping I didn't take screen shots. Also has his threats to have me arrested... A big hint as to what Don Roley was planning in Lexington, Kentucky.
Know Your Stalker... More Antics from Phil Failmore published March 23rd 2015 highlights his use of troll accounts and other associates to try to discredit my writing. Clearly that goes back to proving Extortion, Fraud & Racketeering.

 Much  of the antics from Elmore slowed down with primary mouth piece for this blog being Patrick Ferrari and as the criminal nature of Patrick and Phil's exploits came out. Barron Shepherd jumping a head resulting the infamous Pager Tigers & Ducking Dragon series of blogs. After Barron's embarrassment at saying he was going to show for a cage fight at Ruckus in the Cage and then backing out of Lexington hours after I suggested we could meet and fight there. Before when he wanted to fight me he claimed I was threatening him, once he agreed to fight me and showed a mutual intent to engage in a fight... Barron didn't want to fight anymore or even be in Lexington.

April 8th of 2016 Phil Failmore made another appearance in Trolls & Haters are once again at it... and showing how little they know. Attacking the Black Dragon Ninjitsu Home Study Course based solely on the previews seen on youtube.
In fact, Failmore didn't make another appearance on this blog until April 17th 2016 when I posted Stalking & Harassment: A pattern of Behavior Explained. Showing that Phil Elmore using the troll account (which Barron later claimed was another conspirator named Mike Raymond) tried to set me up to fight Barron in an unsanctioned event. Which was expanded into a Stalking & Harassment 2 April 18th and a Stalking & Harassment 3 published May 2nd.

May 9th I posted a blog showing that Phil Elmore has again interfered with my business associations by harassing "Jay" and having his guest blogs removed... this blog was title Further Examination of Disturbing Behaviors.
September 26th I posted And the Trolls took the Bait. Now I didn't make a huge issue out of it initially I quietly posted a picture of me hold my Hi-Point C9 9mm. This prompted much trolling and a reaction that prompted the blog... After all if they were calling me a felon or other prohibited person and I couldn't own a firearm, I am violation of State and Federal code and could go to jail just for the picture of me holding the gun. I didn't go to jail so...
So while Phil has been letting Patrick Ferrari take the lead and Patrick has already threatened the release of my private information... Phil Elmore has slandered and threatened me long enough and by his own admission seeks to hide behind the courts without regard for the law. Calling the FBI to report "terrorist threats" when he himself was called out as a liar and fraud like his accomplices Patrick Ferrari, Barron Shepherd & Don Roley...

I never posted these blogs to argue with you online, I did so to show case evidence of your own fraudulent statement, character assassinations and libel. And this is just the build up toward the finale... The law suit that breaks you in court.

I already, started this little game a While Back but I am going to show you how I manipulated the trolls. I will start with Barron Shepherd...

Barry and I, had this huge online build up to him coming here and fighting me in Ruckus in the Cage. This played out over several blog posts and basically let me get the evidence on Barron that I already had on Phil Elmore for trying to interfere with my business practices and such...

I took the time to prove that Barron Shepherd was a fraud of a fraud buster and lied on the Koga Ryu Blog spot.
January 20th 2016 Barron Shepherd... Proven a Liar & A Slander.

January 25th 2016 on a Blog called When YOU ARE Proven a Liar, I pointed out Barron Shepherd was offered back in 2013 the court documents to make a real and legitimate, accurate portrayal of my criminal history. I pointed out that Barron had been proven a liar. About his claims that I never taught combatives in the Army of that my Award was a fake digital copy.

Febuary 2nd 2016 Barron and Phil with their many troll accounts began harassing me and I addressed this in part in the blog Scared Lil Internet Trolls & Why Martial Arts suck... I also addressed John Keehan, the late Count Dante and how he encouraged cross training and offered to have some the BDFS members in Kentucky to set an MMA bout. More importantly, I addressed how some people only want to challenge you on their terms (consider this a foreshadowing of Roley's Youtube challenge).

Febuary 3rd 2016 Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons: Barron's bitching out about stepping into a cage with me. This is were I pointed out I proved Barron was a liar & that Barron was crying I threatened him. On a side note, Roley makes the same claims but is proven to just be trying to cover for Barron.

Febuary 5th 2016 Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 2: Return of the Internet Bitches Spin, this is where I first disclosed the set up have me arrested. And proved I contacted Chris Smith from Ruckus in the Cage for Barron to come here and fight me. He didn't want to set a legitimate match in Lexington. So we can consider the Lexington MMA prospect Ducking out Number 1!!!

Febuary 8th 2016 Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 3: Still Playing Games but no one's Stepping Up, where I sit and argue with MRaymondLocktoolz (Phil Elmore trolls account), that he was trying to set me up and yet could not show me a single piece of real proof. This is arrest attempt number 1.

Febuary 13th 2016 Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 4: The Trap is Sprung & I lied, Basically I got Barron to agree to coming to Charleston WV to fight me in Ruckus in the Cage March 4th. Spoiler alert, he never showed...

However I will explain my "Lie" from the link above:
So Barron Shepherd wants to call me a liar... Cool, "I lied when I said all you have to do is sign up." Actually, I didn't (exactly)... See all you had to do is sign up online, that creates a paper trail of expected fighters to compare to fighters who showed up. Your claim to having signed up online is enough because now everyone knows you are expected, whether you show up or not is a different matter entirely. So if my goal was to get you into a cage... I did it. By your own admission you registered to fight. Which means if you back out, don't show up or what have you... YOU LOOK LIKE A BITCH!

I went on to add a response to Barron Shepherd's empty and meaningless internet threat of (yes in all caps); "BE SEEING YOU I AM COMING AFTER YOU AND NOT AT NO MMA EVENT"
My reply, a foreshadowing of me backing out from Roley "Lets be real... That is kinda like saying "YOU! Yes, you... I coming for you. I don't know were you live or anything else but I am going to come see you." Bitch Please... This is the kind of internet drama that punks who hide behind computer screens use to look tough. Its the Paper Tiger mentality of I am a "Black Belt so fear my Deadly Skillz" (yes I intended to use a z there as a reflection of the childishness of the mentality and the statement). It is the Ducking Dragon philosophy of "I won't fight you in a cage but, we can face each others as warriors with Katana at high noon like true Samurai Warriors."

Lets be real for a minute, if its going to be a street fight it will be anything goes and we will both be injured or arrested. I can live with a injury from getting my ass kicked in the cage. I can live with the indignity of getting beaten by Barron Shepherd. I am not going to risk jail or wasting money on bond while trying to build my business."

Febuary 16th 2016 Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 5: Don Roley... trying to Change the Narrative,
Basically this was Roley trying to turn the whole thing into a screaming match about his false claims, where he has the Takamatsu-den cult of online ninja cultists to use as a reference for & reinforce his lies. Course we know from the first domino that Roley can be connected to the Hombu Dojo in Japan and under the Japanese Criminal Code 203-1 (1) so Hatsumi's teachings and the fact that Roley was in Japan when he started could be used to land the Bujinkan in big trouble... I wonder, would Hatsumi kick himself out the Bujinkan if he got a criminal record for conspiracy and using Roley as a fall guy? I'd sue Hatsumi just for the free advertising I'd get... lol This is an assist at Ducking out for Ducking out 2!

I even had these words for Don Roley in the above link; "Lets be 100% clear here... Anyone who is guilty of sexual crime is scum. Anyone who spends their time behind a keyboard making up lies about a person and slandering their name to falsely claim they are guilty of such a crime is less then scum... After all how pathetic and weak does that make you to lie about one of the most horrible crimes a person can commit. You are a liar and your credibility as any kind of source of who is authentic is basically resigned to the fact that when I called Barron Shepherd as a liar... I proved you just a bad for spreading those same lies.

Tell me Don, have any proof of this beyond Barron Shpeherd and the pack of lying teenagers and internet tough guys trying to impress those teenagers at BSMA or the other little facebook groups you guys start? Seriously, what does that make you when you have to lie about someone else..? What does that say about your fraud busting..? If you are the "creditable source" and get caught lying about someone well Don Roley that makes you a liar and how can anyone believe you... Yes that is a challenge for you to pay $3,000 for a transcript of the court hearing or offer any proof that is as you are claiming?

As you can tell I predicted Barron wouldn't show up... I once again addressed Roley's lies and how anyone who seeks to use the criminal and disgusting nature of a sex crime against a child, to further their own carriers, isn't doing anything more then preying on children themselves.

February 20th 2016 Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 6: Internet Trolls & BSMA, is the first I mentioned how the term Soke comes from the Iemoto system of trade guilds in Tokugawa period of Japan. Many trades, blacksmithing, pottery and even certain plays and poems could not recited without paying money to the Iemoto families and then only the head of the family had full transmission. The many martial arts schools adopted the term Soke and the Iemoto system to keep down completing schools of thought and fighting techniques. This is why Hatsumi claims he is a Soke and that only the Bujinkan is a legitimate school of ninjutsu... So when you saw this argument in the November 5th blog Don Roley Character Assassin for Hatsumi/Takamatsu-den Cult Monoply, just remember I said that shit 10 months before. I mentioned this because Don Roley was still trying to distract me from the MMA event and change the Narrative.

February 22th 2016 I published a blog talking about the Black Dragon Ninjitsu Home Study Course 10th Kyu DVD. To which I said "Because Ninjitsu is a Japanese art, whether speaking of the Omoto Ryu methods or Historical Methods that is the required study from the Bansenshukai at higher levels, you will see variations of training methods and techniques from Mixed Martial Arts & Reality Based Self-Defense methods. This allows for a more practical and complete martial arts training, flavored with Traditional Martial Arts that reflects the learning of Japanese cultural elements."
And I even proved the adaptation of certain Reality Based Self-Defense concepts as references when I posted the October 31, 2016 blog Proof Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu Is Ineffective.

March 3rd 2016 I posted a prelude blog to Ruckus in the Cage titled Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 7: Ruckus in the Cage Tomorrow Will Barron Show or No? and I stated then...  "Here Barron bitch titties blusters about come and seeing me but not at an MMA event. In another words, the little bitch is barking but has no teeth (just talk shit online). Then claims he signed up, after I called him out for being a bitch and trying to duck out the fight by blustering that he wouldn't fight me.

Course I know Barron ain't gonna show up but hey... What is better then having someone bitch out like a punk in black and white online. And tomorrow I am going to rub salt into the wound, I am going to post small update videos to YouTube throughout the day. I am going to remind Barron about the day I played him like a fiddle.

April 10th 2016 meant the wrapping up to the Paper Tigers and Ducking Dragons series with Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 8: When you Bitch Out and Everyone Knows It as I started addressing this. Not you will notice Don wanted me to come to Lexington Kentucky to Fight Barron at his Tantojutsu. Which I said was an attempt to have me arrested... We could call that arrest attempt 2, with attempt 1 being the events cited in the Paper Tigers & Ducking Dragons 3 above.

April 17th 2016 I published Stalking & Harassment: A Pattern of Lies Examined... I started with a examination of the harassment and lies of Barron Shepherd and Don Roley. I expanded this in Stalking & Harassment 2:  The Pattern of Behavior Expanded April 18th 2016, talking about how others had been harassed and slandered and events resulting the psychological abuse that lead to Dan Harmon's suicide. Stalking & Harassment 3: The Business of Slander... I explained the trolling for profit nature of the older and more connected online trolls like Roley & Elmore. May 9th 2016 I posted a blog where none other then Phil Elmore started texting my phone wanting to know what I wanted because I addressed his trolling for profit schemes for Paladin Press. What I got was Elmore ignoring factual documents and contacting me after I have told him multiple times to not contact me ever... This was show cased in the blog May 9th blog Further Examinations of Disturbing Behavior.

September 26th, knowing Lexington KY was coming up, I posted I picture on my Facebook and made a meme of it. This meme appeared on a blog entitled And the Trolls took the Bait... this was fun because I used the picture of me holding a gun, illegal even if I didn't own it to disprove the trolls claiming I was a felon, sex offender, mental incompetent, dishonorably discharged or whatever else they lie and say... In fact, in the comments below says it all quite clearly when I stated "Federal Code 18 USC 922 (d)(4) & (6) would prohibit me from even holding said firearm I am in the picture with as "prohibited person." So I really don't have to prove anything to you, being pictured with said firearm is enough..."
October 3rd 2016 you see the blog As Kentucky Draws Near, I addressed the past attempts to set me up and Barron Shepherd Ducking out twice before... much of which addresses facts you've already seen if you followed the links. And You will find, Locktoolz admitting to being Phil Elmore, or perhaps its Elmore admitting to being Locktoolz? So many crazies online.

October 9th 2016 to save face Barron cries about an MMA match being set up in Florida, want to waste money to drive down to fight you... Cool. This is addressed in the Open Letter to Barron Shepherd, the whole World Nows your a Punk. You can easily see where Barron is trying to get me to agree to have a set date. October 10th 2016 on the comments I made this statement; "Ok and what? Do you have your physical paperwork and EKG, etc in? I will call Mr. Berto and find out...

The reality is however, I still have to get my physical and call the Beckley VAMC to set something up. Nothing has been finalized and your pretending it is, is just a way for you to claim I won't fight you. To cover your ass from lying about signing up to the fight in Ruckus in the Cage.
Still does nothing to get past the fact, I exposed you as a lair and an online tough guy. I mean if you really wanted to fight me, we are both going to be in Lexington Kentucky this weekend and aside from the two events there will be plenty of neutral ground out side our events.

The bold part is the added for you the reader to focus on and see what I said to Barron October 10th 2016...
1. The attempts to get me to agree to a date when nothing is set in stone (its still floating as a matter of fact) to save face...
2. Meet somewhere neutral & settle it... I mean he stated his intention to fight me right?
3. They all collaborated (conspired) together and it is an open and shut case...

All the trolls were so happy to say that I only said that after Barron backed of going to Lexington did I dare challenge him... I even readdressed this in the October 11th Blog Let's Get Real for a Minute... All Cards on the Table. Until October 12th blog Barron is running & Roley is silent. Showing just six hours after I told Barron we can meet in Kentucky and he already paid for the event (supposedly) and Patrick Ferrari was trying to tell how badass and deadly Roley is and what he going to do to me, I addressed it all in the blog.

There is an element of strategy here, one far too obvious to anyone who knows the facts and thinks about it all... It shows the conspiracy between the group as we know them...
1. The prior times ducking out that's 3 times and the previous 2 attempts to have me arrested, its pretty clear where the goals and motivations are...
2. Patrick Ferrari wasn't trying to tell how deadly Roley was and Barron was running like a bitch for the 3rd Time Ducking Out! Its either egging me to go prove myself or whatever...
3. If any BDFS members doubt this you can contact Grandmaster Eugene Rice, him and I sat up until 2 am discussing Kentucky stand your ground laws and he talked me out of my original plan to confront Roley the day after his seminar. And it was Grandmaster Rice who pointed out that by answering Roley's challenge (this was before Roley even posted said challenge) I would be in violation of Kentucky Code 503.060 by escalating the conflict. Before the seminar crap even happened I told Grandmaster Rice that Roley and the others were trying to set me up to get arrested.

Now you the reader are starting to see where Barron has been working with others to slander my name. Two more parts to this Domino, but I left hints and little Easter Eggs. There is more dominos that need to be set up and knocked over.

Oh and I predicted Barron would pull back and takedown his lies about me to Don Roley and well Proof os in the Pudding... That prediction came to light as well. On Rats on a Sinking Ship are Smarter then "Internet Ninjas."

And proof that a certain Senior Grandmaster in the BDFS is seen here on For Reek, proving Don Roley's claims about me showing up trying to intimidate him in Lexington, Kentucky are 100% false. A deception intended to hide his attempt to set me up, something Barron didn't do and didn't show up to fight me... Not in Charleston WV and not in Lexington Kentucky.

And well we all remember this... That's right you can get paid to protest Trump. Added to the multiple calls to arms by others.

And of course, all the calls to kill cops, white people and Trump supporters... Coming from the left... Minorities, especially blacks who have supported Donald Trump have fallen victim to such threats as well, might be choice targets at such planned unrest (which could escalate into terrorism.

I am not here to warn you, others are doing that for me... No I am here to suggest not going to or being in DC, for the Inauguration. Look DC has some pretty serious anti-gun laws which will make it impossible for many law abiding citizens to defend themselves, against those who don't or won't obey the law.

I am not going to tell you to ignore the law. No, I am going to tell that, in order to protect myself from legal backlash, you need to obey all laws in the place you reside. That said, here is my advice for the coming days of planned unrest in the DC area.

My suggestion is bring with a these items if you do not have an EDC and add items listed for your EDC or Everyday Carry.
1. A handgun, extra ammo (where and how permitted by law).
2. A multi-tool
3. A self-defense knife (tactical folder or otherwise).
4. Mace or Pepper Spray (good against multiple attackers)
5. A Your Cell Phone, spare battery and a charger
6. Carry some food, at least 3 to 5 granola bars or 2 to 3 cliff bars.
5. Water at least a liter of water.
6. First aid kit.
7. Space Blanket
8. Poncho
9. Carry a handheld CB radio/walkie talkie. If there is an incident and you get separated from your family and friends this could likely be your fall back means of communications should the cell networks go down.

What you need to do...
A. Make a plan before you go, set rally points for when or if people with you get split up. Set them in a 360 radius of each event and set them up acordingly. Plan your events and locations.
B. B is for Buddy, use Buddy teams... Don't go anywhere alone. Not even to the bathroom.
C. You need training but, training is not available so I am going to post two short videos that conveys information from my civilian counter terrorism program. Hopefully this gives some tools to use to identify a threat and avoid it before it becomes a danger.

D. Maintain situational awareness. Situational awareness is looking around, paying attention to people and their actions around you. Educated awareness is knowing what to look for. Hince the videos above to help to develop an Educated Awareness of potential and possible threats...
E. The worst thing you can do is panic. Don't flee mindlessly, remember Boston. The first bomb was used to drive crowds to the second bomb, best thing you can do is stay put, try to head indoors or down an alley away from the direction the crowd is fleeing in such an event. Unless told to do so by EMTs or Law Enforcement dealing with the situation.

Finally, just because DC is the expected target area doesn't mean that multiple events will not occur throughout DC. It also means that similar events won't take place across the US. Remember Obama said he would like to see an Arab Spring and this is it folks...

The First Domino: Dealing with the State of West Virginia

Now we get to see where the first domino fell and why...

Don Roley (so does Phil Elmore & Barron Shepherd) wants to talk about my criminal history, so does his online horde of cyber stalkers and trolling cyber bullies. What they don't understand is that I already had this planned out. Think I am lying read Never Back Down, published on February of 2015 I explain this to the world. See it is true I was arrested for making Terroristic Threats and the Prosecutor did falsify evidence to have me fail my initial psychological examination. However, the second and third opinions (a third was used to justify the differences in the second opinion) because I would not stop saying the Prosecutor falsified evidence to Dr. Miller to have me found Incompetent to Stand Trial. In fact, one doctor even asked me why I believed this, my reply was "Because either she did it intentionally which makes her corrupt or unintentionally which makes her incompetent, either way its an established fact that there is a difference between what she gave Dr. Miller and what she gave you. Either one benefits me in court doesn't it?" The same doctor then followed up with the question "Why do you believe it is important that I believe the evidence shows the prosecutor falsified evidence?" And my reply was "It doesn't matter, its not important because the jury decides if she did or didn't. It doesn't matter what I believe it matters what I can prove and how things appear. And, I can prove Kristen Keller falsified evidence."

However, even before the book was published, or written for that matter I had a plan. August 22nd 2013 before my arrest for Terroristic Threats I said this in Open Letter to Johnathan Russell.

"Consider that I had to break the law and secretly record a motions hearing before Judge Kirkpatrick just to get the Prosecutor Pat Lamp to deny the existance or claim of a second search warrant on record. Something discussed on a court record before Magistrate Massey, who somehow loses the transcript and records, after we insured he recorded the hearing."

To intimidate him? No, to make the point he ain't gonna do shit), if they don't arrest me they look corrupt  weak. If they do I get to prove their corrupt. Think Roley informing the police matters to me? Same end regardless... Hell if I kill someone its justified under Common Law Standard Bad Elk v United States allows anyone to resist a false arrest even to the point of killing a cop,its only requirement comes from Brady v Ohio on the exclusionary rule that I have to prove "Malicious Intent" by actions take in "Bad Faith."

Now, I said I get to prove them corrupt... Guess what I did many times... And will again, all easily excused as trying to battle the online trolls. This is playing real close to a certain fire I have issues with, namely that I was supposed to keep all the talk online about all the corruption down as part of my agreed upon (unofficial) deal with Kristen Keller.

As you can see there is a period of House Arrest, I lied to everyone about (not even Ashida Kim knew that I was on House Arrest awaiting a trial that never came) everything being over because the state had no choice but to dismiss after Kristen Keller falsified evidence in my case. It would kill any evidence of any mental illness excuse she gave and the State could not prevent me from taking the stand and addressing that she falsified evidence you have me found mentally incompetent to stand trial. Why wait till now? I know right?

Quite simply, it was just letting the trolls try to "prove" something based on my lack of proof. In the 5 months of house arrest I got to create Shadow Warrior Press. And I already said this was going to happen before hand in the Open Letter Blog:

4. Use Barron Shepherd, Don Roley & Phil Elmore to help me without their knowledge. Thus using their hatred of me as a weapon against them.

In Full Disclosure II I stated plainly...

"Well if he was wired he just heard some of what pops off if you come at me, what happens if you act on those "threats" (said just to provoke you) & how I pointed out that whole "threat" is based on the very real information and truth of Bad Elk v US support by the recording of the motions hearing before Judge Kirkpatrick (An Examination of the Kangaroo Courts of Raiegh County) with the criminal complaint; that clearly states a Second Search Warrant the Prosecutor denies existing in to the "secret court recording."

So there is the state caught lying and you say that the criminal conspiracy is all in my head. Yet, here you go undeniable evidence that Pat Lamp said no second search warrant exists and yet there is a copy of the criminal complaint saying their was a 2nd search Warrant in the Child Porn case. There is proof there, that the warrant was either made up by the arresting officer or the state's prosecutor Pat Lamp was lying. Perhaps both.

Adding to that I have always maintained that as a Ninjutsu practicer, neo-ninja, ninja master or whatever that Ninjutsu is a B.S. system by all accounts and stated this publicly in Full Disclosure II;

Now I made this comment based on the experiences I had when I was in Jail the first time over the child porn charges, and the worst thing they could do was let me out on bond. They did and they dropped the charges for that as well. But, having been in the Sex Offender Pod I noticed a lot of people I knew who were informants on the street and who would inform on me in the jail. So I manipulated one such person & used him as well to further my ends...

Robert Harry Whitamore molested a 4 year old girl and lied to West Virginia State Police on the Sex Offender Registry. In order to get away with lying to the State Police he wore a wire on me in Court. And Robert Harry Whitamore is allowed to run the Streets of Beckley WV.

As you can easily see in the Transcript that Whittamore was involved in a conspiracy to entrap me. Surely, the missing 2nd Search Warrant proven to not even be in existence, by the Statements of the Prosecutor are yet mentioned, on said Arrest Warrant and also mentioned by Pat Lamp is that the police never turned over evidence, this is an issue since the arrest warrant claims they had copies of the files.

And here is Whitamore telling another guard how smart he was for telling him how to manipulate me. Course all he got was basic conversation similar to;
Whittamore "So you want to kill people?"
Me "I don't want to kill anyone."
Whittamore "So you want to kill people?"
Me "I don't want to Kill Anyone!"
Whittamore "But you said you want to kill people."
Me "No I didn't"
Whittamore "But, you said you wanted to kill people."
Me "No I didn't"
Whittamore "So you want to kill people."
Me "Yes I want to kill people."
Whittamore "Who do you want to kill?"
Me "No body I don't want to kill people."
Because I can't prove coercion unless I let them coerce me. Which is why it was never used as it was another coerced witness trying to coerce me.

Whittamore's confession on the Recording... "I just, I just, I followed exactly like you said he sang like a bird. You're a smart man. You should be a cop."
UNIDENTIFIED MALE VOICE "Do what?"
Whittamore "I did exactly like you said and he sang like a bird. Inaudible don't kill anybody. Take a Judge and Inaudible. People like that don't deserve to Inaudible."
UNIDENTIFIED MALE VOICE "MMMM HMMM"
Whittamore basically admitted to entrapment. As he states he was given directions to coerce me into confessing and this is very different then your typical recorded conversation. If say for instance, someone is selling drugs to Confidential Informant (CI) and they do so without any coercion the CI has clear evidence, right? But, if a CI comes in and harasses someone to sell them their pain pills, that CI just compromised the case. From Robert Harry Whittamore's own lips... He was given instructions by an "UNIDENTIFIED MALE VOICE" to coerce me. And for that, the state let a literal "baby raper" out on the street to try to convict an innocent man. This is a violation the American Bar Association Standards of Prosecutorial Investigation, Standard 2.11 (c) (iv), whoopsy!

How does that happen? How does the release of someone who rapes a four year old and lies to police about where they live, for wearing a wire on someone who you drop all charges against later? This was something else I prepared a head of time and had evidence in my favor to confront... So, I made sure the evidence leaked and Kristen Keller falisified evidence to Dr. Miller. I didn't expect Kristen Keller to falsify evidence, I thought it would have saved me at trial but, we never went to trial. Instead Kristen Keller falsified evidence in my case, but I have already disclosed this.

As you can tell from the above, there is a good bit of information I am holding back to bring to bare later on, for strategic reasons.

Let me explain this to everyone right now, there are three goals I have to get under this cloud of harassment and threats on my life, family and friends...

Goal One: Make this so painful and destructive to the Raleigh County Court system via evidence and facts that I can skip having to look over my shoulder in fear that some badge is going to kilofme because they thought "I had a gun" or "he looked like a suspect" crap. Did that with the "Terror Threats" crap. Even addressed some of this on Attack by Stratagem, everything is about directing events to a goal & I directly took on the State in Court and won, painfully so... but, I still won.

A large part of this is built on the idea of Ashley Redden's statement about being coerced on the court record having gone missing... But there were many other incidents all compiled & explained to Lt. Deeds when I spoke to him and recorded that conversation as well, just he didn't know it. And so I jumped through the looking glass, back down the rabbit hole and I got all new evidence. Which was a painful but required sacrifice. I can keep trying to fight to get the evidence from the past or I could suck it up and get new evidence to go with that old stuff and build a long term case for harassment and abuse... Yeah, that's what I did.

Its the principle of Go & Ju or Hard & Soft. You can also equate it the principle of Tao (Chinese) or Do (Japanese) which is made up of two opposing forces Yin & Yang (Chinese) or In & Yo (Japanese). The more you resist the harder your opponent resists but you resist (Go i.e. hard or Yo/Yang or positive energy directed to yourself) just to yield (Ju i.e. yield or negative energy directed to your opponent by no longer resisting them and even feeding their fall).

Now there will be a second Domino falling over very, very soon, yes I am telling you how I manipulated the cops, courts and even the criminals in Raleigh County... Because now I am going to tell you have I manipulated Phil Elmore, Don Roley & Barron Shepherd. Leaving only Goal Two set to be played out through law suits and exposing their lies. In doing so I return their actions back in themselves.

Surprise! Don, it all played as I expected... Better actually.

Combatives, World War II to the MAC Program

Military combatives aren't new, pre-first world war most soldiers were trained in sword, knife and bayonet. As technology adapted weapons to become more effective the basic idea of unarmed combat fell away...

In America pre-first World War boxing and wrestling were competitive programs offered in public schools. They were also offered to soldiers, sailors and marines as competition oriented sports.

Come World War II the American invasion of Japan, though it lasted only four years, brought American service men closer to Asian martial arts. First, in the form of William E. Fairbairn self-created style of Defendu adopted gung-fu, to his early study of boxing, judo and wrestling. Field stripped to create the first combatives program. Later, as American servicemen gained access to martial arts in Japan both Karate and Judo, schools appeared by former service members at or around military installations.

Military combatives has changed drastically between the World War II and the Vietnam War. Because the core composite of the system relies on a combination of gross motor skills and fine motor skills. As always technology has placed a greater burden on the designers of modern combatives programs.

William E. Fairbairn and Eric Stykes designed systems that used gross motor skills to deliever high impact blows to vital areas. Many "experts" suggest that WW2 Combatives is more lethal because it has the highest casualty rating post conflict between it and Modern Army Combatives (MAC).

The reality is World War 2 had saw more conflict then MAC and that again technology plays a role here that needs to be understood. World War 2 combatives also relies on a time when soldiers didn't wear body armor. Which limits accessible vital targets and, well, if body armor stops bullets muchless fists or feet it makes grappling a preferred option.

Additionally, the World War 2 method was not, strictly a striking art since it did use a some locks, chokes and mostly hold escapes but, did not focus on ground fighting (wrestling) as wrestling was a sport taught in public schools, even after boxing was removed between the later 1960s and early 1980s.

We had a saying the Army "Combatives is just like taking a Self-Defense class at the YMCA. They (the US Military & the YMCA) only teaches you enough to get your ass kicked." Primarily soldiers close with and engage the enemy at close range, bayonet charges for example. Bayonets were the foundation of infantry combat since ancient times when medieval infantry fought with spears and shields and when used by lost Empires before that such as the Greeks, Romans, Persians and Babylonians before that. As technology advanced and soldiers could shoot more accurately, more consistently and more continuously the need for close range fighting with bayonets became of less importance, as well as studies into the medicine, psychology and such found that teaching basic techniques and making exaggerated claims based on one's position as an authority figure was paramount in convincing inexperienced young men on their superiority as soldiers to wage wars and fight in combat.

The "deadly techniques" of combatives were meant to be effective but, were propagandized to make them seem "ultra deadly" so that soldiers would not fear closing with and killing an enemy in combat. This has lead to some equally as propagandized marketing for World War II based combatives.

Vietnam lead to the addition of flak vests and fighting at close range in the jungles or urban areas. This placed a larger focus on Judo's goshinjutsu techniques. With additional training taught in on post Dojos for by veterans to service men or service men to service men. Combatives in the Army and Marine Corps from this era became build around a mix of free style Fairbairn's Defendu based World War 2 combatives and mixed with karate and judo techniques. Based off insights from veteran martial artists and soldier working for the OSS (Office of Strategic Services)

The USMC developed its own combatives program after it dropped the Rex Applegate system, this new system called L.I.N.E. or Linear Infighting Neuro-Override Engagement was seen as too defensive in nature and again judo based.

When the USMC established a MCMAP (Marine Corps Martial Arts Program), they added a level of expertise to the combatives training with ever progressing levels of training and knowledge.

This in turn with conflicts being fought primarily in urban terrain caused the Army to reexamine combatives. The generation one Modern Army Combatives program was started completely fresh and was designed to create a base of instruction or critical self-defense skills useful for the individual soldier in close combat. The war on terror has shifted the focus of the military to fighting smaller guerrilla style cells,  which abuse the laws of war by recruiting, training and operating in urban settings were the full might of a professional military such as air strikes, cruise missiles and artillery cannot be brought to bear as it would endanger noncombatant civilians.

Generation one MAC relied mainly on the program developed by the Gracie family, now known as Gracie combatives.  While the World War 2 Combatives fans claim "their system" is better,  they overlook a key test of war fighting ability, the ability to not get shot. I would suggest anyone can perform a test of whether a martial art is effective for modern combat by sparring someone use the World War 2 methods and have people shooting paint balls across "ring at each other." Now if you get hit in the head or body, its a kill and you die. Oh yeah, you are a target as well for the shooters. See an issue here?

I am not saying MAC 1 is better, because in gaining a dominant position you can do some damage and still be "grappling effective" with gaining the dominant position and striking vital areas. Something I felt was simple and effective. My additions, inspired by limited training in hand-to-hand combatives of the Vietnam era with veterans in my own family, became a pattern for my own hand-to-hand combat system based on research into the history behind the Fairbairn-Stykes system.

Now I don't know if I had an effect on the MAC program but, according to Matt Larson in an article at Special Operations Combatives Program titled simply, What is Modern Army Combatives. Larson states "Local experts at posts throughout the Army have helped this program along immensely. Those who have been acute enough to know where innovation is needed and open minded enough to understand that the Army’s training program, due to its unique needs, must differ from the training regimen at civilian schools, have contributed immensely. Greg Thompson, in particular, has been one of the principle people involved in that capacity." and goes on to say " In order to improve the hand-to-hand fighting ability of every soldier in a unit, it is necessary to systematically develop skills movement patterns and a strong understanding of fight strategy. The basic techniques described in this book are a blueprint for doing just that. This is the method we use in our first two instructor training courses. Beyond the basic techniques, which must be proscriptive by the nature of the challenge of teaching over a million students, the training must become conceptual, more how to train the technique specific. These techniques should be taken as examples of the type of strategies that work and should point you in the right direction. The nature of today’s military conflicts – the equipment we may be wearing, the missions we find ourselves tasked with – are unique to the battlefield and are constantly changing. To meet these demands, effective Combatives training must be an ever- evolving process. "

Meaning theoretically I could have been one if those "local experts at posts throughout the Army" who are too numerous to name. I think fighting someone on the ground makes you less likely to be shot by people around you. In truth I don't know... I know I never met Matt Larsson and never, that I know of, contributed to MAC Generation 2.

However, I do find it interesting that many if the additional methods I was teaching came to adopted by Matt Larson... Great minds do think a like. (Yes, I made a joke...)

One of the funnier aspects here, is that my World War II Combatives Course and Shadow Warrior Edition of Get Tough is now being cloned, copied and dare I say, perhaps even plagiarized by Barron Shepherd. Honestly, I don't care...

And I wish Barron the best of luck with his Combatives Course and his Professional Edge Edition of Get Tough.  However, I feel the need to express that Barron knows very little about the art he is claiming to teach... To be certified to teach World War 2 Combatives one would need certification either through the Military or, through a civilian school that has a lineage to the Fairbairn-Stykes Defendu system.

While Fairbairn & Stykes taught many people anyone claiming to be certified to teach World War 2 Combatives would need a certification through either an instructor in the military, a civilian who used to be an instructor with the proper certification or a instructor under an instructor who has such certification. As far as I know this basically puts us with Damian Ross of the Self Defense Company who draws his lineage form Carl Cestari.

Barron's Version of Get Tough...

Using the imagery of a World War 2 Combatives technique video found on youtube here. Yet, this video was part of a discussion about the historical combatives training video I use for the World War 2 Combatives Course.

Apparently, Barron seems to ne trying to copy my products but fails to see why I have them. I am not a certified World War 2 Combatives Instructor. I am not a certified MAC instructor under Matt Larson either... I am someone who respects the scientific basis behind the modern combatives movement.

Military combatives is by and large the basis for many self-defense systems. The scientific basis is something I have a great deal of respect for, as well being forward thinking. However, combatives alone is not reality based training.

Reality Based Training and Reality Based Self-Defense are the innovations of Jim Wagner. Who make the term famous in 1998 Black Belt Magazine using a term common to Police Swat Teams but, has its roots in the scientific studies of psychology on soldiers in combat conducted by S. L. A. Marshall and published his 1947 book Men Against Fire. Marshall's research was used by Col. Grossman in his 1996 book On Killing.

My interest in combatives is the science behind the methods and tactics, beyond simple tradition. Reality based training is also an area of scientific research and expression. One of the reasons, I was teaching hand-to-hand combatives to my fellow soldiers was because of culture and level unarmed fighting skills which part od the culture of the two Koreas. In both Koreas Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido are part of culture and modern sports in their nations. This means in addition to whatever hand-to-hand combat training a soldier got, ROK soldiers had training drown from TKD, Judo and a Korean form of wrestling similar to Sumo. So I felt soldiers in Korea needed additional training in stand up striking, grappling and infighting.

Martial Arts, Self- Defense systems and Fighting Styles should be able to adapt to the theater of conflict and social settings. Finally, anything claiming to be reality based should include pre-fight and post-fight elements. This means it should have a basis for understanding criminal methods and tactics, sociological and psychological ques as well as a use of force scale or, sometimes called a use of force ladder, and a means of dealing with de-escalation as well as, dealing with police investigation and one's rights under the law.

For example, it is a crime in West Virginia for me to give you legal advice because I have not passed the BAR. However, I can just as easily point you toward published material by the ACLU about your rights when dealing with the police and protecting yourself during an investigation. Of your combatives calls itself "reality based" it is trying to claim that "its" strikes, eye gouges and groin shots are some how different then another art...

In fact, the term reality based self-defense is often used by self-defense instructors to make themselves sound more creditable and effective then "martial arts" that teach self-defense they are "reality based self-defense."

I have proven you have holes in your research and when confronted by those holes you have done everything from suggesting I am racist & that all Japanese look alike to calling it all made up. It calls into question your validity as a researcher. You have damaged yourself in trying to conceal facts which you don't like. Not only have you called your claims and statements about me into question but your very character as a legitimate and ethical researcher...

Now you want to claim, what that I am scared of you and backed out of Lexington because I am afraid of you. No... Take a look at the conversation over messenger when BDFS Senior Grandmaster "Dumb Shit" argued over the very thing I was seeking to avoid...

See the Mysterious BDFS Senior Grandmaster "Dumb Shit" basically says he was behind the whole thing & he didn't want me there. That basically destroys your claims that I was there to intimidate you or scare you. I was there to protect the BDFS from sabotage from within. That means I am not making excuses and your being here to try to convince "the world" you ain't a bitch, is a failure.

You can cross reference the images with the same images and their properties, they were made were made 10/25/16 unless its a massive conspiracy among the BDFS... Do you have a conspiracy theory to explain yourself? I have a conspiracy theory for you Don. It involves three people claiming to represent three areas of martial arts competition, self-defense and traditional martial arts with their own private agendas... Barron to be respected because of his accomplishments, Phil who wants to be seen as an expert who's opinion counts for something and you (Donald James Roley) who wants to be seen as an expert and a legitimate martial artists. Problem is I think all three areas provide an area of benefit and want to see such martial arts merged into a generic martial art that allows the individual to develop their own style but understand the bio-mechanics that make their techniques effective.

I think that in having a foreign (outside American) influence such as learning Japanese or Chinese or Korean or whatever technique names and dojo commands will allow one to begin to learn from other systems of traditional martial arts, jujutsu, judo and aikido for example... I think that martial arts should have a self-defense focus much like how Judo has Goshinjutsu but also should embrace the simulated combat conditions of reality based self-defense. As well as a, competitive platform to practice techniques with resistance and against another human being intend on resisting them. I wish to bring all these elements into the Martial Arts Market with Black Dragon Ninjitsu adding psychological and survival skills as well. 

That all three of these people took a bad moment in this person's life to try to exploit this person's (my own arrest) & did so by concealing one's "claimed traditional arts" (That is your Bujinkan, Don) fraudulent origins and false claims. I think that Barron is trying to prove himself someone of respect based on his accomplishments and not his character, which he is the most successful of you three financially... Barron is entered into becoming a fraud himself and the desire to do my name and business damage. Phil is of course trying to prove himself worthy of being an expert with no accomplishments to really speak of, except a few civilian self-defense and tactical schools. Compared to my Military Service and actions above my pay grade...

When I didn't go to prison and when everything was dismissed despite you three attempting to interfere, all you could do was back up Barron's lies and let Phil Elmore spread them by stalking me online. You've gone so far to try to turn people against me, I have no choice but to go after you and expose you are the liar and frauds you are. See you can either admit your lies and walk away or watch as I tear down everything you've built because I have to expose your lies about me. And in doing so, I am going to demonstrate how I've manipulated and exploited your own weakness and psychopathy...

We have not love for each other and, I am not going to wish you anything... Happy New Year because these little victories mean nothing... They are just salt to rub in the wound. You need to claim I ran from you in Lexington but, now... Now you don't have that unless you put out some "conspiracy theory" about me and someone in the BDFS faking the screenshots (I figure that is your next move, anyway just like the Fujita Seiko image) which you have to prove... You know like that shit you claim about me getting arrested for trying to rape a drugged 13 year old girl or whatever, else you choose to lie about.

All you had left was to lie to try to convince people to go against me... But, the Prosecutors were caught lying and now you have been caught lying...

Want to prove you aren't a liar, come on Don... Show me a court paper where I was arrested for attempting to rape a 13 year old girl? Because I am telling you the truth about why I was in Lexington and why I backed out... You want to prove you want to fight, you will have to fight on my terms...
